Before completing the newest Saturday Night Interactive (of which the poll contributed to the match), I've posted the older ones that I wrote from a couple of years back. Thanks to the two members who have voted over here - I much appreciate any and all involvement from people on the forum. Current tie with votes from the other board of the Guerrero, Men At Work and Eaton matches - any votes for one of them before the end of the night could give them the victory. The poll is CLOSED. Bobby Eaton vs Sting is the winner. I'll rip, upload and review by the weekend.

I'm copying over a column I began at EWB to include both DVDVR and PWO as places that I also link to my blog. Basically, I watch a match from an episode (chronological) of Saturday Night (1996 onwards) and review it - you get to vote on which match I watch. I had completed ten or so of these over at EWB, so will re-post them on my blog as well as adding the poll to the initial post. https://tvtimelimitremaining.wordpress.com/2015/04/11/wcw-saturday-night-interactive-06011996/ Big Train Bart vs Disco Inferno https://tvtimelimitremaining.wordpress.com/2015/04/11/wcw-saturday-night-interactive-13011996/ Men at Work vs The American Males

A shorter column, designed to look at some of the strange and wonderful matches that end up online (all stolen from the MISC MATCHES thread on DVDVR). First one - Don Muraco vs Cactus Jack. https://tvtimelimitremaining.wordpress.com/2015/03/27/weird-wrestling-from-the-interwebs-1-don-muraco-vs-cactus-jack/

https://tvtimelimitremaining.wordpress.com/2015/03/14/we-are-dynamite-episode-1-my-attempt-at-podcasting/ Inspired by most of you guys involved in Podcasts, I thought I'd give it a go. Here is my review of (the first few days of) 1990. It is only 28 minutes long, I ramble on without real critical detail and my voice is annoying. Check it out >_>

https://tvtimelimitremaining.wordpress.com/ I posted this in a few different forums, and since I had a short time posting on here, thought it would be worthile plugging it here also. This is my new blog on which I will put a mixture of wrestling reviews/posts about a variety of different topics. Currently: 1984 Year in Review Reviews (with gifs) of a range of NWA shows (covering mostly Mid-South, WCCW and JCP) across the year 1984. Currently into February as the Mid-South TV Tournament rages on, WCCW is about to be rocked by the death of David Von Erich and JCP have just put a belt (a pointless belt, but a belt nonetheless) on Antonio Mosca Jr. The Four Horsemen Ride Looking at the formation and establishment of The Four Horsemen through the year of 1985 and onwards. Having never seen this footage (outside of some of the obvious bigger matches), this is an opportunity for me to see the progression of each member as they feud a range of American wrestling's top babyfaces. The Wrestling Classic A review (match by match) of the top 100 matches of the 1980s (according to a list that I found floating about the internet). Feud information, followed by match analysis. C Shows on a Sinking Ship As the defeat of Goldberg and the Fingerpoke of Doom arguably started the downward spiral WCW faced during the late 1990s, I watch the C shows (Saturday Night and Worldwide) to see what hidden gems they were offering up on the C shows, whilst also keeping abreast of key issues on Nitro and Thunder. If you like what you read, please 'Like' me on Facebook (never enjoyed doing that, but anything to get things moving!) https://www.facebook.com/pages/TV-Time-Limit-Remaining/825271737544708?ref=hl Will update as and when I post new stuff. Oh, and I'm not as good as a lot of the guys on here, but it keeps me busy/happy >_>

What are the other notable/popular wrestling message boards?
kingliam replied to Loss's topic in Pro Wrestling
http://www.ewbattleground.com/ is where I originally stem from. Was the official board for Adam Ryland's game, but now has a wider variety of poster. However, the wrestling chat is usually pretty good. -
Finlay vs Regal in the parking lot brawl from Nitro probably fits the bill.

Kawada's tombstone was legitimate cringe moment. A fun match, which took a little while to get going, but definitely got me invested in it by the end.

[1990-WWA] El Hijo del Santo & Blue Demon Jr vs Eddy & Mando Guerrero
kingliam replied to Loss's topic in January 1990
Just didn't click with me like the first match. Mando was fun, but didn't bring much to the fight, and Blue Demon also was less than impressive. The ending just confused me, especially since he seems to be happy to be with the Guerrero's five seconds after they were kicking his backside.- 21 replies

As a complete Lucha novice, was glad to have the opportunity to check some of this action out on the Yearbook. Pretty much echo a lot of what has been said here. I was impressed by the speed of the counters and moves, although I feel that some moves needed more 'selling', though I'm assuming that is just the nature of Lucha Libre at times. I was also impressed by how good Asai looked considering how relatively young into his career he must have been. Enjoyed some of the more violent parts the most - the headbutt was a beauty, and the slaps were also pretty sweet. All in all, a great start.

Appreciate the shout-out. Will give this a full listen when I've caught up.

Some photos from the Meet and Greet from before the show. As was already mentioned, I felt it was good value for the £15. Some of the matches were a little ropey, but generally got the crowd involved. Will type up more thoughts about it when I have the time, but yeah, there was very little ground offense - I mean, there were submissions, but no stomps, elbow drops - one knee drop, which was noticeable enough for us to both comment on it. I kept worrying the ring was going to break, especially when Dave Mastiff was in the ring with Rampage. Those guys were both solid units, and when Mastiff hit the turnbuckle hard, the ring moved a good inch or two. Main event was solid if unspectacular - however, that was all it needed to be. Seeing Liger live was awesome, and it reminded me just how charismatic he can be as well. He worked the crowd like the seasoned pro he is, and was a pleasure to watch.

This thread has made me look up the Samoa Joe dropkick. Man, what was the guy thinking? That was never a good choice to be making.

As it stands, I'm going on my own - however, someone from Extreme Warfare Battleground (one of the other forums I go to) will be about. Would be cool to try and grab a beer and chat. Like the podcast, so anyone who is able to have a fairly in depth wrestling chat with is fine by me.
