Stanton welcomes everyone to today’s program which promises to be a big one with our Main Event of Caveman Broda and rookie Robby Royce taking on the Dundee Family! Stanton explains how it all came about with the Dundees jumping Royce following his match against Don E. Dundee and Caveman Broda coming to the rescue. Last week we had a formal challenge from the Caveman himself and the Dundees were ready to go! We get a short clip of last week’s antics and brawl in the studio before The Sterlings and the Pink Panthers came out to break things up. MATCH 1: Bobby Jay versus TJ Silverspoon. Referee: Dave Gobeil. The pink clad Bobby Jay takes on the “rainbow colored biker”, Silverspoon in a lop sided affair that Jay dominates, taking short cuts even though he doesn’t have to. Bobby Jay wins with a flying clothesline off the middle ropes and a handful of tights. After the match, The Fabulous Creebirds in their Native American regalia, join Wayne Stanton. Joe Lightfoot, Paul Youngbear and Winona Littleheart all mean business and are here for the fans. Next week, we’ll get a look at The Jones Boys … Larry and Rick who will be in action! MATCH 2: Caveman Broda and Robby Royce versus Don E. Dundee & Chubby Dundee w/Jamie Dundee and Book Guy Dundee. Referee: Dave Gobeil. It is a brawl right from the get-go with Jamie and the guy with the Book of Dundee sticking their noses into things as often as they can. With all the interference going on, Caveman Broda has had enough! He wrestles the book away and uses it on the Book Guy and Jamie, laying them both out! This leads to a brawl with both teams refusing to listen to the referee who disqualifies both team! With the odds back in their favor. Jamie yells out … “GET THE CHAIRS!” before Robby Royce is waffled and laid out with a double chair blast! As all four of the Dundees put a beatdown on the Caveman, The Creebirds hit the ring and run off the Dundees! Wayne Stanton puts this one to bed as the fans boo The Dundee Family out of the studio!

Control21 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Winnipeg has been very fun to read about so far. The decision to focus a bit more on women this time is a great call! Might not be a bad idea to bring in some AJW stars from around this time period, especially someone like Aja Kong or Akira Hokuto.

Stanton welcomes everyone to today’s program when Caveman Broda marches out once again with rookie Robby Royce in tow. Broda is hot under the collar with last week’s tag match being tossed out with both teams being disqualified. Broda says it is always 1 on 4 or 2 on 4 with the Dundees … well, next week he has a solution … The fans cheer as the Fabulous Creebirds make their way out and the two teams shake hands. Broda says that next week, him the three men standing by his side challenge the Dundees to a match … that way, it is 4 on 4 and there is no reason to toss any matches out. No more double or triple teaming and no more uneven odds! Joe Lightfoot says when “Brother” Broda came calling, the Creebirds answered and there isn’t a thing the Dundees can do about it! When they leave to cheers, Stanton talks about the debuting Jones Boys as they take on Chip Fletcher and Mr. Wrestling 37. Jamie Dundee will be in action as he squares off against veteran Frank Starr. This one is all Dundee who does a lot of talking to the booing fans and Starr gets walloped by the Book of Dundee behind the refs back. Dundee with the Bomb’s Away fist drop puts this one to bed. After the match, Kitty Karson joins Wayne Stanton. She runs her mouth about Sandy Partlow on hearing a lot of noise from Partlow. Stanton reminds Kitty that Sandy beat her here on Television two weeks ago but is quickly cut off when Karson talks about having beaten her over and over again on the road! Kitty proposes a Best of 7 series of matches here on TV to prove once and for all that she is the SUPERIOR WRESTLER! x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x BREAK x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x Voiceover: You are watching Winnipeg’s Videon Channel 13. He is then joined on commentary by both Sterling Brothers who are here scouting this incoming team of the Jones Boys. MATCH 2: Chip Fletcher & Mr. Wrestling 37 versus The Jones Boys. Referee: Dave Gobeil. We get a handshake to kick things off and the Jones Boys take over like a well-oiled machine. Good debut for the Jones as they kick tail despite the commentary by the Sterlings who say otherwise. You would think they were watching a totally different match alltogether based on what they are saying. In the end, Rick and Larry come off a successful debut when Rick launches Larry off the ropes and onto a prone Chip Fletcher for the win. The fans cheer the victorious Jones Boys when both Sterlings hit the ring and the two teams have some words and things look tense as Wayne Stanton puts this one to bed promising to get to the bottom of what is being said in the ring!
