  1. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=363 An internet grab bag of reviews today. This includes: ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey vs Danny Cannon Rush/La Sombra/Tetsuya Naito vs Euforia/Ultimo Guerrero/Thunder Atlantis/Rayo De Jalisco Jr./El Dandy vs Satanico/Emilio Charles Jr./Kamala I cannot recommend highly enough spending ten minutes looking at Bailey vs Cannon. You'll either love it or hate it. Plus, who doesn't want to look at Kamala playing the stooging heel in Mexico?!
  2. Assuming I just message him? Thanks for all the other information.
  3. The Final Cut (iirc) was a reverse DDT set up into an elbow drop, the person giving the move spinning 180 in the process. EDIT: Pretty much. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSBPOBFVN-k
  4. What's the best way of keeping up with the Indie stuff, such as the CaraLucha and Chilanga Mask stuff?
  5. That looks like an impressive card. Haven't watched the matches yet, so don't know if that is how it pans out in reality.
  6. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=360 GCW 02/18/1984 - Ted Dibiase puts up his National Heavyweight Title against the enigmatic Mr. R. !
  7. Brilliant, that's pretty much what I needed. I've found Mid-South match listings before - I'm not 100% sure why I asked for them. Primarily required the GCW stuff. GCW TV tapings I guess consisted of matches for TV and then matches for the fans in attendance?
  8. Are there any particularly good resources for finding results/match listings for 1980s TV shows/events that are non-WWE or JCP? I ask as I'm looking for GCW and Mid-South TV listings - I seem to be able to find things in dribs and drabs, but thought that some of you would have a better knowledge of these type of resources. Thanks
  9. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=356 - Review of PROGRESS Chapter 6 - an excellent show all round really featuring El Ligero vs Ricochet as the main event of the evening.
  10. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=352 Reviews of Rev Pro TV 3 and 4. Been a bit slow recently with reviews, but off for 6 weeks now so should be in a position to pick up in terms of frequency.
  11. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=347 Battleground review. TL;DR - I enjoyed the show, especially Owens vs Cena, and enjoyed the ending to the main event even if I'm not sure how they can best book their way out of the corner they've got themselves into.
  12. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=340 My review of a pretty solid Rocky Romero vs Will Ospreay match for Rev Pro TV Episode #2
  13. Two new projects unearthed: http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=329 - Mid-South, taking a look in this review at the 1981 Year in Review episode http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=336 - Revolution Pro Wrestling TV #1 - branching out to look at more UK promotions

  15. So as to avoid copyright issues, I removed Building an Empire and WCW Saturday Night Interactive from the blog. I'm now debating what else I could do instead. I'm tempted by several options: A month by month account of Mid-South Reviews of the NWA Classics 24/7 footage that has just been released Looking at a wider branch of UK independents Modern NJPW AJPW TV Classics What might people be interested in?
  16. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=325 - PROGRESS Chapter 5 review for those who have been following along. Decent show, though with nothing as good as Cruz vs Ligero from Chapter 4.
  17. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=320 My review for 'The Beast in the East'. TL;DR version - an enjoyable show with an excellent title change, a very good opener, a watchable spectacle and two other matches there were just there.
  18. Been a short break for me in terms of writing, but I just reviewed Chapter 4 of PROGRESS. An excellent show all round, topped off with the best match they've had so far in El Ligero vs Nathan Cruz. Please have a look: http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/?p=311
  19. http://tvtimelimitremaining.co.uk/ New website - have a look!
  20. https://twitter.com/tvtimelimit is mine to accompany the blog. I've followed a few people on here, but will add as this thread sees a bit more action.
  21. https://tvtimelimitremaining.wordpress.com/2015/06/21/1984-year-in-review-mid-south-wrestling-17-02-1984/ 1984 Year in Review goes to Mid-South to see the debut of the Rock and Roll Express.
  22. That is my slight issue with the Sting/Vader finish - Vader has top rope moves, but does he have anything that made sense in that situation? He wasn't going for a Vader Bomb or Moonsault.
  23. https://tvtimelimitremaining.wordpress.com/2015/06/16/the-modern-way-money-in-the-bank-2015/ My review of MITB 2015
  24. I would have remembered if it was Vader - this was a highlight shown during a WCW 1992 TV show. I want to say Mr Hughes, but I'm also fairly sure it isn't him either.
  25. Sting might not have as many big name ones, but he had some very interesting ones. I remember him beating Regal with a pin after backbody dropping Regal out of a butterfly suplex setup. I also saw him beat someone (can't quite remember who) with a slam as he caught them coming off the top rope.
