  1. In true territory style, if goc gets Dallas, being non NWA you could run there anyway?
  2. I suppose the other question is, if we draft how do we do the towns...
  3. . That would be my steer as we've used this process before, and is the most realistic no? I don't think it is as realistic as it has been sold to the public. I am all for a draft due to the same reasons El Boricua doesn't want to take the Florida guys. It is no secret that I want to expand and these parameters do not allow for that and in all reality limit our ability to grow unless the person in front of us dies. No offense to Goc, but he is staying around with Southwest, so therefore something tragic would have to happen in order for me to ever get than influx of talent to make my promotion grow, which limits why I would want to keep going in the first place. I want to build a roster and create a cult/nationalized style much like the WWF, Crockett, and Watts did in the mid 80s but this doesn't allow that to happen. If we are putting forth that talent will never be drafted, I would rethink my stance and what the future would hold. I am not taking my ball and going home, but simply stating that if I am not allowed to grow (outside of numerous talent trades, which we have seen become ineffective due to inactivity), I don't see the overall purpose of continuing. Much like the REAL world did if we look at things in that sense, the individuals who did the most got the most, Vince and Crockett made the most money and picked up the talent they wanted to grow regardless of where they were geographically. This is also very true, wouldn't you pick up WCCW?
  4. If the promotions disappear, being closest to to Georgia and Florida along with Crockett, can we just draw a line through the two and split the towns? I can't find Parvs Ohio photo with the line through it....
  5. . That would be my steer as we've used this process before, and is the most realistic no?
  6. I think this is a useful addition, it would happen in real life.
  7. This is another great effort, Southwest has a very balanced squad of talent. A lot of masked men will keep the Hispanic fan base happy, and top Texan talent keeps the Texans happy. And then there's the scrubs, Stone and Wildfire shouldn't be any near a house show anywhere else in the country but they sit just fine here...
  8. A bit long winded but this is what we sorted last time with Will flow chart. Puerto Rico gets Florida gets Alabama gets Georgia gets New Orleans gets San Antonio gets Dallas gets Memphis gets Lexington gets Mid Atlantic gets Puerto Rico (although this last one seems a bit far fetched) New York gets Indianapolis got Kansas City gets Minneapolis gets Stampede gets (Vancouver / Portland) gets Toronto gets Montreal gets New York
  9. Brian told me he was swamped with work this month. I've messaged him and let him know about this thread. Let's just ask the two new guys what promotion they want. We need to put aside any other ideas around drafting rosters and just stick with what we agreed with at the beginning and have used successfully twice before which is if the rosters don't get picked up then they get absorbed by the promotion next to them in Wills flow chart.
  10. WWA posted shows this week, I'd say he still in...
  11. I don't think there's an issue of this ending so id post up your shows...
  12. Yes. No one else had to pass any kind of test to become a booker here. As far as I can recall you didn't have any posts outside of shilling your podcast before you started this project. That's true and while I did serve as a booker for MACW and backed up my credibility with information from another board, along with knowing Grimmas and others, I can see your point. However since I have been here, I have posted consistently and been a productive member of the group and attempted to help move things forward than go backwards. Like I said, it was simply an opinion... you state yours over and over and while I disagree with you vehemently on most everything, you are entitled to it. I have tried to settle our differences through PM but you have blocked and ignored and continue to make them public. You continue to be passive aggressive with your signatures and other issues that you bring up. You have simply ceased being productive in my eyes towards this project which is weird because there is history of you posting about how individuals should only have 30 days yet you retract those statements now. My simple reason for what I said was that due to my history of doing this and running a project like this is that people come and go and it is good to get them hooked in before moving forward. With the individuals being new members, it is simply a precaution to prevent scenarios such as the one we have one right now with inactive and defunct promotions. I think we are moving away from what the issue is. Can we move back to that, some promotions are inactive, Georgia and Florida, lets create a poll for how we dissolve them or give them to others. 4 options I see... - Territory take over as per we have done twice before. Ill likely take the people i want from Georgia (Which isnt many) and then give up a portion of my new joined territory to kevinmcfl as he has been very forthcoming in PM's around running Alabama for me. - Two new guys get to pick 5 wrestlers each for either promotion they choose and then we draft then we go into a draft with everyone left. - The two new guys have to prove themselves, kevinmcfl is in my Alabama development, 4 weeks enough to prove it? - The two new guys get to choose either Florida or Georgia and go from there.
