  1. I like the abridged version of the WWF here and the point is clear. There is still a lot of movement forward with the recaps and Mean Gene. I think the showcase of main level matches also puts this on a different level. I recently went through 88-89 WWF and am currently doing it for the NWA/WCW and I must say that those main level matches really make the shows great when they are surrounded by the squashes.
  2. WCW isn't ready for the Nasty Boys yet... so Brian Knobbs and Jerry Saggs are released for Nikolai and Boris... the Russians!
  3. Very good opening show here. I think it's good to bring the characters in as how they would have been internationally known at this point. I know you and I have talked about the differences between what I was able to see in the US and what you were able to see in Australia in regards to wrestling so this should be pretty fun to watch unfold. Obviously you've got some big-name towns to get things going and with guys like Jake Roberts and Ted DiBiase at the top anything could happen.
  4. I would like to formally welcome @icemandave to the mix! He will be joining us with the AWA... but it's not your father's AWA! We hear Sullivan run down Sting, Luger, and Windham in a big way. He says that the Varsity Club follows the rules unlike those cheaters and they have the fans brainwashed into thinking they are doing good when really they are just manipulating the system! Sullivan says that next week; since WCW Saturday Night will be in Charlotte at the Coliseum...the Varsity Club challenges Sting, Luger, Windham, and Ron Simmons to an eight-man tag team match! Ross and Schiavone put it over in a big way and hope to hear from those men later on in this broadcast… right now let’s head to the ring for our opening contest! The Rockers defeated Thomas Shaw & Nathan Wilcox via the Double Fist Drop! -Before our commercial we see the Rockers come out and hype up their presence in WCW. They put over Rude’s body and then say that he is half the weight of Rhodes to which Dusty says he’s not even half the man with half the heart and Jimmy Hart has half the brain. Rude says he is going to give the American Dream a Rude Awakening and heads to the ring for the match... Rick Rude w/ Jimmy Hart defeated Sammy Wallace via the Rude Awakening! -Rude and Hart come back over and formally challenge Rhodes for the Clash but Dick Murdoch intervenes and says he wants a shot at Rude first. They pump up next week’s big Charlotte Saturday Night show. Rude says if he has to beat Murdoch first he will. Looks like that match will happen next week and the we could see Rude vs Rhodes at the CLASH! {Before the commercial we see Ric Flair & JJ Dillon talking to Barry Windham. They are blocking him from moving and putting over how he has the pedigree to be a Horsemen… Windham pushes them away and walks off…} *COMMERCIAL* Dick Murdoch defeated Willis Reeves via the Brainbuster! -After Murdoch’s victory we have Stan Hansen walk into the scene and he is getting a mixed reaction from the crowd. Hansen comes out to point out that if he wanted a shot against the common man Dusty Rhodes he could. He applauds Rick Rude for wanting to earn it, but when you can beat every single man in your path, you get what you want! He says that next week he is going to be in Charlotte to make his in ring debut and it is going to be something the fans will not afford to miss! {Before the commercial we see Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard talking to Lex Luger and blocking him… we hear them say that JJ isn’t mad anymore and it is time to make amends… Luger doesn’t look pleased and pushes them way!} *COMMERCIAL* Tully Blanchard w/ JJ Dillon defeated The Italian Stallion -The Horsemen are here and the crowd is stirring. First we get JJ Dillon saying that he has narrowed the list down once again and there are TWO men who are being courted as the 4th member of the Horsemen. Tony and Ross try to get some word on who it will be and challenge him on Luger and Windham and what they saw… JJ pleads the 5th and then Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson put over their tag title match with Luger and Windham and talk about how they are already focused on the wrong things. They say that next week, the Varsity Club may start something that the Horsemen will finish and we may never see one of them ride away with the Horsemen while the other goes down in defeat! Big Bubba Rogers w/ Jim Cornette defeated Mike Ross *COMMERCIAL* The Midnight Express w/ Jim Cornette defeated Kenny Rose & Ron Jones via the Rocket Launcher! -Jim Cornette comes out and he’s putting his men through the roof. He says that Big Bubba is adding his name to the list of people who are looking to get their hands on Dusty Rhodes and the US Title. He says that the Midnights have got a match with Horner and Armstrong and they plan on putting them to rest until 1990! Then he jumps in on the Rockers and says these two punks want to come out here and imitate the MXE. Cornette said they would handle these two punks just like Horner and Armstrong but with just a little more ease. That brings out Horner and Armstrong who get in the face of the MXE. Armstong says he doesn’t do his talking on the microphone but does it in the ring. Brad Armstrong w/ Tim Horner defeated Sean Knight via Swinging Neckbreaker! *COMMERCIAL* -We’re back with Sting, Luger, Windham, and Rhodes. They pump up the card next week and the Clash from the Omni! Wild Bill Irwin, Black Bart, & Ron Bass defeated John Quincy, Kyle Wright, & Norman Mason via the Gordbuster! *COMMERCIAL* -We go back to Tony and Ross who are pumping up next week’s Charlotte Saturday Night! Hennig walks over to Ross and Schiavone and he puts himself over in a big way. He says that the fans may cheer him or boo him but they will respect him and so will the competition here in WCW! He has his eyes on a lot of things here but he wanted a ringside seat for this match coming up. The crowd is really stirring as we head into our main event! MAIN EVENT Tommy Rich vs Terry Taylor -This is a good TV main event with about 10-minutes of time. We see both men work the crowd. Taylor has got some nice heat right now and really plays the cock of the walk well. Rich has still got a wildfire and he has the fans behind him. Hennig is drawing a lot of the aire of the fans right now. They are really clamoring to know why he’s here. We are nearing the end of tv time and we see a quick finish when Tommy Rich goes for the Thesz press but Taylor holds him and then falls backwards to have him hot shot off the ropes! Rich is in a rough way and Taylor rolls him up with a handful of tights for the 3-count! -The final moments show Hennig looking at both men… he’s got a smirk on his face… what could this mean for Curt Hennig now showing up in WCW? 6. I am going to officially bring in the One Man Gang for Norman Smiley - may not be long term but he's in the immediate plans.
