Loss
Vote for the wrestler that you think had the better career in WWE (whether you base that on impact or match quality is your decision), from 1985 to 2005. Voting will end Tuesday morning. Please give the wrestler's name first and any explanation thereafter. Thanks.
Loss
Chris Benoit Another tough call, but I think Tito will get his due in this tournament one way or another.
Guest The Man in Blak
Chris Benoit I don't think it's really that close, actually. Benoit has been a key contributor in almost every part of the card, as well as both singles and tags. His body of work in the WWF absolutely destroys Tito's matchlog with the company. Tito has history with the early portion of this time period, but Benoit has a World Championship and four solid years of work on his side.
goodhelmet
Tito Santana I cannot, in good conscious, vote against Santana. The only wrestler who I have ever ownedtheir T-shirt. Plus, Arriba! > Toothless Aggression
Guest Hunter's Torn Quad
Chris Benoit I might have voted for Tito if the timeframe had been different.
Marty
Chris Benoit Benoit's held one of the top titles, held numerous other titles, including the ones Santana's had, and has been generally higher up the card. Benoit also contributed to a change of style in the WWF, something, AFAIK, Santana never had the same effect of. Santana's best feud was before 1985 too, whereas afterwards, he was partly on the way to the downswing of his career. This would be a fun match if it actually happened. Al
Chris Benoit Tito makes a good opening match job-man, and Benoit is THE man.

Guest KingPK
Oooh, tough one. Benoit. Like Marty said, Santana's best was before 1985, but he was a fixture in the IC title picture for a few years. Benoit was in one of the best WM main events ever and in other countless good-great matches in the four years in the company.
Guest Bruiser Chong
Benoit. Not really close, either. Santana was a rising star prior to 1985, but once he dropped the belt to Savage in '86, he became a glorified JTTS.
Guest teke184
Benoit. Benoit was a better worker and had multiple runs at the top or near it, drawing somewhat well even when the odds were against him. (Check out the buyrate for KOTR 2001, for example. It still did well despite the fact that Vince gave up on him and Jericho two weeks before the PPV.) Santana was never seen as a top guy, despite having two IC title reigns and at least one tag title reign.
