After Jake's initial face turn, he wasn't nearly as interesting until he turned heel again in 1991 and he had that embarrassing 1996 run too.

Feuds with Seamboat, Savage, and Andre. -His middle run where he was in the 6 man tag at MAnia was forgettable from the footage I have seen. -His 1996 run is the sole reason Austin 3:16 became a household catchphrase.
Guest Bruiser Chong Posted May 7, 2005 Report Posted May 7, 2005 Jake the Snake. Both guys were great as heel and face competitors, but you have to give credit to Jake for being suave enough to get fans to loathe him, love him, and then loathe him once again.
