This was an excellent sprint. Tamura slaps Vader and lets him know he isn't to be fucked with. Tamura goes after Vader's leg as Vader just uses his tree trunk arms to swing at Tamura's head. Tamura gets a couple of takedowns and the crowd is fucking shitting themselves. Eventually, Vader's big mitts and the Vader bomb take down the hard fought Tamura. The crowd was fucking molten and this was an extremely fun 7 minutes.

What a fucking awesome hate filled, lucha blood brawl! This had everything one can want out of a lucha hair match. Just really fucking great stuff.

I mean this was really amusing to me. These types of vignettes that clearly aren't going to work that well are always amusing.

This was fun. Flair is all mad that the Hogan train has officially begun. I would be too.

Wow, really an excellent promo by DWB here. Jake's was great also but I was really impressed with the delivery from DWB.

This didn't look to be much of anything. The Headshrinkers win by DQ due to more ridiculous Memphis madness.

The beginning is really good. Then, Aja relies on the crossface to take up a large portion of the match. I didn't like her multiple piledrivers either. Kansai's comeback is good with her stopping Aja mid run while on the turnbuckle upside down and punching her square in the face. The splash mountain tease from the top rope was sick as Kansai just collapses from Aja's weight. The whole your-turn-my-turn yurican/forearm battle was something I enjoyed because it looked like it hurt really bad. The count out spots were pretty good too. Aja wins in a good finish and in a match I probably like more than everybody else. However, I didn't like the middling holds for 5-10 minutes by Aja. I'm new to Joshi so I'll believe everyone that there's better matches between these two. Overall, very good to great match.

La Parka is the star in this. His comedy is tremendous. The spot with Sagrada challenging to an actual wrestling match was awesome. I was hoping for a more out of this world bump from Estrada but we still got a high monkey flip into the ropes and big time back drop to the floor. Santo seemed to meander around and not really add to the match at all but his dive was great. Heavy Metal did a solid job of being the sympathetic guy here and I enjoyed his exchanges with Estrada. Psicosis took a few great bumps and it was a joy to see he and La Parka nearly square off. The finish was excellent with a wild dive sequence followed by Estrada making the vulnerable Heavy Metal submit. The post-match dancing to "Thriller" with the little La Parka kid and company was awesome as well. Great fun.

This was really good. It was a unique start as Hasegawa was the one folding Toyota on the mat like a pretzel for the first several minutes. Which, by the way all looked brutal because of Toyota's athleticism and flexibility. Toyota starts screaming and then proceeds to do the same to Hasegawa. As the match progressed, Toyota continued to do extraordinary athletic spots. The finishing run was pretty great and the Sakie win was unexpected and a great moment.

The mean spirited kicking was great. I laughed at the camera zooming in on Hotta calling for another kick. The submissions were good too. When they kicked really hard this was good but I was a little bothered by the transition into the big move/near fall stretch. Still really good match though.

This was very good. It had it's not so great moments early on but like most AJPW matches it picked up towards the end. I did enjoy Kobashi and Taue's exchanges.

This is an interesting match. I liked what I saw but that was it. It was a shootstyle fight and I enjoyed the struggles for holds and the effort put in every move. I love details like that. I found it to be too short and the finish seemed abrupt and possibly botched. It was good but nothing that I thought blew me away.
