I ought to re-watch the 6-man from last night. I liked it a whole lot until the final stretch which included major whifs on offense from the Shield. Reigns promo was bizarre. He seemed comfortable which was a good thing. The opening line was weird, but I did like the rest of it.

Battleground is in June this year. If they ever do a War Games, then that would probably be the time to do it. I think the more likely scenario is Shield-Batista/Orton/Kane and HHH-Bryan. I imagine the six-man will be no holds barred and the title match will be LMS. That's my prediction for now. My dream match would be a NJPW vs. War level tag. It would be Bryan/Cena/Shield/Usos vs. Evolution/Wyatts/Kane. Preferably in an elimination tag.

Wow. This is unbelievable. -
Shield-Wyatts III was very good. I liked it a lot until the last few spots which lacked any impact. The Shield were working too fast in my opinion. I was annoyed at Reigns blatantly missing his running dropkick on Harper, but that was mostly Harper's fault. Other than that, this was a really good match with an inspired babyface performance from Ambrose. Harper was awesome again. He worked extra stiff tonight. That post-match promo was totally bizarre. Ambrose selling his ribs enthusiastically was hilarious and awkward. Reigns cutting a pretty boy promo was frightening. Rollins had good intensity and was the least uncomfortable of the three. And yes, that Road to WrestleMania XXX Special was excellent.

I listened to it last night. My clairvoyance is unmatched. Game of Thrones called me too, but I caught it on the immediate replay. I loved this show guys. There was some really interesting discussion on Brock-Taker and the company moving forward. Who was it that predicted Shield-Evolution? They were pretty much right.

I haven't had the chance to talk about it yet, but RAW was unreal last night. I'm actually overwhelmed by how exciting the last two nights of wrestling have been. I don't think I could have imagined it all like this. The first hour last night was maybe the best opening hour of wrestling television I've ever seen. The opening segment, the 6-man, Fandangoing returning, and Heyman-Brock opening the second hour with a pretty brilliant promo. The next two hours kept up the pace. Cesaro becoming a Paul Heyman Guy and the Shield's ultimate transition into faces were awesome, awesome moments. All of this is surreal to me. It's like the booking team is a collaboration of PWO enthusiasts. And Shield-Wyatts III is tonight. God, I probably should get my blood pressure checked.

I can see the arguments for people being pissed about Brock-Taker, and I can even agree with a lot of them. However, I think I liked the result mostly because it was the first truly unpredictable moment I've ever seen as a wrestling fan. For me, it was a good thing. It's a shame Brock will be disappearing from television for months soon. That's likely the worst consequence.

I heard the first half this morning. I will listen to the second half when I get home in a bit. Dylan's legit anger over the Rock being discussed was unbelievably funny. That came out of nowhere. This has been a fun listen so far. I agree with Kris that Cena isn't losing on the same show where the Streak ended.

I think Brock should get his win back against Cena at Money in the Bank. Hold Bryan-Brock till Summerslam. I don't want them rushing into Bryan-Brock.
-
The idiots walking out missed an awesome main event. Anyways, Raw should be interesting tomorrow.

I will say this. Brock was damaged goods before tonight, but I think they wanted a part-timer to get the win in fear that a young guy might not carry the weight of it down the road. More importantly, this sets up Bryan-Brock which should have Bryan pinning Brock clean and further solidifying him as the Man. Plus, the three count and immediate reactions were awesome. I don't give a shit what anyone says.

Hahaha.. The same source you didn't trust!!! I had a prophetic dream about this. I deserve credit

I loved the hell out of the triple threat. The booking was fantastic. The ending was awesome. And the fans were resurrected. This was an awesome Mania.
-
And the Diva's match wasn't awful. AJ winning is kind of a surprise. The crowd is still in shock. They can't react to much of anything right now.

I still can't believe I dreamed this shit a week ago. That is unbelievable to me. And kind of frightening. To discuss some of the card, I didn't like Cena-Wyatt. The silliness was a bit too much at times. I liked a few spots in a vacuum, but the mind games stuff was really annoying to me. I was pissed Cena won. Wyatt will likely get a win though at Extreme Rules. Taker-Brock was sad to watch. Taker was so blown up. We know the rest.

Can I change my name to the Prophet now? Dreams do come true.

The tag title match was fun. The post-match was my favorite part. It was a good way to kick things off and done very well. The opening was a blast albeit a bit annoying because that time could have been spent on a match. Bryan-HHH was very good except Trips was a little reckless at times in protecting Bryan. Although, that probably added to the match. I loved Bryan getting the decisive win. The Shield mopping the ring with the old farts was exactly how it should have gone down. The crowd seemed a little taken aback by it though. I still enjoyed how it was booked. The Battle Royal was a mess in the first half, but the second half was outstanding. Kofi's "save" was his craziest yet. And my God that finish. I'm marking the fuck out right now. With that, I probably won't return until after the show. Some of you guys seem a bit ahead of me in what's going on. I don't want to be spoiled for the remainder of the show.

Speaking of dreams, I dreamt last week that I missed the show. Bryan won, and there was the expected YES! chants. More importantly, Lesnar beat the Streak in that dream. I wouldn't bet a dime on it, but that's going to stay in the back of my mind all day.

There was some hilarious moments tonight. The Arn-Rey toast to Lita, Mr T.'s entire speech, Kane interrupting him with his music, Bad News Barrett's babyface interruption, Carlito making fun of himself, and Warrior referencing Jerry McDevitt. It was a pretty entertaining four hours.

I gotta say, even if I think this year's Mania is disappointing in some respects, the WrestleMania Today shows have been outstanding. Both of Booker T's sit-down interviews with Randy Orton and Batista were great. Batista's was hilarious. It's also been fairly unscripted with Booker showing up late on Thursday, Cole and JBL saying totally ridiculous shit, Booker comparing John Cena as the only white rapper at the BET awards to his ability to overcome the odds, and Alex Riley asking terrible questions to the battle royal combatants such as who do they think will win if they get eliminated. The video packages have also been incredible. The Hogan and Bryan packages were excellent. There have also been some great segments with Big E. and the Usos wandering around New Orleans.
-
I agree. I blame Cole for that. It was awful watching that.
-
I blame WWE for Kevin Rudolf, Tinie Tempah, and MGK songs staying in my head for years and years.

Besides looking forward to Bryan-Sheamus (the 18 seconds was infuriating at the time), the only other match I really enjoyed the build for was Team Johnny vs. Team Teddy. I distinctly remember the build having great heat with some fun segments. The match itself was fun, but ended up being a tad disappointing.

I've mentioned before that Taker-Brock should be worked as a Hell's Gate vs. Kimura Lock match.
