You have really got a hold of the MACW territory and I loved seeing the Bash tour. Blanchard as Mr. Money was perfect and now with jj Dillon coming in, I hope Tully Blanchard enterprises can make its triumphant return. You've got the World Tag Team Champions coming in to top it all off... it is going to be some great stuff to watch unfold.

Harley is on defense early. We cut to commercial during the match

COMMERCIAL BREAK

As we return, Harley has gained the advantage. Terry Taylor and Paul Jones make their way to ringside. Paul Jones joins the commentary team. He tells them that he is a big Harley Race fan, and any other night, he’d be cheering for him, but since the title is on the line, he’s gotta cheer for Houston, just so his guy can take the title inside the cage in Atlanta. Harley doesn’t seem bothered as he works over the champion. Houston starts to make a comeback, dropkicking the challenger to the floor. Race climbs up on the apron and Houston meets him with another dropkick. Race falls to the floor. Houston comes out to get him and rolls him inside the ring. Houston rolls back in. Race catches Sam with a leaping knee, but Taylor puts Houston’s foot on the rope to break the count. Race looks confused. He stands up, and yells at Taylor. Jones jumps off the commentary and rushes to the ring to distract the referee. Houston grabs Race and pushes him into Taylor as he rolls up the challenger, Taylor flops onto the apron. As he pulls himself up, referee still distracted, Race pushes the champion off the roll up and he collides with Taylor who now falls into the railing with the force of the collision. Jones rushes off to the aide of his guy. Houston falls back to the mat holding his head. Race quickly takes advantage with a falling headbutt and pins the champion to win the title. Paul Jones is pissed at ringside! Taylor just cost himself the title shot in Atlanta. Taylor realizes what has happened. Houston has rolled to the floor and leaps at Taylor as they brawl. Paul Jones interferes, but gets knocked on his ass during the brawl. Referee’s and officials rush to the ring to break up the fight. As Bob and Johnny are calling this action, Race jumps onto the mic to taunt Weaver. They get nose to nose as Bob sends us off the air, just as Race cheap shots Weaver and they begin to brawl. We see all four men battling as we go to black.

I agree. Love to see Harley Race with the belt. Your roster has really improved quickly and it has a great 1984 feel. Also love the Great American Bash Tour. I am still trying to get used to the Strongbows as heels and the Moondogs as baby faces but that is one of the things that makes this game fun.

I wouldn't mind seeing and hearing more from Ric Flair. He is the best in the game and I really loved your cards where he faces TA or Windham. I bet that would really bring in the crowds.

Steel Cage Grudge Match

Sam Houston defeated Terry Taylor (w/ Paul Jones) after a slingshot into the cage with a school boy to get the 3-count.

Steel Cage Match for the NWA World Championship with Stan Hansen as the guest referee

Ric Flair defeated Bruiser Brody in 41:34 to retain the championship. Total chaos happens as The Bolsheviks rushed the ringside area to distract the challenger and referee. They attack the ringside referee and steal the cage key. They open the door and Hansen rushes out of the ring and battle the two men. Brody sees this and before we can do anything Flair drives a knee into his back as he falls out of the door to the floor. Hansen and the Russians battle to the back. Abdullah sneaks out from the locker room and attacks Brody with a kendo stick. He sends Brody into the ring post, then into the cage. A number of official rush out to break up the attack. Abby tosses Brody into the door opening before being ushered away. Flair grabs Brody inside the cage and drags him inside as best as he can. He covers the challenger as Tommy Young climbs into the ring and counts the three count. The fans HATE that this is allowed. But it’s No-DQ in Steel Cage matches, so Tommy Young can’t do anything. He raises Flair’s hand in victory. Flair climbs out of the cage and Akbar is now at ringside. Flair calls over a beautiful woman from the front of the crowd and she hands him an envelope. He hands it to Akbar and walks off. Akbar laughs as he follows the champ to the locker room.
