Pro Wrestling is awesome and I actively look down on people who don't like it.

Your argument is structure, timing and psychology don't really matter. BTW using the moves argument the Powers of Pain are equal to the Rockers and better than Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson. Thinking about PG-13's run in WCW and they were victims of some really bad timing. If anybody would of used them on a national stage it would of been Vince Russo. But almost as soon as they are signed, Russo gets fired. I think they made Nitro one time. But they had a fun run on Thunder and Saturday Night. In particular a tag title match with the Mamalukes and a six man with Chavito vs 3 Count.

Yeah sorry chief I already made my big argument. Now I'm giving what I have received. WRONG Just very wrong. Unless this applies to the Road Warriors and The Powers of Pain. In which case white noise.

Fat? Compared to who? Maybe you should stop if you can't form a real argument.

1.Demolition offense is actually awesome. If you don't like Demo clubbering fuck you. I'm not gonna waste my already worthless time explaining why chocolate ice cream is great. 2. They had an awesome gimmick and theme. They did cool promos about punching your stinkin teeth down your throat. 3. They put together great matches doing it. In wrestling you only need the first two things. They did all three. Now for PG-13 PG-13 were small and trouble makers before they actually made it. Name someone else with that combination going against them right out of the gate. Shawn Micheals maybe but he was established somewhat before he became a dickhead.

To make the current Tough Enough seem relevant.
-
Tough Enough has never helped anyone become a star. Even Miz and Morrison had to build a lot of distance from Tough Enough before they made it as even mid carders.

FBI had the super kick Russian Legsweep combo, The Paisano elbow sequence and the Rocket Launcher. Watching 88 NWA and the Powers of Pain have a ton of cool looking spots. The Hart attack, a Suplex/flying clothesline combo, powerslam into flying headbutt, Flying headbutt decaptator. One of the bigger surprises from watching 88.

Wolfie as Slash was one of the best things about TNA. Which is not saying much but he was really good there.
-
JC Ice was way too small to ever make it. He was probably too small to make it in ECW. They might of did better in the WWF if not Ice causing trouble. Wolfie didn't make it because of JC Ice.

There is a difference between bumping and stooging.
-
This is true.

That or Vader was still recovering from surgery. They ended up having a good singles match at the Beware of Dog ppv.
-
They had to do a Yoko feud. That was the big dream match. The two big fat monsters from 93 finally clashing. I'm more disappointed they did not meet at Wrestlemania 12.

I think Vader was a poor fit for what the WWF wanted out of a fat guy. Before that fat guys would bump and stooge for faces. Like One Man Gang or king Kong Bundy. Even Earthquake would stooge a bit for guys like Hogan. The closest the WWF ever had to a Vader type heel was Andre in 88/89. I don't think Vader ever adjusted to that. By 97 with the Shamrock match on they did a much better job booking him. Win or lose he was kicking ass. Then like I said earlier, I think the Kane feud was really good booking, Had a clear story of Vader being the last hop with Undertaker seemingly dead again. The match Vader got more offense than anyone got on Kane before and Vader being stretchered out was treated as a huge deal.

In 1990 he seemed to become broke down. Like he had rickets or something.

I think the Garvin/Hayes Freebirds was a really underrated team. At their peak I think they were really good. They had a match with the Freebirds on a WCW syndie I think was better than the Midnights GAB match. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xgjglt_fr...s-nwa-pro_sport The "childhood memories" is really the worst current argument. I rather just be called an idiot than have my argument dismissed with mind reading bullshit.

Demolition VS Brainbusters September 89 MSG VS Twin Towers both Boston Garden matches VS Rockers MSG 88 VS Hart Foundation Summerslam 88 Hart Foundation vs Demolition Summerslam 88 vs Brainbusters Summerslam 89 Bulldogs had a match with the Demos that bordered on great if not for a shitty finish. Harts had a great match with the Twin Towers that I need to rewatch before adding it to the list. I figure most people here know. But me and Matt D spent two months last year going over Demolition matches. That is why I did not clarify earlier.

By the end he did. In '98, he was losing to everyone from Jeff Jarrett to Al Snow. If he'd stayed much longer and the pattern had continued, soon he would've been laying down to Kaientai. The jobbing was because he gave notice. If he had stayed I'm sure he would of been used better.
-
Also on the discussion at hand. PG-13 was a great team. Have not seen enough USWA to make a proper analysis on if they are top twenty. As far as I'm concerned Demolition is one of the best teams ever. I honestly can't accept any team being outright better. Equal but not better. I actually think the LOD squash was a great showcase for PG-13. They got destroyed but they made sure the spotlight stayed on them. It was about PG-13 getting killed not LOD squashing jobbers.

I'm sorry but that's just not true. WWF ran heel in peril matches FAR more often than any other territory/wrestling company with a serious tag division. Was it a dominant theme for the entire run of the companies history? No. Was it more prevalent their than anywhere else? Yes. Worse yet a lot of the more traditional style tags with FIP segments would end at curfew with the fucking faces being saved by the bell which is just as absurd. Not true at all. Faces dominated the first eight minutes before the heel got on offense. No longer than Rock and Roll Express would dominate the Midnights or Tully and Arn.
-
The WWF "heel in peril" thing is a myth. Faces spent no more time of offense than any other promotion.
-
He was working in Hollywood. That Kane match was the last time Vader was booked properly in the United States. Kane injuring Vader was treated like a huge deal. I think Vader gave his notice before Over the Edge 98. Otherwise they could of did more with the feud.

Barry should of won the title and gotten a big heel run. But I think Barry knew whoever won was in for a struggle.

He didn't say he had her first just that he would punk HHH and take her. This was a long time before those rumors ever went public.