  7. I really like the continued movement that you have here. I wasn't sure if I was going to like wrestling challenge and superstars as opposed to prime time and superstars but I think that you're putting an identity on each of them. The biggest thing that I like about your shows at this point is the focus on the angles and storylines through mean gene and then brother love. It's something that I don't find myself doing enough in almost rather paraphrasing compared to putting detail in. it has been fun to see you capture these characters. I'm really excited to see what happens at WrestleMania 4 and how things shake out over the next couple weeks. I hear that the WCW has a pretty stacked car to go up against it and it's on free TV!
  8. The Rougeau Brothers - Jacques & Raymond have decided not to sign contract with WCW Brian Knobbs and Jerry Saggs have signed with WCW
  9. WCW Saturday Night WTBS Studios - Atlanta, Georgia 3/5/88 {Saturday Night opens up with footage from last week and StanHansen showing up as the show as going off the air. They talk about how Jimmy Hart is going to be introducing a member of his first Family along with Kevin Sullivan saying there is a new member of the Varsity Club. They also talk about an exclusive interview with Stan Hansen that took place last week after the show went off the air! Right now we head to the ring for tag team action with two newcomers to WCW… Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty… the Rockers! The Rockers defeated Ryan Shaw & Eric Price via Double Fist Drop! -The Rockers come over and talk with Tony and Jim Ross. They put over how they Rock and Roll, Strut and Stroll. They are here to show the world a new kind of wrestling…. One that is faster and more crisp than ever before! They tell all the teams that they’re coming for gold like greased lightning! Tony and Ross put them over before we cut to another match up… Ron Bass defeated Randy Young via the Gordbuster! *COMMERCIAL* Brad Armstrong defeated Pat Tanaka via Swinging Neckbreaker! -We cut back to Tony and Ross who bring back in Jimmy Hart. He says that the First Family is all about loyalty and respect. It is about putting forth the best talent in the world and when you do that, you have to start at the top with the best… he is proud to introduce… returning to WCW… none other than… -Ravishing Rick Rude is back! After a year’s absence he has returned and he looks to be in tremendous shape! He and Hart embrace and Rick Rude talks about how he is here to show all the ladies just what a ravishing body looks like and he is ready to get his hands around some gold here in WCW. He makes it a point to call out Dusty Rhodes and puts over how that US title hasn’t been defended in weeks and he would love a chance to give the American Dream a Rude Awakening! He and Hart laugh it off as they cut away and we go to our next match! Terry Taylor defeated Frankie Wilcox via the Five Arm! *COMMERCIAL* We cut to a very special video of Stan Hansen showing up in the studio just one week ago… he doesn’t talk to Jim Ross or Tony Schiavone… he just gets in the ring and grabs the microphone… Stan Hansen: Listen up you pukes… I am sick and tired of everyone walking around here thinking they are somebody special! I don’t see anyone who could step in this ring with me and that goes for you Ric Flair… the World’s Champion… and especially YOU DUSTY RHODES you good for nothing fat oaf! Everyone says your the common man; well all I see is a common waste of space and that title you have maybe puts your head a little taller but brother that only gives me a better target to rip it off with the LARIAT! Rhodes… I hope you know what’s coming boy and I hope you’re ready because when I get done with you… you’re going to be flushed just like that dumb ol daddy of your was cleaning up toilets his whole life! *COMMERCIAL* -Tony and Ross put over the candid interview from Stan Hansen. They put over just what he brings to the ring whenever he steps inside but also the mental aspect of being able to beat anyone he wants to get whatever he desires! They turn their attention to Ron Simmons and his tv title opportunity. The All-American from Florida State is in action right now as we head to the ring! Ron Simmons defeated Ryan Sage via the flying shoulder block! -Simmons walks over to cut a promo but soon the Varsity Club comes out. Williams, Rotundo, Steiner, and Sullivan go in front of Simmons and Sullivan gives him one more chance to join. He talks about his football greatness and says that he could once again be great! He just needs guidance. Simmons says he doesn’t need a damn thing from Sullivan and says he will do what he wants when he wants and he is going to the Clash of Champions to take that TV Title… then out of the back we see DANNY SPIVEY return and he attacks Simmons! The Varsity Club puts the boots to Simmons until we see some babyfaces come out along with officials. Simmons is left laying by the broadcast booth… the Varsity Club has done a number on him! *COMMERCIAL* Dick Murdoch defeated Johnny Shaw via the Brainbuster! -We then see Jim Cornette come out with Big Bubba and the MXE. They talk about the US tag titles and put over how they will be defending the titles at the Clash of Champions against Tim Horner and Brad Armstrong. They talk about challenging the winner of the World Tag Title match on the next available date. They also put over the issue with the Road Warriors and say that if anyone is going to be putting titles together it will be the Midnight Express. They tell the Road Warriors to stand in the back of the line and watch them win the gold and go down in history as the absolute best tag team in wrestling! Windham & Luger defeated George Grant & Vance McMillan -Luger and Windham then come over for a quick promo putting over their tag title match but also the match coming up with Sting and Dr. Death. They say that the Varsity Club is dangerous but they will be there if Sting needs them! *COMMERCIAL* -We’re back and here come the Horsemen. Flair, Arn, and Tully come out with JJ Dillon. JJ puts over the search for the 4th Horsemen. He says that he has got the list narrowed down to 3 names but won’t reveal who they are. Anderson and Tully put over the world tag team title match but also how they accept the challenge of the Midnight Express and want to put the titles on the line whenever they get a chance. They say the Road Warriors are just going to have to wait in line