Cornette and Synn are cutting a promo on location in Boca Raton, Florida, celebrating that they have run Vic Grimes out of Memphis. Looks like Brandon Baxter turned heel and they are happy about that as well.

So I guess they found out Synn was working for Cornette after all. Sad to see Grimes go as he was good in Memphis as he was unique. Way better than he was in ECW or XPW.

Nice Hawaiian shirt Jim. This felt like an SMW reject promo. It was fine but felt dated even by 1999 standards.

I suspect that is not actually Boca Raton. Would have to see the whole show but just from this promo, it could be an authentic Baxter heel turn or Cornette either lying or being mistaken and it's a setup for him to be swerved.
