spaldoni Posted February 28 Posted February 28 I agree with AD, Vines and Sword are a blast from our game's past. Tenryu and Bedlam is the money match and all hell's going to break loose next week. Tex and Pierce will fit in well here Love the classic bodyguard angle but I don't think they expected Bagwell getting some back up so soon Johny B Badd's been rock'n the main event slots
LastStopTour Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Hope you are feeling better by now. Blue Demon Jr. would be getting over huge in the southern part of Texas. The northern part if rhe state was Von Erich country and you saw very little Lucia stuff. There were a few small lucha promotions over the years in the area but I don't remember them lasting all too long. To be honest, I think 1991 Buff Bagwell is your top guy. He has the look and the southern appeal I think the fans would dig.
KingBoggs33 Posted March 5 Author Posted March 5 Thanks, man, and yeah, I am feeling a lot better. I appreciate your feedback, and all the feedback that I received running GWF. It's been a fun show to explore. I had many ideas coming up for the promotion, but I have an opportunity arise. That will be the last GWF show. I will write a story within the coming days about the closure of GWF. All the rookies will head back to World Championship Wresting and luckily, with no contracts to any of the GWF talent, they are free and clear to go wherever they may wish, like they were when I used them.