because business has to be dealt with before they beat them again! Ric Flair then goes on a diatribe against a number of people. Firstly, he goes after Sting and Dr. Death and says that neither man has what it takes to go 60 minutes with him and win the title. Then he cuts into Luger and Windham. He says they are formidable contenders but don’t have what it takes to beat the Horsemen. The Horsemen hold up the sign and they have got business on their mind! *COMMERCIAL* -Tony and Ross are back putting over the huge main event. They talk about Rick Rude being in action next week along with the Rockers, Midnight Express, Brad Armstrong, plus Terry Taylor vs Tommy Rich! They say we have stand by matches with about 15-minutes of tv title remaining. If the match continues past that, they will keep the cameras rolling… here we go! MAIN EVENT Sting vs Dr. Death Steve Williams w/ Kevin Sullivan {Big time match here with limited tv time remaining. Sting and Dr. Death go through some fun strength spots with both men getting the upperhand but Williams taking control when Sullivan interferes. Williams is hammering down and working over the back of the Stinger. When Sting tries to make a comeback we see Rotundo, Steiner, and Spivey come out. They circle the ring but then the crowd pops when Luger, Simmons, and Windham run out and we’ve got a brawl. Inside the ring, Williams goes for the Oklahoma Stampede but Sting goes over his back and pushes him into the corner. Williams comes back with a clothesline but Sting ducks and Williams hits the turnbuckle before turning around and Sting is there with the STINGER SPLASH! Williams stumbles out while Sting goes up top… Williams turn around and Sting leaps for a cross body for the 1...2….3! Schiavone and Ross are going nuts on commentary while Sting is celebrating with Windham, Luger, and Simmons! Sting is going to face Flair at the Clash! We will hear more from him next week!
  10. This is really a great way to present your product. I know from experience at the WWF is hard to write for but you are doing your best to capture that moment especially with the mean gene segments. they're obviously some major changes from what was really going on in 1988 and presenting them in a really fun way and I'm looking forward to how some of these things will pay off down the line. Gary hart has established himself as a force in the WWF and you know that he will be looking at the very top to show his dominance.

He has scouted some of the best talent in the world and will make a final decision in the coming weeks. Arn and Tully put over how they will be facing Windham and Luger at the Clash for the Tag Titles. Then we hear Ric Flair go off… Ric Flair: Well… here we are… the deal of the decade went through and now World Championship Wrestling is alive and well and brother you are looking at the face… the franchise… the champion. Now I walked through the back and saw some of these guys who think they are coming here to get a shot at the champ… well line up boys because Ric Flair is here to take you down… one by one… you see when you step into the ring with me… you are stepping in there with the absolute best in the world. You need to be ready to go 30...45...60...90 minutes because I am going to dog you all night long! Now the way I see it… some homage and dues are needing to be paid and we’re not going anywhere until it happens! -Tony and Ross try to figure out what they are talking about but Flair and company aren’t leaving… then we hear a roar as we see Sting, Lex Luger, and Barry Windham come out! Luger and Windham put over the tag title match while Sting puts over the World Title match. 17. In April of 1987, Jim Crockett purchased the UWF from Bill Watts. In doing so, he took on many of the debts of Watt’s UWF and unbeknownst to him, these debts were higher than initially thought. Along with the debt, Crockett got control of some of the contracts of the UWF including Dr. Death Steve Williams, Terry Taylor, The One Man Gang, Rick Steiner, and Sting. Over the course of the summer of 1987, JCP would utilize UWF as a second brand but were never able to get out of the debt that they took on by purchasing the territory, contracts, and television. Meanwhile, the contracts of Ted Dibiase, Jim Duggan, and Butch Reed were all held up. The three men were heavily courted by the WWF and Duggan even signed before being released due to a drug related incident in May of 1987. Duggan would not be brought back to the WWF and continued to lobby for Japanese dates but was also courted by Crockett. Dibiase also worked exclusively in Japan for big money. He has been heavily courted by both the WWF and JCP during the summer of 87. Starrcade 1987 ended up being one of the biggest busts in the history of JCP. The Ron Garvin experiment backfired in a big way. The false finish of the Road Warriors and Horsemen almost killed the town. Dusty Rhodes days of prime booking were gone as the company continued to hemorrhage money. January 1988, Ted Turner decides to fast track his entry into the wrestling business and purchase Jim Crockett Promotions and fully pays off the debts of the Crocketts. In doing so, World Championship Wrestling (WCW) is born. With this new company, Ted Turner has got money to spend and reaches out to some of the best young talent in wrestling. Along with securing the contacts of Ric Flair, Lex Luger, Dusty Rhodes, the Road Warriors, and Barry Windham… Turner has signed on such names as Curt Hennig and the Rockers from the AWA. Then news broke that some of the contracts in the WWF were up and Turner really went all ina and brought in such names as Rick Rude, King Kong Bundy, The Rougeau Brothers, The Hart Foundation, and the biggest signing of all, Jake the Snake Roberts! With these big contracts coming in, Turner then went to work on the big three from the UWF and signed Jim Duggan, Butch Reed, and Ted Dibiase to major contracts and has put WCW on the map of professional wrestling with major talent and the power of TBS, the Superstation behind it. As the WWF dates finish up for those talent, they are expected to show up on WCW Television as soon as February 27th. Turner has already put into place a schedule of big events including a TBS special called the Clash of the Champions on March 27th in the Omni along with the Jim Crockett Sr. Memorial Cup on April 22nd & 23rd. Tune in next week as we see the new and improved WCW on TBS the Superstation Saturday Night @ 6:05!
