Kind of want to announce a few matches off my debut show now that I have some people in place.

I kind of assumed for American promotions, considering Canada is their secondary market and there are no Canadian companies at this time, that they would not count against the Foreign limit. Now I have to make real changes as I only have 2 spots left.

They generally filmed TV every 3 weeks at the arena, with house shows the in between weeks. ECWA will be keeping a close eye on your dates... I have all dates through '95 in the Rosters Thread. I kept the current dates, from HistoryOf, but uncancelled Ultimate Jeopardy and added a TV taping to kick off the new roster.

Feel like my tag division now is a whole hell of a lot sturdier than it was 5 minutes ago. I passed someone that I really didn't want to to make it happen, but I've got backups, worst case.

When you want to build a tag team division, you take the best tag team worker of all time. ECW selects Bobby Eaton. (and I didn't realize only SMW was standing between our other pick) ECW will also select the Can-Am Express, Doug Furnas and Dan Kroffat!

I'm going to put some detail in my weekly show while including, digest style, results of my house shows. It looks like ECW mainly did a house show loop 2-3 weekends a month while running the Arena for TV tapings roughly 15 times a year.

Speaking of songs, I may or may not have spent a lot of time thinking about which songs to assign my new signees. I'm thinking something SRV for Dustin Rhodes, for example.

It still feels like a little too high, but given that Richards, Taz, and the Eliminators have all gone to lower level companies, it felt like if I didn't take him here, I might not get a chance to take him.

Had to go with someone who I planned a few picks ago in Douglas. Feel like I can slot him as a top face or heel.

I'm in a spot where there are a few outsider types I would really like to book still, a few people that I feel like I "need" for a proper ECW, and the balance of trying to figure out which order to go to try to make sure I can get as many of them as possible.

Felt like the Goldust pick feels like a risk that could pay off incredibly well. There's an obviously talented performer, a gimmick that would just get ridiculously over in what is not the most progressive crowd, but it seems like it's something that would shock the sensibility of ECW and their tone. I'm hoping in a good way, but if I chicken shit out of it, bloody everyman brawler Dustin isn't a bad fall back.

ECW will select one of the most outrageous wrestlers in the world, who we anticipate the ECW Arena faithful will just love... GOLDUST.

The last few picks have just killed my draft strategy.
