Thanks for putting these together @Perfectly Straightedge, they look good to me. Some questions:

*Since Onita is the owner can he wrestle on a card or would I have to drop someone to use him as a wrestler? Onita might switch roles depending on what's happening. I am also contemplating using Terry Funk part-time but also on commentary and I want to know if I'd have to release anybody to put him on an actual card.

*I want Boogie Man/Jason/Freddy/Crypt Keeper (please add Crypt Keeper) as separate gimmicks that occasionally face and team together. Do I need to draft other wrestlers and put them under those masks?

*Can I have Aja Kong?  She only had one match in FMW in 1996 but she was active a lot in 1997. Kong might be used as a manager for Mr. Pogo or she might wrestle, I haven't decided what to do yet.

*One idea I think could be rad since we're doing shoot promotions like RINGS and Battlarts is to include UFC/Pride 1997 into the free agent pool.

1. I have no issues with Onita wrestling; that's entirely up to you. He is on your roster. He is one of those exceptions sorta like using Vince as an on-screen figure, Paul Heyman or Eric Bischoff. So I have no issues with Onita wrestling and not costing a spot. As for Funk. He is going to cost a spot much like Lawler in the WWF will cost a spot unless he is put in the commentary booth full-time as a color commentator.

2. I had no idea how that gimmick worked or anything. I just read on Cagematch, and it showed Jason the Terrible. So I assumed he was the only guy, but if others portrayed, then yeah, I will add them as separate gimmicks, and you wouldn't need to sign anyone else, but I would make Crypt Keeper, Freddy, and Jason all count as a spot a piece. As for who portrays, that's up to you. You have that right if you want to draft someone and put them under the mask as a duel worker you can but if not then I will just make them all cost a spot on your roster if that makes sense.

3. For Aja, you could add her to your roster but the only reason I would say to hold out till the draft is just cause she would cost an exemption pick. So you could save your exemption spot and just draft her in the upcoming draft.

4. I have ZERO issues with that, but I would need some help with Pride/UFC cause that's a whole universe. So whoever wants to take point on that and help I have zero issues with adding them.

As for the 4th point, shoot guys should be fine for shoot-style promotions as long as you can reference when/where they were active in a certain year. If anyone else wants to draft those types of people, that's fine too I suppose. I don't think we need to add them to the free agent pool (I can create a list if you need it), but if someone drafts them or adds them during free agency, they can reference their activity in 1996.

With how long it took me to make the rosters and just how VAST I see this free agency will be. I will do a 24-hour hold on any movement until I get everything straightened up and squared away with rosters and everything after the draft. For at least the first few days, I considered restricting how much talent could be released and signed within a day. Just cause it's going to take some work to square away everything. We can get there, though, once we get everything started.

So it's been 24 hours and I don't see anyone else joining. So with that being said. If nobody has any questions or concerns about rosters or anything, then we can go ahead and do the random generator so that we can go ahead and see who will be what promotion and get this first phase done.

Okay, guys, go ahead and double-check your rosters and start your exempt process. I gave ECW, WCW, and WWF 5 more exempt spaces to keep their rosters as authentic as possible to the timeframe. So the exemption from the draft cap is 20 for ECW, WCW, and WWF. The Foreign Promotions do not have an exemption from the draft cap, and they can keep their whole roster if they like, just because their promotions are so different. The talent they are looking at is not in the same category as the American Promotions. Remember, however many exempt spots you use is how many rounds you will be skipped in the draft. You don't have to use all your exempt spots. Post your exemptions here so I can get them marked down. Remember, whoever isn't exempt CAN BE DRAFTED! Also, you get three free manager spots as well. So use those wisely. They don't count toward your Exemption List. So you get three free managers. W*ING USA if you have managers let me know, and I will add them for you cause I just added your roster. When making your roster, I didn't know who was or wasn't a manager, so it's blank.

Example. I use 14 of my 20. Then I will start drafting at round 15. If WCW uses all 20, then they start drafting at Round 21. If the foreign promotions keep their whole roster and have a roster of 39, they can select to draft at round 40 to get their roster to cap or wait till the draft ends and pick up from Free Agency.

Everyone's roster cap is 45. So that way, talent can be evenly distributed. You will get an increase of talent by 5 spaces every 6 months as long as you stay active, which means if you post a show once a month, which is the quota. Then you will be eligible for a bonus of 5 in January that will keep stacked until you hit the max roster cap of 70.

LowBlow will be joining as the placebo to draft the whole process. This is to help make a free agency fresh so we can keep adding to the free agency throughout the year. When talent gets added to free agency, I will make a 24-hour pause on free agency so everyone can see who got added and then we can reopen free agency the following day.

Rookie Draft for 1997 will be in January, and I will also start that list later today.

I think that covers everything.

That's great my exemption list is nearly complete.

Do announcers count towards the 20 exemptions list?

That brings up the question do you guys want to do the announcers, ring announcer and everything from real life or draft them?

Announcers don’t count towards cap so if you want a three man booth like what WCW and WWF ended up doing. I have no issues with that and you don’t need to mark them exempt. Now if you go over your three managers then you will need to use an exempt on your manager.

I really like balance of this project with two major, two hardcore and two shoot promotions active.

Since you're running ECW, @Perfectly Straightedge, we will have something of a "rivalry" but I am open to talent exchanges/invasions down the road! :)

Yeah I will be honest I didn’t see the two shoot promotions coming. So I’m very curious how that plays out. Very excited about it.

Also for sure I’m more than happy to work out loans, trades and stuff. ECW needs The Funker to make an appearance. I got Paul Heyman and if we know anything about Heyman is that business is always open. I’m going to work on my exempt list once my wife leaves for work. So mine will be posted in about a hour

I'm happy for announcers, ring announcers and Interviewers to just be as they were at the time just thought id ask to clarify as I want the 3 man booth of the time.

That said I'm happy either way though.

Also just noticed Marlena isn't on the WWF list and she was a big part of the Goldust Character.

That will be added as well. Using cagematch overlooked managers pretty hard. So that’s why I said do a double check for everything I mean we are all human. I tried grabbing the most relevant I could find but of course people are going to fall through the cracks. It’s nothing personal just hard to catch every single roster member 20 some years later. Lol

I should have paid closer attention to Smackdown hotel as well. I will get her added as well.
