In an effort to help introduce some of my new stars to the Southwest Championship Wrestling viewing area I will be posting profiles at totally random time intervals of wrestlers that may not be well known, but those of us at Southwest believe have great potential to excite fans of Southwest Championship Wrestling.

The first profile will be on the former Pittsburgh Steeler Charlie Cook. Charlie has over 10 years of experience inside the squared circle and has won many regional titles around the Florida & Alabama areas. He brings a surprising amount of speed and agility to his wrestling game considering his 6'3, 250+ lb frame.

El Gran Apollo is just starting to make his mark in the wrestling business. He has made appearances before in Southwest Championship Wrestling to great delight of the fans and is currently one half of the WWC North American Tag Team Champions with King Tonga. He has also been an NWA Florida Television Champion. He came to the United States from Cuba to pursue his dream of becoming a professional wrestler and now he's looking to becoming one of the top names in the sport.
