I will defend the Austin pick a bit here. If you look at the Observers from 1995, Meltzer clearly thinks there's a top of the card guy there, even if 1995 Vince did not.

I really, really wish this was starting 3 weeks later, so I could save Austin, as he started 9/23 for ECW. As it is, I don't think he'll make it to 5 or 6.

I think Foley's a red herring. He'll get fired in a couple of weeks when he stands up to Steph, and then will be replaced by someone more heelish, all the while he's been able to shoot WWE event footage for his reality show.

The drone promo was maybe my favorite thing all year. The typos only seemed to add to it.

The Final Deletion was a pretty amazing piece of performance art. Typos, drones, holograms, and fireworks.

The next NXT tour has been announced, and it's Texas next month. I'm definitely going to the Corpus show, and would like to hit San Antonio too, but that's more up in the air.

I feel like the Rollins match will lead to some overbooked mess to kick off the two brand split World Titles.

Save maybe Shane vs. Taker, I can't think of a worse WWE match this year. Utterly hatless, for the majority of it. Fuck it, heatless and hateless both work.

I was bothered by Kalisto's really inconsistent selling. If the story going in is the hurt back, you should at least TRY to work that into the match a little before the finish.

I could never see another goddamn Superkick again and I'd be incredibly happy.

As a tall dude, provided I liked the designs, I'd buy some wrestling shirts, but my issue is that I either find something that fits width-wise but is way too short, or it fits me length-wise but also looks like a goddamn mumu. There's not really a balance in between.

While I would have liked to have seen Pillman do better because of how good he was during his peak, I am very happy he made the Top 75.

I don't buy for a second that the guy claiming to be Falconarrow on Twitter was the same dude on Reddit. This dude can barely work a mobile keyboard, and doesn't write like English is their first language, even with the 140 character limit.

I love me some bomb throwing Scott Steiner, but that's so so high. I thought I had a chance to be the top vote there, but I'm glad to be wrong.

Now I wish my lowest ranked top vote was Haku. That would be a great avatar.

I for the most part really liked this week's episode. War Machine are a team that stands out for all the right reasons, and the tag was a nice showcase for them to hoss out. I also thought Castle was fucking great in the main event. He showed fire and intensity and if ROH can't see how money he is, they're blind. The Omega vs ACH match did nothing for me, but that's my usual response to Kenny Omega. He annoys me. And the fact that he looks like a buff Adam Sandler kind of adds to the goofiness of the overacting faces, looks that even John Cena would tell him to take down a notch.