  18. I am going to be writing on this board - this is in no way a continuation of the 1983 project and the development of a new project. This forum allows for a couple of things I had in place when I ran this game that I'd like to continue. I
  19. The WWF Presents: WrestleMania III March, 29, 1987 The Houston Astrodome, Houston, Texas -The screen opens to Vince McMahon in the middle of the ring... Vince McMahon: Welcome everyone to WRESTLEMANIA III! We are here in the Houston Astrodome for the greatest event in the history of Sports Entertainment! I would like to introduce to you the singer of America the Beautiful… Houston’s own… Kenny Rogers! Kenny Rogers: O beautiful for spacious skies, for amber waves of grain For purple mountain majesties, above the fruited plain America, America, God shed His grace on thee And crown thy good with brotherhood, from sea to shining sea O beautiful for Pilgrim feet, whose stern impassioned stress A thoroughfare for freedom beat, across the wilderness America, America, God mend thine every flaw Confirm thy soul in self control, Thy liberty in law O beautiful for heroes proved, in liberating strife Who more than self their country loved, and mercy more than life America, America, May God they gold refine Till all success be nobleness, and every gain divine O beautiful for patriot dream, that sees beyond the years Thine alabaster cities gleam, undimmed by human tears America, America, God shed His grace on thee And crown thy good with brotherhood, from sea to shining sea ~The crowd erupts as he finishes the song and the fans are going nuts! We cut to Gorilla and Jesse in the booth! Gorilla: Welcome everyone to WRESTLEMANIA III! I am Gorilla Monsoon alongside Jesse the Body Ventura and Jess… you can cut the electricity with a knife… this is the moment we’ve all been waiting for! Jesse: You’ve got that right Monsoon… right here… right now… we put it all on the line and the world is going to see the greatest spectacle in the history of sports and entertainment. Gorilla: What a card we’ve got for you fans… four titles on the line… perhaps none bigger than that of Hulk Hogan taking on Ric Flair for the WWF Championship… can the Hulkster regain his title? Jesse: What’s this “his title” stuff Monsoon? Flair beat him a year ago… he’s beat everyone since then… he holds the cards and now Hogan has to stand up to Flair’s challenge! Gorilla: Oh please… he’s been ducking and dodging him in a one on one match for the title for months… tonight the Hulkster gets revenge! Right now it is time for our opening contest… let’s take it to the ring! The Rockers vs The Russians w/ Slick -A hot opener and we get the ring carts bringing the guys down to the ring. The Rockers are really hyping up the crowd while the Russians are getting some big time heat. We get a fun 8-minute opener with the Russians controlling early but the Rockers coming back with a huge flurry. We see them just hit a breakneck pace before double dropkicking Nikolai out of the ring to the floor and then setting up Boris for the double fist drop and the victory! The crowd explodes for these two young stars who have got big plans for 1987! We cut back to Jesse and Gorilla who put over the opening match and talk about the Rockers as contenders. They put over the next contest… which Jesse calls an All-Star team on one side with the Bossman, Hercules, Muraco, and Bad News while Gorilla says the team of Tito, Davey, Billy Jack, and Sting are the Rising Stars! We have got eight-man tag team action coming up right now! Tito Santana, Billy Jack Haynes, Davey Boy Smith & Sting vs Bad News Brown, The Big Bossman w/ Slick, Hercules w/ Jimmy Hart & Don Muraco w/ Mr. Fuji -These guys go for about 12-minutes and it is a fun little encounter with everyone getting in their shots. The Bossman is the true star of the heel team and he gets in some nasty blows throughout the contest. Tito is a great leader while Davey Boy matches power with Hercules and Sting ignites the crowd. The finish sees Muraco nail Bad News on accident. Bad News then leaves the ring and Muraco and Bossman try to stop him but Bad News walks off… when they turn around it is Sting flying over the top rope with a splash taking them both out! Inside the ring Hercules turns around and here comes Tito with the flying forearm for the 3-count! The Babyfaces hold strong here and the crowd is going nuts! We cut to a special video highlighting the Curt Hennig and Kamala feud...Curt Hennig won the TV title back on December 29th and has successfully defended the title on 18 different occasions. One of those occasions was a DQ finish over Kamala who splash him outside the ring on the floor. Fuji dispatched Kamala after Muta left a loser leaves town match against Hennig. Tonight Hennig comes in with busted ribs but the title… will he walk away with it? TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP Curt Hennig © vs Kamala w/ Mr. Fuji -The Uganda Giant looks enormous here and comes with with spear and shield and he is ready to tear into someone. Hennig comes out to a pretty good pop as the Houston crowd is behind him. These guys go 9-minutes with both men getting in some offense. This match is reminiscent of the 1985 Magnum vs Kamala match from GAB. We see the Giant look like he is about to destroy Hennig within an inch of his life but Hennig finds a way to come back and gets the crowd going before he moves from a big splash and then hits a pair of dropkicks. Kamala is staggering and Hennig goes up top for a flying cross body for the 3-count! Jesse and Gorilla put over Curt Hennig as one of the premiere up and coming wrestlers of 1987. They say he is in line for a shot at the IC title and should be someone who Savage keeps an eye on. They turn their attention to the tag team titles and talk about all the challengers. We then get hyped for the Rougeaus vs Dream Team contest! The Rougeau Brothers vs Greg Valentine & Dino Bravo w/ Jimmy Hart -This is a fun little tag match with Jesse Ventura really hyping up how the Rougeau Brothers need to team up with Jimmy Hart. He keeps running them down for not taking his offer to manage them and tonight they will understand just what he can do. This one goes about 12-minutes with both teams getting some offense but the team of Valentine and Bravo really kicking it up a notch. It is Bravo who catches Jacques when he goes for a crossbody and then