We talked about it privately, but the "loan" work we did has paid off in a big way with the Ugandan Giant coming into the AWA. He is a legit threat right off the bat and someone who will turn the tide in the AWA if used correctly, which there will be no doubt that he will be under your tutelage.

WWF Superstars Vince McMahon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from St. Louis, MO – Kiel Auditorium Vince McMahon: Welcome everyone to the Kiel Auditorium in St. Louis, Missouri! I am Vince McMahon alongside Jesse the Body Ventura. Jesse we have got some big time action tonight including footage of the Johnny Rougeau Memorial Cup and Bret Hart in action! Jesse: I hear that it isn’t what happened inside the ring that was as important as what happened outside the ring McMahon! Vince: We will see what happens with that as the night goes on. Plus tonight we will see Hulk Hogan in action! Jesse: I don’t know McMahon… I think Hogan is still shaking from what happened at the hands of Nick Bockwinkel! Vince: We saw the former champion return last week in Madison Square Garden… it was quite the scene. Fans we have got a big match coming up right now as the tag team titles are on the line… let’s head to the ring… WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The British Bulldogs vs Bob Orton & Dick Slater © w/ Jimmy Hart -A big time main event here from the Kiel Auditorium as Vince and Jesse give us a different point of view on this match from yesterday’s Wrestling Challenge. They put over Jimmy Hart’s decision with Bret Hart here on Superstars and talk about the Hulkster being in action.Inside the ring here, we see a great 12-minute contest. We see Jimmy Hart trying to get involved but it is both Jack and Jerry Briscoe who come out and chase him off. This is the perfect distraction for the Bulldogs as Dick Slater is looking at Hart but when he turns around Dynamite Kid dropkicks him in the chest and then a roll up for the 1….2…3! WE HAVE NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! The crowd pops in a big way, as Vince and Jesse put this over in a big way! Davey and Dynamite hold the titles high in the air as the fans are giving them a great ovation and Slater and Orton have no clue what has just happened! *COMMERCIAL* -Superstars is back with Jesse and Vince putting over the big World Tag Title win of the Bulldogs and the on-going issue with Jack Briscoe and Dory Funk. Jesse says that somewhere down the line these two are going to go at it and only one man will walk out! Vince puts over Dory’s allegiance with Jimmy Hart as they turn their attention to Bret Hart. They talk about his run in the tournament with wins over Don Muraco and Buddy Landell. They talk about the upcoming match with Tito Santana as they send it to the footage. (Match shown in clips due to time constraints) Tito Santana (AWA) vs Bret Hart (w/Jimmy Hart) (WWF) An excellent battle was to be anticipated in this match and it lived up to the hype. Both men’s cardio were definitely put to the test but no worries as Santana & Bret are arguably 2 of the fittest men in pro wrestling. They treated the fans to a wrestling clinic throughout the duration of their match. Jimmy Hart tried to interfere towards the end of the match but Tito nailed him with the Flying Forearm Smash and put him out of commission for the remainder of the match. Tito nailed Bret with the Flying Forearm Smash for the nearfall. Then, Bret was able to hit Tito with the 2nd rope flying clothesline and only got a 2 count. Multiple rollups and small packages exchanged in the final moments. Tito finally nailed Bret with a second Flying Forearm Smash but couldn’t get the 3 count before the time limit expires! Unfortunately, the match is a draw but the audience gave both men a well-deserved standing ovation on their way out. Time limit draw – both Tito Santana & Bret Hart are eliminated *COMMERCIAL* EVENT CENTER TONIGHT IN HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA MAIN EVENT WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs King Kong Bundy w/ Bobby Heenan Andre the Giant & Ted Dibiase vs Big John Studd & Nick Bockwinkel w/ Bobby Heenan Jimmy Snuka vs Roddy Piper Randy Savage vs The Masked Superstar INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Tony Atlas vs Gino Hernandez © w/ Woman NEXT WEEK IN PHILADELPHIA WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs Nick Bockwinkel WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The British Bulldogs © vs Big John Studd & King Kong Bundy w/ Bobby Heenan INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Randy Savage w/ Elizabeth vs Gino Hernandez © w/ Woman THE DECISION- BRET HART & JIMMY HART -Jimmy Hart officially signs Bret Hart to a contract. Bret tells Jim Neidhart that he has a choice to make. Next week on Challenge, we will see a six-man tag with Bret, Orton, & Slater taking on the Bulldogs & Jim Neidhart. He better make the right decision before the match even starts! WHO IS KEVIN SULLIVAN? -Mean Gene puts over the debut of Kevin Sullivan. He talks about his love of dark magic. He is known as a man who will go for what he wants by any means necessary. He has brought with him the One Man Gang and that isn’t all. He has got a group of men who have nothing but pain and destruction on their mind. Who will be their first target? TED DIBIASE… CHANGE OF HEART? Ted Dibiase: This is Ted Dibiase fans and I have got something pressing on my mind. You know it was a mere month ago I found myself in the ring across from Hulk Hogan for the Heavyweight Championship of the World. I didn’t think my life could get better… when it fact it was one of my lowest points. I had sold out for everything to get where I was… and that just isn’t who I am. I am not out here to beg for forgiveness… I am not out here to preach to the choir… but I am here to let the world know that the real Ted Dibiase is going to be around form here on out… and if you get in my way… you are going to find out about it the hard way! *COMMERCIAL* -Superstars is back with Jesse and Vince putting over the decision of Bret Hart to join Jimmy Hart… then challenge Jim Neidhart and the new tag team champions next week on Wrestling Challenge! Jesse says it was the best decision of his life and it is going to pay off with gold in the long run. They talk about the change of style for Ted Dibiase and what this could mean to his career as we cut to the ring for him in action… Ted Dibiase defeated Barry Horowitz -A great showcase for Dibiase who still gets some boos, as these promos haven’t aired for these fans yet. Jesse and Vince put him over as a babyface as we see him work well in the ring and then finish things off with the piledriver and the figure four leg lock for the submission. Dibiase is a man lost right now… will he get found? *COMMERCIAL* -Superstars returns with Vince and Jesse really putting the Hogan and Bockwinkel situation through the roof. They talk about the tag team title swap. The issue with Funk and Briscoe. The decision of Bret Hart. It has been a very busy weekend and what a way to cap it off but with the World Champion in action as we cut to the ring… Hulk Hogan vs Hercules w/ Bobby Heenan -A huge main event for Superstars tonight as we see the Hulkster do battle with Hercules Hernandez. This one goes about 10-minutes and we get to see the big selling power of the Hulkster who makes Hercules look good tonight but it is the Hulkster’s show. We see him Hulk up and make the big comeback before hitting the AXE BOMBER… but once he goes to hit the ropes it is Nick Bockwinkel there to grab his leg! Hogan goes out to make chse for Bock as Hercules comes back around and nails him in the back with the chain! It is a DQ victory for the Hulkster as the 2 on 1 beatdown ensues but Hogan fights his way back and hammers at both men sending them reeling. He can’t wait to get his hands on Bock who flees the scene. He holds up HIS world title belt and tells Hogan “I AM THE REAL WORLD’S CHAMPION!!!” Jesse and McMahon put this through the roof as they sign off.

