  2. I agree... I think it works at so many levels since it is such a cheap win and he gets his heat back on Heenan and beats him up. It is very questionable, but definitely leads to a rematch down the line for what would be a huge rematch in LA... perhaps in a cage... hmmm

Heenan: You can call it that Monsoon, but he made the smartest choice of his life. Gorilla: He sided with Jimmy Hart a week ago and shocked a lot of people, including the British Bulldogs who are looking to get revenge in the near future. Heenan: I really like this team though… you got the size of the Anvil and the technical ability of Bret Hart… it is a scary team to be in there with… Gorilla: I suppose it would be easy pickings for the Heenan Family though? 9. That is what I am trying with the Tenryu Revolution vs Holy Demon Army vs Super Generation Army angle all revolving around Kawada. Who will he pick? Plus with Eddie coming in under the mask and the Junior Heavyweight Title, I think there is enough different to give it the boost it needs but we will see in the long run. It is still only results but I don't know how much time I would have to really add too much more to it and if it would even fit with the setting.

  11. WWF would like Andre for 9/22 and 9/23 WWF would like Stan Hansen for 9/22
  12. Rosters have been updated, as per usual, let me know if something needs to change. I have talked with Boon about the Japanese attractions... I think it is good to go at this point. The next thing would be freelancers for the next three months... October - Kevin November - Rain December - LowBlow Does that work for everyone?
  13. I agree, it is great to have Memphis back on the block... but don't call it a comeback because it was never really gone. Lots of very fun stuff here to get your roster in the shape you want it to be in. There's a ton of talent here that fits with the territory. Looking forward to Lawler and company getting back into business.
  14. I love seeing what you've put together here with a very authentic roster while adding in some great talent from outside the region. I really like the Graham and Backlund issue with Flair, if there were only triple threat matches back then!
  15. I love the use of Owen in the six-man. He was very young at this point and needed that helpful hand.
  16. I like seeing this team of Adonis and Gilbert along with Cornette and Sherri. Seeing Dino and Martel together builds things in a big way but to have them lose makes it even more important.
  17. The ever changing pieces of the USWA are great to see as you really don't know what is going to happen week in and week out. I love the trio of Fernandez,Williams, and Gordy... perhaps three of the most bad ass dudes in the business right now. I know I got shit for pulling together some fatal fourway matches in late 83, but they work well here. I don't think that the idea is totally out of the realm, with someone like Watts, you know he would think about stuff and just need to pull the trigger on putting it out there.
  18. Rick Rude in a main event is a big deal but it is simple that Rose is a big deal. Love the use of Tito here as well... he is such an important piece to build around.
  19. Love watching Bret be built throughout the country... he could go at this time he just needed the right angle and someone to talk for him lol.
  20. WWF on Tour 9/16/1984 Philadelphia, PA – Philadelphia Spectrum WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs Nick Bockwinkel - This one ended in pure chaos as Heenan got involved and tried to help Bockwinkel win but anothe referee came out and the match was restarted. Randy Savage w/ Elizabeth defeated Johnny Rivera -The Macho Man is live here tonight and he looks to be in the best shape of his career. Whatever it does mean… the One Man Gang is here and ready for action. The One Man Gang w/ Kevin Sullivan defeated Big Fred Ottman -This one is a fun back and forth with Gang and Ottman going toe-to-toe. Big Fred just isn’t giving an inch but the Gang is just too much for him. We see the Gang move like one of the best big men in the world and he takes advantage of the young Ottman and then nails a big belly to belly side slam. He then hits the ropes for the 747 and the 1….2….3! Gang and Sullivan celebrate while Big Fred looks good this week but just couldn’t get it done! *COMMERCIAL* TONIGHT IN PHILLY Gino Hernandez: Randy Savage… let me introduce you to the FIRST and the ONLY WOMAN of professional wrestling! Tonight in Philadelphia, she is going to be ringside to watch it all go down and then we’re going to celebrate… the real MACHO WAY! HAHAH! Woman: And Elizabeth… if I were you… I would stay as far away from ringside as possible! Randy Savage: Well, well, well…. Looks like the threats are coming from the left and from the right. The title may be on the line but I am coming for more… and I AM GOING TO TAKE IT ALL! OHHHH YEEEEAAAAHHHH! Nick Bockwinkel: Tonight the world will stand on its heels until they hear the result of the biggest match in the history of pro wrestling. They will wait patiently to hear who will walk out of Philadelphia’s Spectrum as the undisputed world heavyweight champion… will it be the true world champion Nick Bockwinkel or the imposter… the paper champion… the man who holds the WWF title belt hostage… Hulk Hogan? Well let me tell you something Mr. Hogan… tonight I won’t need the family but they will be near. I won’t need Bobby Heenan but he will be ringside. I won’t need to humiliate you… but I will and I WILL walk out of Philadelphia as the rightful and righteous and UNDISPUTED HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD! Hulk Hogan: I have got the goose bumps up and down my spine right now in anticipation! Nick Bockwinkel, your challenge has been accepted brother and there is not a man in the world who is going to stop you from facing the strongest force in the world tonight in Philadelphia dude. I want you to know right now that I am not coming in just to defend the title brother, I am coming to show the world why I am the number one man in all of professional wrestling. From Tokyo to London to New York to Los Angeles and everywhere in between… the world is talking about Hulkamania and the strongest force in the world! You can bring the family! You can bring the weasel! But when push comes to shove what are you going to do when HULKAMANIA RUNS WILD ON YOU!! *COMMERCIAL* -Superstars is back with Vince and Jesse really pumping up the big event tonight in Philadelphia. Slaughter defeated Bob Bradley -A simple enough showcase for the Sarge as Jesse and Vince talk about his issues with the Russians. They put over how Sarge and Ivan Koloff have a long history and would like to see it come to head at some point. It is the classic American vs Russian feud that has been a focal point for years. The Tonga Kid vs Roddy Piper -Early on we get to see just how far Piper is willing to go as he is ripping and tearing at the Tonga Kid. He takes him outside the ring and runs him into the ring post for extra measure and this brings out Jimmy Snuka. Superfly is trying to help Tonga but Piper is just aging him on and the crowd wants to see it! We get a couple more minutes of actin but it is Piper who is trying to humiliate Tonga Kid and Snuka can’t take it anymore! Snuka jumps in the ring and HERE WE GO! Piper and Snuka are going at it and the crowd is going nuts! Vince and Jesse are going wild as we see officials and agents come down to break things up.
