Match #1

Jimmy Jannety vs Papa Shango w/King Curtis 

The studio is eerily silent as Curtis leads Papa Shango to the ring. Standing 6'6, barrel chested with his face painted as a skull, wearing a top hat and carrying a skull with smoke rising from its eye sockets, you can't deny the mad makes quite the sight. As for the match, it's nothing pretty as Shango dominates with a series of power moves before finishing Jannety off with a Samoan Drop.

UWF Commissioner Bruno Sammartino gives us a special announcement from his office where he says that in three weeks time on the landmark tenth episode of UWF Fury Hour, we will see a unique, first of its kind match. This match which he calls the Knock Down, Drag Out will be the biggest match in the UWF yet and the winner will be given the honor of being the first ever UWF North American Champion.

Match #2

The Desperados (Black Bart & Dirty Don) w/Deadeye Dick vs The Lords of Darkness

The mysterious masked duo manage a few cheap shots but the bulk of the match belongs to the outlaws who've really won the hearts of the Orlando faithful with their comedic antics. Victory comes via a double flapjack but the most entertaining part of the segment comes from Alberto Madril, Attorney at Law who spends the whole match talking over the commentators listing all the rules, regulations and laws at the city, state and even federal levels he insists the Desperados have broken. He just doesn't have the proof with him at the moment but he'll bring it....soon.

Also of note is that the clown from last week returned, with the audience at home learning from commentary his name is apparently Doink. Doink spends his time making balloon animals for the live audience. He offers one to Madril who threatens to sue if he comes any closer. As the Desperados are leaving, Dick wonders over to Doink and seems curious about what he's doing. Doink laughs and quickly makes another balloon animal which turns out to be a horse which he gives to Dick. Dick is delighted and rushes to show his new gift to his fellow outlaws.

The Power Twins join Boni Blackstone to give a short and to the point promo. They want the Bruise Brothers in the ring and they want to tear Paul Ellering limb from limb!

Match #3

Ranger Ross vs Russian Assassin #1 (Angel of Death)

The massive Russian keeps Ross on the back foot using his size and strength managing to score a number of nearfalls. Ross fights through it and manages to catch his opponent with the "Combat Kick" seemingly out of nowhere. No sooner has the ref counted three than Vladimir Koloff and the other Assassin Storm the ring and begin putting the boots to Ross. This brings out the Patriots triggering a proper pier six brawl which security is struggling to contain as we head to commercial.

News from the Wrestling Universe: This week's edition focuses on WCW's recent Clash of the Champions, putting special focus on the controversy surrounding the WCW tag titles which will be resolved at an upcoming event airing live from the Omni in Atlanta.

The Beverly Brothers are arrogantly strutting around the ring when "Welcome to my Nightmare" by Alice Cooper starts playing, heralding the arrival of their opponents, Dnny Davis & Ken Wayne...The Nightmares!

Main Event

The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) vs The Beverly Brothers (Beau & Blake)

To begrudginigly give the Beverly's some credit, they shake off the surprise pretty quickly and we get a very competitive TV main event. The match is just starting to get into high gear when the bell rings and Boni Blackstone announces that as we're approaching the end of TV time, this bout is being declared a draw. The Nightmares offer the Beverly's a handshake which the brothers somehow look offended by.

It's so cool seeing Papa Shango arrive. IRL, I think they could have done so much more with this gimmick. I'm looking forward to see what you do with him. 

Bruno's announcement makes this historic match a must see. Excited to see who will become the first champion. 

Madril is working overtime to get some dirt on the Desperados. I never thought I would ever see a Doink/Desperados crossover LOL another great thing about the UWF, you just never know what's going to happen 

Things are heating way up with Ross/Patriots and the Russians. A feud like this always sells

The Power Twins and Bruise Brothers feud has been built up so well. Add in Ellering and this is money. 

Classic TV move with the main event running out of time. It's a great tease leaving the fans wanting more. 

Props to you on making the absolute most of the free agents.
