Loss Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Vote for the wrestler that you think had the better career in WWE (whether you base that on impact or match quality is your decision), from 1985 to 2005. Voting will end tomorrow morning. Please give the wrestler's name first and any explanation thereafter. Thanks.
Loss Posted May 6, 2005 Author Report Posted May 6, 2005 Dynamite Kid Both were past their prime in the voting time period, but Dynamite was still much better in the ring, even if Andre has one huge show to his credit.
Marty Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Dynamite Kid Dynamite was still good in the ring, while Andre, still incredibly over, became embarrassingly bad in the ring.
goodhelmet Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Dynamite Kid- I couldn;t really go by this WWF run so I thought about going back 5 years in their careers and Dynamite would have still won.
Coffey Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Neither one really did that much after '85. I guess I'm going with Dynamite since he had some decent tag matches.
Guest Some Guy Posted May 7, 2005 Report Posted May 7, 2005 Andre. The incredible sucess of the Hogan feud trumps DK's good ring work.
Al Posted May 7, 2005 Report Posted May 7, 2005 Andre the Giant Tough call, but Andre's a legend, while Dynamite had some flashes, but a career threatening injury cut off his career as a great wrestler.
Guest KingPK Posted May 7, 2005 Report Posted May 7, 2005 Dynamite Kid. Andre was on the tail end of his popularity around this time and he continued to break down physically. DK didn't fare much better, but he had better matches.