tosses him out of the ring while the referee isn’t looking. He then comes with a nasty elbow to the back of the head of Raymond and then we see the Hammer lock him in the figure-four but we get a 3-count because of Raymond being knocked out. The crowd isn’t happy about this one… we then cut to the back... Lord Alfred Hayes is with Terry Funk - Funk puts over how Andre the Giant is bigger than him…. But he’s dumber than him too! He says that the brain flow isn’t all there and that tonight… Funk is going to brand Andre again and when he pile drives him… he’s going to create a new grand canyon right here in TEXAS! Mean Gene Okerlund is with Andre the Giant - Andre is now with a new haircut and he says that he’s regained sight in his eye… he feels strong… he feels ready to make Terry Funk understand that just like the Astrodome… Andre is the 8th Wonder of the World and tonight he will put an end to Terry Funk forever! Butch Reed vs The One Man Gang w/ Slick -Butch Reed comes out to a HUGE POP! The Gang looks like the big dog here and he’s got the chain with him. Butch Reed comes down ready for a fight and he and the Gang throw some big time bombs and the crowd is going wild. This ends up being more of a street fight than anything and Butch Reed is bringing some big time blows to the Gang! Slick tries to get involved but Reed nails him with a huge right and he goes down. The referee is trying to keep order as this one goes about 9-hellacious minutes. The finish sees the Gang go for the 747 but then he wraps the chain around his waist and goes for another one but this time Reed moves and the Gang comes down hard! Reed gets up and nails him with a couple of huge rights and then a huge BODY SLAM that shakes the ring! Slick gets up and Reed runs and throws a huge forearm to knock him down. Reed then gets up on the top rope as the Gang feeds to him and BOOM with a shoulder block and the 3-count! Jesse and Gorilla go absolutely wild putting over Butch Reed. They talk about his power and strength and say that he is definitely next in line for a shot at the IC Title! Right now we head to our second championship match of the evening… let’s see how it came to be! We then cut to a hype video for our tag team championship contest Demolition has made the Hart’s lives a living hell since they had to leave the country. They returned in March after the Harts won the titles at Rumble in the Bronx. The Hitman and the Anvil have been fighting champions. They almost lost the titles at the King of the Ring when Demolition attacked them but they came back with a passion unlike any other. Tonight they face their toughest challenges. WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Hart Foundation © vs Demolition w/ Mr. Fuji -The Harts come out in black with pink trim tonight and get the crowd going. Demo looks big and strong and we see a great 18-minute contest. These guys really pull out all the stops and do some great tag team action. We see a formula of Demo building heat and then The Harts coming close to a hot tag early and then we go back to heat with a big tag. The Anvil is single handedly changing the pace of the contest while the Hitman is hurting in the corner. Demolition really work over Bret and as chaos breaks out we see Fuji get involved. The finish sees Fuji throw the cane to Smash who breaks the cane over the skull of Bret Hart while the referee is getting the Anvil out of the ring. Smash covers while Neidhart tries to get in but Fuji holds his leg. We see the 3-count and NEW Tag Team Champions. Demolition is back on top of the mountain and the fans are not happy! Lord Alfred Hayes is with Jerry Lawler - Lawler says that Savage should have been stripped of the title over a week ago due to not defending it but he’s got the likes of Jack Tunney pulling strings for him that keep him where he is at in life. Lawler says that he’s the King of the WWF and because of that… it is his monarchy… his rules… and soon it will be HIS TITLE! Mean Gene is with Randy Savage and Elizabeth - Savage says that he is 100% and that Lawler brought out something in him that he’s never felt before. It is more than anger… it is more than the madness… it is a fear. Yeah a fear… you see something Jerry Lawler… you brought out a fear in me that I have no clue what I am going to do next. I have no control over the Madness anymore. It may be for the title tonight but understand me Jerry Lawler… understand that I am not talking to you right now but I am talking to the world. Put the women and children to bed… because the Macho Man is coming hunting… Ohhh yeaah… I am coming hunting and just like Louis the 16th… OFF WITH HIS HEAD! DIG IT! We then cut to special footage of how our next contest came to be! After the Texas Deathmatch in December… Terry Funk disappeared only to reappear at the Rumble in the Bronx and on that night he stuck a branding iron in Andre the Giant’s face! The bloodied giant vowed revenge and Funk continued to attack. He sent his henchmen...Manson and Buck but they both fell to the Giant who vowed to put Funk down and away forever! Andre the Giant vs Terry Funk Funk literally comes out with the branding iron on Fire… you can see the flame from the arena and the crowd is going nuts. We see WWF officials out there trying to control him but nothing doing. Andre then comes out to a MONSTER pop! The loudest of the evening thus far. He comes into the ring and Funk comes after him but Andre with a big boot and Funk goes flying… as does the branding iron! We then see a great 13-minute brawl with action all over the ring and the referee lets them go after it. We see Funk use a chair. We see Andre throw him into the guardrail. The fun highlight was Funk trying to piledrive Andre outside the ring but Andre flipping him over his back into the crowd. The fans are going wild for this one as we do see the tide turn with Funk gets hold of his branding iron again and nails Andre. It leads to them getting back in the ring and Andre busted open pretty good. The final moments see Funk try to piledrive Andre but Andre flips him over his back and then comes crashing down on his chest for the 3-count! The crowd pops huge and Andre is the winner! Gorilla and Jesse put over this chaotic event and how Funk went all the way until the end. Andre rides into the sunset as a true hero to all of these fans. Gorilla and Jesse then put over the big IC Title