The big thing about the title change is that it was the "first" taping in St. Louis, so it made perfect sense to hype up the crowd in that way. Sullivan has fully stepped in the same role that Lord Alfred had and has already had more success.

WWF Wrestling Challenge Gorilla Monsoon & Bobby The Brain Heenan in studio Matches from St. Louis, MO – Kiel Auditorium Gorilla: Welcome everyone to WRESTLING CHALLENGE! Gorilla Monsoon here alongside Bobby the Brain Heenan. Brain, you look awfully happy after what you did to the Hulkster last week. Heenan: Monsoon, it was the greatest moment of my life. Nick Bockwinkel, the REAL WORLD CHAMPION IS BACK! Gorilla: So let me get this straight… you think since Bockwinkel was once a champion… he is still the champion? Heenan: No he is still the champion because he never lost the title! Hogan is a paper champion and I am on a crusade to show the world that he is nothing but a liar… a cheat… a phony! Gorilla: PLEASE! Hulk Hogan is one of the most honest and genuine men in the history of this sport and his title win is not varnished in any way, shape, or form! Heenan: You like all the others out there drink this invisible orange juice… well Hogan… I had a taste of it and it made me throw up… it is time for me to show the world just what a crook you are! Gorilla: I can’t believe this. Our fans know that you can’t tell the truth and couldn’t if your life depended on it. Fans we have got a special episode of Wrestling Challenge here today. A couple of weeks ago we saw a couple of members of the WWF go up to Toronto for the Johnny Rougeau Memorial tournament… during that tournament one of our own… Bret Hart made a heck of a run. Heenan: I think we all know Bret has talent… but he had just a little bit more in my opinion. Gorilla: Fans what we are about to see is pretty interesting as we get to see the Hitman as he is called in action… let’s go to the ring. Bret Hart (w/Jimmy Hart) (WWF) vs Don Muraco (AWA) -A similar situation like the previous match with the speed of Bret Hart takes on the strength of Don Muraco. One would think that Jimmy Hart would’ve been a distraction at ringside but he proved to be a non-factor as Bret Hart gets the win on Don Muraco at 4:27 after a 2nd rope clothesline. Winner: Bret Hart (4:27) – advances to 2nd round *COMMERCIAL* -WC is back with Gorilla and Bobby putting over this idea of Bret Hart joining up with Jimmy Hart. Bobby says it is the smartest business move he could have made and we will see just how well it pays off with his run in the tournament. Gorilla then turns the tide and talks about a newcomer to the WWF. He is over 500 pounds and has got a man managing his career that is known to be the most diabolical in the sport. He puts over the One Man Gang and Kevin Sullivan as we cut to the ring. The One Man Gang w/ Kevin Sullivan defeated Jose Rivera & Victor Rivera -Another showcase of the One Man Gang who is absolutely a monster but the real surprise is Kevin Sullivan who comes out with him. Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan put that over in a big way and before we know it, it is the Gang who hits a couple of 747 Splashes for the 1….2….3!! The Gang celebrates with a toned down, but still maniacal Kevin Sullivan… *COMMERCIAL* -The Bret Hart hour continues here with Gorilla and Bobby continuing to put over the Hitman. They put over his situation with Jimmy Hart and wonder what his friends the British Bulldogs and Jim Neidhart think about this. They put over the tag team title match here on WC in our main event as we cut to Bret’s second match of the tournament! (Match Shown in Clips due to time constraints) Bret Hart (w/Jimmy Hart) (WWF) vs Buddy Landell (w/Johnny V) (Memphis) -This probably was the best match of the night as the two mat technicians wrestled a clinic in front of the Montreal Forum faithful. One moment, Bret’s speed & mat savvy gave him the upper hand and the other, it was Buddy Landell’s in-ring experience that gave him the momentum. Bret got the nearfall after a beautiful 2nd rope elbow drop but tried it one time too many, allowing Landell to dodge the 2nd time. Landell got the chance to put Bret away with the Figure Four Leglock but Hart grabbed the rope and broke the submission. At the end of the match, Bret went for the flying clothesline and the pin but Johnny