  13. Tuesday 20thth September 1983 Expo Centre, Mobile, AL Bell Time 8pm 1. The Nightmares continued the attack until Art Crews comes out to even the odds. - 2. The Heavenly Bodies "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton and "Doctor Of Desire" Tom Pritchard defeats Scott Armstrong and Josh Stroud in 9 minutes when "Beautiful" Bobby hit a top rope Alabama Jam onto Stroud followed by the pin. - 3. After the match The Heavenly Bodies attack the champions. - 4. Nightmare Ken Wayne defeated Art Crews in 6 minutes when it looked like Crews had the win wrapped up only for Ken Wayne's partner to swap places with him and catch Crews of guard and rolled him up for the 3 count. - 6. "Bullet" Bob and Brad Armstrong defeat the team of The Flame and Ron Fuller via DQ when the two masked men from last night dressed similar to The Flame attack the Armstrongs throwing the match out. The 4 men continued the beat down until Tommy and Johnny Rich run out to even the odds and send the fans home happy.
  14. Southeastern trades Paul Jones for Steve Olsonoski from Mid South.
  15. Kevinmcfl will be taking over booking of Alabama Wrestling Alliance. He can book shows Wednesday to Friday in smaller towns Southeastern is not running. I've also said that I'm fine with Kevinmcfl bringing in any talent from other promoter so he can begin to work with others. And he can also do what he likes booking wise. The tricky thing for me is TV, because only a few don't appear on my TV it wouldn't be "legit" if he ran TV tapings with different storylines and feuds in Alabama. Does anyone know of an example of when that did happen? I know Parv spoke about opening up a development promotion NWF, maybe that can happen for the other new writer?
  16. Just a question, I have deals with Georgia for Brad Armstrong coming over for 3 months and Dutch Mantell go the other way, now with Kris leaving can this deal be held up? Also i know we havent heard word from ICW yet, but we have an ongoing agreement with Jim Cornette, again will this be held up?
  17. Wrong Topic
  18. No need for an apology. Was just highlighting it. Also much like goc said when he may of ended up with Mid-South there be a very large draft coming from Georgia if it falls to me. But with two new guys, im certain it wont happen...
  19. What about the three people that have expressed interest in joining/participating? Just to highlight Georgia in the drop out thread falls to Southeastern and Florida to WWC. We did this with both Central States and Portland. But priority goes to the two wanting to join.
  20. Also added to the list, Paul Jones...

Southeastern Tag Team Champions Ricky Gibson and Tim Horner defeat The Assassins with Paul Jones in a Loser Must Leave Town match. Horner and Gibson were followed to the ring by manager Jim Cornette, Horner and Gibson sent Cornette back to the locker room, due to him getting too involved in matches as of late. The finish came when Assassin #1 was holding Tim Horner and Paul Jones jumped up onto the apron and threw salt into Horner's eyes only for Horner to duck and roll up Assassin #1 for the 3 count at 13 minutes. The Assassins argue with Paul Jones after his mess up with the salt. Jim Cornette comes to the ring and to begin celebrating with the winning team. Cornette grabs the house mic and says well done to his team, but he feels they don't need him anymore, and he'd like to introduce his new team who will be challenging for the titles very soon. Cornette introduces his new team "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton and "Doctor Of Desire" Tom Pritchard, The Heavenly Bodies. The newly named Heavenly Bodies rush the ring and attack the champions with Jim Cornette leading the attack. Looks like Gibson and Horner's issues have only just started. - 5. The Studd Stable (Jimmy Golden, Ron & Robert Fuller) defeat the team of Larry Hamilton, "Wildfire" Tommy and Johnny Rich in an Birmingham Elimination Street Fight in 15 minutes. Order of elimination, Tommy Rich was DQ'd after 9 minutes when he stole a chair from Jimmy Golden and the referee believed he had used it. Next out was Johnny Rich who Robert Fuller hit with a chair and pinned him at 10 minutes while "Wildfire" was arguing his point with the referee. After the match Brad and Scott joined there father in the ring to celebrate. Then from the back two unknown wrestlers dressed similar to The Flame get in the ring along with The Flame while Dutch rolls out. The Flame and the unknown men attack the Armstrong's, some wrestlers come from the back to try and break up this attack but it looks as if "Dirty" Dutch lives up to his name and has locked the cage door. The attack continues until someone breaks the lock and the 3 attackers climb out of the cage and flee to the back while the Armstrong's are beaten down.