match coming up next! We cut to special video of how our IC title match came to be. Jerry Lawler showed up in the WWF in December of 1986. At the Rumble in the Bronx he was in the final four with Reed, Gang, and Savage. He and Gang tried to team up on Savage but the Macho Man turned the tide and eliminated the Gang and then Lawler. Lawler went into the King of the Ring and beat Curt Hennig in the Finals. He then tried to dismantle Hennig only for Savage to come back and help him. Lawler then pulled out all the stops when he piledrove Savage on the concrete floor in front of Elizabeth. Savage was out for weeks and this is his first night back… will he have ring rust against the WWF’s King of the Ring or will the former King and current IC Champion reign supreme again? We get some fun entrances from Savage who comes out wearing white tights and white boots and looking swank AF. Lawler has got a black singlet with white trim. He holds the crown up high and is screaming for the fans to bow down to him. INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Randy Savage © w/ Elizabeth vs Jerry the King Lawler -What a moment here with a matchup that many thought would never happen. We’ve got two of the best in their prime right now and the crowd is going wild for Savage. He is up there with Andre in terms of a pop and Jesse and Gorilla put him over but wonder just what effect his head injury will have. These guys get into a 22-minute dance of move for move and then some outside brawling that raises the stakes. These two guys throw some big time bombs and Lawler even pulls down the strap outside the ring. Savage is able to turn the tide and hit a great double axe-handle smash outside which gets the crowd buzzing. The referee tries to get involved but he ends up getting knocked down for his presence. We then see Lawler ram Savage’s head into the ring post and he’s knocked out. His body is somewhat lifeless as Lawler picks him up and gives him a piledriver outside the ring on the floor and the fans are going nuts! Savage is down and out. Gorilla is going nuts on commentary while Jesse is just putting this over in a big way. Lawler picks up the referee and tosses him into the ring but he’s out of it. Then Lawler does the unthinkable… he grabs Elizabeth’s hand and pulls her into the ring. Lawler says she is going to bow down and kiss his feet but Liz won’t do it! The crowd is stirring because out of nowhere… it is Savage… he is climbing up the turnbuckle… oh my… Lawler yells at Elizabeth but she SMACKS him something good and he turns around for Savage who hits the double axe-handle smash. Savage grabs Lawler and gives him his own piledriver! The crowd is going wild right now. Savage goes up top… from across the ring… FLYING ELBOW DROP for the 1…...2…...3!!! Savage has won it! Savage retains the title! The crowd EXPLODES! We see him riding the cart to the back with Elizabeth… he’s holding the title and his woman… the fans are in tears! Mean Gene is standing by with Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, and Bobby Heenan. - They each take turns running down their opponents tonight… Bobby Heenan: Let me just set the record straight. One year ago… Barry Windham told me about an opportunity and I am the one who invested in it and took it and look at where we’re at now. The Horsemen have ruled the WWF for one year and no one has even come close. We’ve held the titles but tonight… tonight we right all the wrongs and that starts with you Barry Windham! Tully: A lot of people out ere talking about over 60,000 people in the Astrodome… well boys and girls… this is Horsemen country. I have been tearing up the city of Houston with Gino Hernandez for years! Tonight… we come out and we do what we said we’re going to do and finish off Windham and his old man once and for all! Arn: When the world turns we get night and day and when it rotates around the sun we have a year. In that rotation we have seen a lot of men come and go but the Horsemen have stood the test of time. Barry Windham, tonight, I want you to know this… every single man, woman, and child out there is going to watch something special happen tonight… They are going to be taken back to their childhood and reminded of a great story… that story is Old Yeller… and boy… we didn’t cry when Old Yeller died and tonight we won’t shed a tear! Ric Flair: What we’ve got here is the making of history right before our very eyes. The world is watching the greatest event in the history of sports and entertainment. It transcends professional wrestling. This is a night that all the naysayers… all the fools out there thought would never happen. They said it was dead and that no one could rise it from the ashes well look alive folks because by God we’re here! We are in custom made suits… we’re draped in tradition that is second to none and world renowned for the greatest we have achieved and WILL achieve. Every single obstacle in our path has been pushed over or run through and tonight… Hulk Hogan… you are the biggest boulder. You are nothing but a pebble in the life of Ric Flair… you are like that pebble… you know in the bottom of your shoe… well I am going to drop that pebble in the ocean of life tonight and I am going to rise from the waves with the world title by my side… with a tear in my eye I will announce to the world that I am THE MAN in this business! Hogan… understand this… when it is all said and done tonight… you will know that you were in the ring with the greatest professional wrestler in the world and you couldn’t hang… WOOOOO! Mean Gene: Oh please… let’s take a look at how this all came to be... Where to begin… perhaps Boston almost a year ago? Flair won the title only for Hogan to never get a one on one shot until now! Flair dispersed many different bounty hunters with up to $100,000 on the line but none of them could finish the job. Hogan and Windham fought for a number one contenders match at Rumble in the Bronx and put on a classic. The finish saw Hogan earn the match and then it was Flair who challenged him. At King of the Ring, the Horsemen were after Hogan in a six-man but with the help of Tito Santana and Jack Mulligan, Hogan won the match and then it was a straight line to WrestleMania. We’ve seen the contract signing… Hogan busted open by Flair… Hogan screaming that he’ll win the title on the Prime Time as a bloody mess. It comes to this. Flair