V climbed on the apron to distract the referee. Johnny V and Jimmy Hart got into it at ringside, distracting both the referee Adrien Desbois and Buddy Landell. Bret took Jimmy’s megaphone and clocked Landell with him, tossing the smoking gun out of the ring and pinning Landell at 15:00 to advance. Winner: Bret Hart (15:00) – advances to quarter-finals *COMMERCIAL* EVENT CENTER TONIGHT’S SHOW IN BOSTON MAIN EVENT Hulk Hogan & Andre the Giant vs King Kong Bundy & Big John Studd Tony Atlas vs Nick Bockwinkel w/ Bobby Heenan INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Jimmy Snuka vs Gino Hernandez © w/ Woman The British Bulldogs vs Bob Orton, Dick Slater, & Jimmy Hart Jack Briscoe vs Dory Funk Jr. TOMORROW NIGHT IN HOLLYWOOD MAIN EVENT WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs King Kong Bundy w/ Bobby Heenan Andre the Giant & Ted Dibiase vs Big John Studd & Nick Bockwinkel w/ Bobby Heenan Jimmy Snuka vs Roddy Piper Randy Savage vs The Masked Superstar INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Tony Atlas vs Gino Hernandez © w/ Woman BRET HART & JIMMY HART? -Mean Gene puts over the questionable formation of Jimmy Hart and Bret Hart. He talks about the rumors of Jimmy Hart offering him a blockbuster deal and giving Bret a tryout up in Canada only for him to make a decision within the next 24 hours. We will have Bret Hart’s decision tomorrow on Superstars! WHO IS KEVIN SULLIVAN? -Mean Gene puts over the debut of Kevin Sullivan. He talks about his love of dark magic. They really hammer home on the big tag team championship match coming up as we head to the ring… WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The British Bulldogs vs Bob Orton & Dick Slater © w/ Jimmy Hart -A big time main event here from the Kiel Auditorium as Gorilla and Bobby really put this one through the roof. You have really got things running on all cylinders. I applaud your ability to keep everything straight and aligned and easy to follow and keep up with. Just tremendous work here. -
It may seem like a small thing, but I am going to be running the exact schedule of All Japan, so if you want to be realistic, keep that in mind when scheduling your shows so we don't end up in the same arena on the same night. I could honestly care less about that aspect, but just for realism sake something to keep in mind. I think it's very unlikely that we end up running the same building on the same day if I'm doing 2 shows a month. You need to be worried more about the talent stealing aspect because I'm coming after Kawada who IRL was getting in trouble with Baba for wanting to work with UWFi Baba is out of action. Misawa has the book. Tenryu is back. Kawada is in good hands right now lol.

WWF NEWS -Bret Hart seems to be a top name being talked about around the WWF. Those in power are very high in the youngster as they are going to showcase his run in the Johnny Rougeua tournament this weekend on television along with moving him around to some other markets to get his name out there. No word on whether it will be a team or singles situation for Hart, but expect him to move up the card. -A couple of big moves over the weekend as Chavo Guerrero was brought in to join Hector and Mando Guerrero. We also saw Kevin Sullivan come into the WWF and some have said it has to do with the signing of Woman. Sullivan and Woman have been romantically linked in the past couple of months and this could be due to that.

I think the rosters are updated as of today. I updated the 1985 fresh face draft order. If you remember, these drafts do not snake so the order is reflective of that. I think I have the traded picks up to date. Not all of those trades have been "announced" but are effective at this point.

Very nice to see some of the old guard come back in the WWF. Everyone wanted to see how Savage would have fared in this setting of the WWF and now we get to see it. Savage vs HBK, Razor, Diesel, even Austin down the line... could be something special. I view Savage as being a man on his own here in this WWF and hopefully that will allow him to be built as the main dude on the block.

Pretty nice star power here from start to finish. I like the reintroduction of Luger to WCW and him playing the line as he did so well. Looking forward to how that will play off down the line with him and Sting.
