I read from SRS it was from that top rope uranage, he landed pretty much on his shoulder. It was a nasty, nasty drop.

Which explains why he was walking with a cane last week on Dynamite.

Some things you can put on the language barrier, but there was way too much stuff that he missed, was out on position for, stumbled through etc. for that to be an excuse.