has defeated so many in his path… even Hogan… tonight over 70,000 people will watch these two Icons of professional wrestling lay claim to the most important championship in the the world… who walks out with the gold? Mean Gene is standing by with Hulk Hogan… Mean Gene: Hulk… we heard from the Horsemen… we heard from Ric Flair…. Tonight… it is a year in the making and you finally get your shot at the title… Hulk Hogan: Well you know something Mean Gene… tonight is about more than titles dude… tonight is about pride… it is about believing in yourself. It is about going out in front of 60,000 people and showing every single one of them every single ounce of blood, sweat, and tears you have in your body! Ric Flair… you have come out here and said you’re the man… well… you said it before and I will say it again… to be the MAN… you have got to BEAT the MAN and Ric Flair… I am the MAN standing in front of you brother and tonight I am going to show the world why Hulkamania is the strongest force in the world. For all the people out there in the audience and the millions at home… I am going to prove to you and the rest of the world that Hulkamania will live forever. Whether it is the sweat of my brow or by the blood… tonight I am going to regain the WWF Title and once again Hulkamania will be on top of the mountain and WHATCHA GONNA DO WHEN IT COMES CRASHING DOWN ON YOUUUUUU!!!!!! ARRGGHHHHH! Mean Gene: Fans it doesn’t get any bigger than this… let’s go to the ring! Barry Windham & Blackjack Mulligan vs Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard w/ Bobby Heenan -Big time semi-main event level match here with a lot on the line. With the Rockers and Dream Team making claim along with the new tag team champions Demolition… those titles are certainly up for grabs for a team who can come out but titles are just a mere aspect of this feud. We see these guys go about 16-minutes and what a fight it is. We see the Horsemen get some serious heat on Barry Windham to the point where he can barely stand and his father is aching to get the tag and when he does he comes in like a house of fire and just beats the living hell out of Arn and Tully. They are able to break it down again and then get another set of heat on Blackjack who looks like a grizzled veteran who can barely stand the beating. He makes the big tag to Barry and he comes in like a house of fire with his own shots. The finish of the match is hot with both teams getting involved. We see Heenan get involved outside the ring with Windham which leaves Mulligan inside the ring and he gets double teamed for a SPIKE PILEDRIVER for the 3-count right as Barry dives back into the ring! The crowd is upset as Heenan and the Horsemen do get the victory…. Blackjack gets to his knees and looks up at Barry. Mulligan is crying as Windham helps him up and they hug. They may have lost the battle but the war is far from over. The crowd is going nuts… Gorilla and Jesse put this over huge and talk about how the Horsemen have the momentum now and how that could carry over into the main event. We then get into the ring as Gene Okerlund is standing… Mean Gene: I want to take a moment and thank all of you fans for joining us here in the Houston Astrodome! This has been an event that is unparalleled in the history of sports and entertainment. So much so that we have set an attendance record for the Astrodome… you 65,387! Thank you for joining us! Brutus Beefcake vs The Honky Tonk Man w/ Jimmy Hart -Gorilla and Jesse banter about the number and we get a fun little 6-minute match while people take a shit and get a beer for the main event. Nothing too exciting… Honky and Beefer go about it in an easy way with some fun offense. The finish sees Jimmy distract the referee and Honky nail Beefcake in the back with the guitar before getting in the ring for the count out victory. Beefcake then brings the guitar back in and finishes the job smashing it on Honky’s back and then cutting some of Jimmy Hart’s hair as Jesse says this is an insult! Gorilla and Jesse then run it down for our main event. They put it all on line with it being so much more than just the WWF title. They talk about the history of the title and how Hogan has been champion for so long and now Flair has held the title for an extended length. They put over how anything could happen and it probably will as we cut to the ring for the introductions. We see both men come out with great entrances. Flair is in a powder blue robe with white trim. He walks down to the aisle… that long walk… the crowd is stirring as Flair gets into the ring and stands still. We then hear the absolutely mind-crushing POP for Hogan who comes out going absolutely WILD! He is talking up a storm. He is clapping hands and pointing into the ring. The fans are just going NUTS right now and Jesse says he can’t even hear himself think! We head to the The Fink! Howard Finkel: Ladies and gentlemen… this is our main event of the evening and it is for the WWF Heavyweight Championship of the World! Introducing first… the challenger. He hails from Venice Beach, California! He is the former WWF Heavyweight Champion of the world. Ladies and gentlemen… the IMMORTAL HULK HOGAN! Howard Finkel: His opponent… the champion! He hails from Charlotte, North Carolina. He is the reigning and defending WWF Heavyweight Champion of the World! Ladies and gentlemen… the NATURE BOY… RIC FLAIR! WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan vs Ric Flair © w/ Bobby Heenan -This is it… the moment we’ve all been waiting for… Hogan and Flair one on one. For 28-minutes… we see Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair tell a story that is unparalleled. We see Hogan get the upperhand early… he controls Flair early and shows off his power. Flair has to regroup with Bobby Heenan and they come up with a plan. We get the second part of the match in which Flair clips the knee. He then goes to work and Hogan does everything he can to try and kick him away and get free but nothing doing. Flair even hits a bodyslam. He breaks the knee down something awful and Hogan makes his first flurry and gets control again and they go outside to brawl The crowd stirs as they come back in the ring and Flair once again clips the knee. He goes to work in a big way and Jesse says that Hogan won’t be able to move. Flair then locks in the figure-four in the middle of the ring and the