Loss Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Vote for the wrestler that you think had the better career in WWE (whether you base that on impact or match quality is your decision), from 1985 to 2005. Voting will end tomorrow morning. Please give the wrestler's name first and any explanation thereafter. Thanks.
Loss Posted May 6, 2005 Author Report Posted May 6, 2005 Greg Valentine Tough call again, because you have two guys that were past their prime and whose glory days were long behind them competing for a spot, but Greg was more valuable as a singles star and is just as remembered as Demolition.
Marty Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Greg Valentine Valentine was able to make Brutus Beefcake look watchable early his WWF career. Was past his prime, but still provided fun feuds, such as the Ronnie Garvin one. Ax isn't as good a worker as Valentine, although he had success with Demolition.
Guest Bruiser Chong Posted May 7, 2005 Report Posted May 7, 2005 I'm going with Ax simply because he was still half of one of the most over tag teams pro wrestling has ever seen. Valentine had some use as a singles wrestler, but he rarely ventured into anything interesting once his IC title days were behind him.
