Jade got legit hurt so they needed to fill the spot, they actually pointed it out on the go home Smackdown and used it to build the drama in a "can this team keep it together" sense.

Boy you can really tell that Nia Jax is worried about hurting somebody again because her offense and weapons shots are laughably soft. Those were some of the worst chair shots I have ever seen.

Business has picked up since Tiffany Stratton showed up in this match. It was really soft and weak and pretty pathetic before that but she looks great, IMHO.

I'm really hoping they are getting that shit out of the way in this match and just have the men beat the fuck out of each other like the old days. But I'm not holding out hope, cause they do this shit every year. 

I feel bad for these girls. The crowd is fucking dead for all but the high spots, the pacing on this sucks, and whoever thought having Nia Jax go a half hour and lead the match was a good idea should probably be fired.

Yeah, whoever laid this match out screwed up badly. The pacing has been terrible and I agree with you, as per usual Nia Jax has looked like shit.

This is one of the worst matches that I have ever tried to sit through live. I feel like if I can’t fast forward I have to stop doing this to myself. I know that there’s this big trend now of everyone pretending like all the women are great, but half of these women can’t work at all. AT ALL. How the fuck is Liv Morgan the champion? Why is Raquel back at all? Why are we trying to push Nia again? Where did all of Bayley’s athleticism go? Just a terrible both fest.

Tiffy is great, as are Io and Candice (even though she's mostly booked as a jobber), and Naomi can hold up her end of the deal more often than not. Nia is vastly improved from how she was but somehow is still terrible. Bianca is the ace of the division establishing the tag scene. Her and Jade were great as basically the Lady Legion of Doom until Jade got hurt.

They have no reason to improve. This match has been the drizzling shits, full of botches, terrible psychology, awful plunder… but they do a couple high spots and get two “this is awesome” chants, so what are you gonna do? The bar is so fucking low.

I’m holding out hope for the Men’s War Games based on who is involved (well, except Tonga Loa) and the fact that the last He’ll in a Cell match they had was epic and not a lot of goofy cartoon plunder. I know they can do it. I just hope they do.

Nakamura’s new look is badass. I don’t know why it took them so long to figure out how to book him properly but ever since he attacked Seth Rollins, he has been doing some great work. Especially the promo packages. I’m just conflicted because I don’t want him to beat LA Knight. But I really hope this match delivers.
