Loss
Talk about it here.
Loss
Before the match, Luger wants to talk to Liz and even brought champagne to talk things out. He looks at the camera like he's up to something. Then Disco Inferno and Lash Leroux unexpectedly confront Tony Marinara (Mamaluke). It’s so Russo to cut away from a Japanese wrestler vs Mexican wrestler to show Brad Armstrong going through the crowd in his stoner gimmick. Psicosis subs for Juventud to drop the IWGP Jr. title back to Liger who can now get the hell out of this sinking ship.
Tim Evans
So why wasn't Juvi in this? Was he injured or something? Anyways this wasn't awful but a sad use of Liger. I'm glad this wasn't his final mainstream US wrestling appearance. Had to laugh when Liger wins and then Parka comes out with a chair and Liger just leaves. Zenjo
The IWGP Junior Title lineage was so nice and clean until they let Russo get his dirty paws on it.
tim
Like Liger/Juvi, feels like a match that could be a lot better than we got, for obvious reasons. That said, it was fun while it lasted.
PeteF3
Can you not get good pizza in Milwaukee? I've never been but I refuse to believe there isn't good pizza in a city that's only a couple of hours from Chicago. I've always suspected there was something off and inconsistent about Vince Russo's booking, this just clinches it. Psicosis is a surrogate champion for Juvie--I'd prefer to think of these title changes entirely as unofficial, and I hope New Japan does the same. Buzzkill is back with another sign, not even at ringside but just in the crowd.
