Loss Posted November 8, 2014 Author Report Posted November 8, 2014 Jim Cornette calls both of them to the ring to make a final match between the two on October 6 at Louisville Gardens in a Hell in a Cell match! They end up in a brawl with Flash opening a can of beer and smashing it over TPT's head. One of the refs stands up to Flash and gets beat up for it. Great stuff.

Upset that he doesn't have a WWF contract and Cornette is trying to screw him, he attacks everyone including the refs. He walks out of the ring and then kicks the ref in the head for good measure. What a heel move.
soup23 Posted August 14, 2017 Report Posted August 14, 2017 Good build to their final match. Seeing this on a week in, week out basis in 2000 has made me really sour on the promotion but as a feud builder, they did a good job on this one in particular.
PeteF3 Posted November 6, 2017 Report Posted November 6, 2017 Hell in a Cell is a pretty big gimmick for OVW and I like Flash's frustrated character--knowing Cornette, it was probably based on real feelings, either on Flash's part or his own.
