I'm in the camp that until someone else is main event over, might as well keep the title on Roman Reigns. If they pulled the trigger on Drew at the Castle that would have been OK because the crowd was so hot but since he lost there, I feel Drew is out of the equation. Putting it on The Rock would accomplish nothing & make the entire Reigns reign feel like it was for nothing. It doesn't help The Rock or anyone on the roster & then he would just leave again. That's like the worst case scenario. Cody winning it would work only if when Cody returns he's still super over. That's the most important thing to me, it needs to go to someone that is over. We don't need another Cena scenario where he's the top babyface & half or more of the crowd are vocally booing him, you know? I think, like others have said, Cody - if available - will turn out to be the best option but I also don't hate the Rex Steiner idea. Giving a new, young guy a big rub that could help make him & give you a big name/star for multiple years going forward is what WWE should be looking for right now. It's Triple H's show now though, so we'll probably get Karrion Kross or Johnny Gargano instead.

If there's one guy that AEW absolutely needs to drop from the roster, it's Jake Hager. Even Bryan Danielson can't make anyone give a fuck about that guy. Just total black hole of charisma & entertainment.

I don’t understand… they spent all of the PPV using the Stokely group of ninjas to get MJF the Joker chip but he’s not with the group now?

Miro isn’t even in the title tournament but Sammy is… lol Page wasn’t suspended too?

Make Miro the AEW World Champion. Then feud him with Bryan Danielson, Claudio, & Moxley then give Miro a tag partner, like Brody King or Darby Allin & feud with FTR. I could die happy.

I just want to say that I acknowledge that without The Elite, AEW wouldn't exist. I also acknowledge that they have a lot of fans. That being said, I actually think I would enjoy AEW more if Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks & Hangman Adam Page all left the promotion.

Here's the question I want to ask: does the in-ring work in AEW improve if they fire both The Young Bucks and C.M. Punk? Because I think it makes the show better... unless they spend their time to give more time to shit like Chris Jericho.

What would be the point? Drop a bunch of F bombs and start a feud with another babyface to an audience that's a lot smaller than Dynamite? Seems stupid and counterproductive. This just makes everyone involved, and the company as a whole, look like shit.

Punk wearing all white in Chicago as the babyface, so you know he's going to be bleeding a gusher.

It's bad enough that on their biggest show AEW had Chris Jericho Vs. Bryan Danielson booked, as it really doesn't help grow anyone for the future... but then Jericho just goes over & it's like... what the fuck is the point? This show has sucked, I'm sorry. There's been some good wrestling but the crowd being sitting on their hands most of the night, the booking/finishes & the match order have completely killed the show.

This PPV has had some very questionable & wonky booking decisions tonight, so I hope Tony Khan has something up his sleeve. He made the comments about the roster being super strong after tonight, if he's just talking about the return of MJF, then I don't know if tonight is going to be a success.

Sadly, the majority of this PPV so far has been sitting around waiting for a match to end because they're giving it too much time. This women's match is no exception. Fucking GO HOME.

Well, that was... unexpected.

I honestly expected the live crowd to be a lot more hype tonight but they've been surprisingly subdued for the majority of this show so far. Granted there's not been a ton of top end stuff yet, but usually AEW crowds, especially on PPV, are rabid.

That match was awful. If Dave doesn't give that negative stars, I'll be shocked. They botched damn near everything they tried to do. They were both sloppy. The Baddies even fucked up the pinfall attempt at the beginning so Jade had to kick out of Athena's finish. Just miserably bad.

The new Marvel She-Hulk show is terrible... but Jade coming out as She-Hulk is cool.

Great finish during the Trios finals. I bought into Silver because Omega is the kind of guy that would put someone over like that.