crowd is stirring. Hogan looks to be writhing in pain in a serious way. He is hurting bad and Flair locks it in and rocks back an forth and then Hogan goes down for a 1….2….HOGAN POPS UP AND HE POINTS AT FLAIR! The crowd explodes when Hogan pulls Flair’s leg off and they separate and then Hogan begins to Hulk up as Flair starts throwing some shots and Hogan gets up. He hammers on Flair and the crowd is going wild as Flair gets tossed to the ropes and Hogan throws up the big boot and then Flair goes flying over the top rope to the floor! Flair gets up and he is busted as Hogan comes out and he is hammering down on him and then Heenan comes from behind but Hogan turns around and smashes him before he bodyslams him on the outside mat! Joey Marella is checking on Heenan and here comes Flair from behind with the title and Hogan slams into the ringpost and now Hogan is busted wide open. We get a couple more minutes of brawling as both men get back in the ring and we get the Flair turnbuckle spot and Hogan tosses him across the ring and the crowd pops! Hogan is still Hulked up and Flair comes and here is a huge press slam! Hogan picks him up for a couple more shots and goes for a bodyslam but Flair goes over his back. Flair with a knee to his back and Hogan nails the turnbuckle and Flair clips the knee again! Flair goes for the figure-four but Hogan kicks him into the ringpost and pops up as Flair turns around and here comes Hogan with an AXE BOMBER! Hogan hits the ropes and LEG DROP! 1….2…..3!!! HULK HOGAN HAS WON IT! HULK HOGAN HAS WON IT! HULK HOGAN IS THE NEW WWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! I want to take a moment and thank everyone for the opportunity to take the reigns of this project and finish it here with this show. It has been a pleasure putting together some really fun shows and hopefully helping people hone their craft of writing shows.
  20. We’d like to announce that WrestleMania III will be held in the Houston Astrodome in Houston, Texas on March 29, 1987! (Not really… show will be posted this weekend) This will be the final show for the 1983 project. We want to thank you for all the support over the last four years to get to this point and to cap it off with the show that was for all intensive purposes… the end of the Territories. Let’s take a look at the card... The Rockers vs The Russians w/ Slick This one built over a series of tag team encounters. The Rockers continued to challenge bigger teams and the Russians overpowered them on two encounters. WrestleMania poses a chance for the Rockers to take the next step as tag team contenders and earn a shot at the gold! Brutus Beefcake vs The Honky Tonk Man w/ Jimmy Hart Brutus and Honky have been arguing about Honky’s hair over the last couple of weeks. Brutus has threatened to shave him bald in front of the world! Honky says no one can touch the King’s locks and Brutus isn’t fit to touch his hair! Tito Santana, Billy Jack Haynes, Davey Boy Smith & Sting vs Bad News Brown, The Big Bossman w/ Slick, Hercules w/ Jimmy Hart & Don Muraco w/ Mr. Fuji This is a sort of all-star challenge for these eight men. Tito leads his team against a quartet of challengers who all want to reign supreme. The Rougeau Brothers vs Greg Valentine & Dino Bravo w/ Jimmy Hart Jimmy Hart has been trying to court the Rougeau Brothers for weeks but they continue to tell them that they want no part of him or anything he stands for. This caused issue with Valentine and Bravo who have had a lot of success as of late as a team and look to show the Rougeaus why they are the Dream Team! Butch Reed vs The One Man Gang w/ Slick Butch Reed has been going wild as of late. He had a very impressive showing at the Rumble at the Bronx lasting until the final four… then being eliminated by the Gang. The Gang and Slick’s army have taken every measure to hurt Reed before WrestleMania… but tonight he comes in with revenge on his mind and vengeance in his heart! Andre the Giant vs Terry Funk After the Texas Deathmatch in December… Terry Funk disappeared only to reappear at the Rumble in the Bronx and on that night he stuck a branding iron in Andre the Giant’s face! The bloodied giant vowed revenge and Funk continued to attack. He sent his henchmen...Manson and Buck but they both fell to the Giant who vowed to put Funk down and away forever! Barry Windham & Blackjack Mulligan vs Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard This match was made up of many layers. The first being Windham low blowing his father on December 29th… then the Horsemen dispersed him to take out Hulk Hogan at the Rumble in the Bronx. If Windham won… he would earn a world title shot but it was Hogan who came out on top. Windham was chastised by the Horsemen and the final moment happened Arn and Tully were holding Blackjack and Windham had to make the final blow but instead Windham nailed the Horsemen. He has joined his father for this big match tonight. TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP Curt Hennig © vs Kamala w/ Mr. Fuji Curt Hennig won the TV title back on December 29th and has successfully defended the title on 18 different occasions. One of those occasions was a DQ finish over Kamala who splash him outside the ring on the floor. Fuji dispatched Kamala after Muta left a loser leaves town match against Hennig. Tonight Hennig comes in with busted ribs but the title… will he walk away with it? WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Hart Foundation © vs Demolition Demolition has made the Hart’s lives a living hell since they had to leave the country. They returned in March after the Harts won the titles at Rumble in the Bronx. The Hitman and the Anvil have been fighting champions. They almost lost the titles at the King of the Ring when Demolition attacked them but they came back with a passion unlike any other. Tonight they face their toughest challenges. INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Randy Savage © vs Jerry the King Lawler Jerry Lawler showed up in the WWF in December of 1986. WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan vs Ric Flair © Where to begin… perhaps Boston almost a year ago?
  21. Always fun working with you Rain. I have one more iron in the fire for this project and should end it with a bang in a couple of days. Hope everyone enjoys it.
  22. http://jrockvideos.weebly.com/uploads/1/5/9/7/1597022/944368.jpg WWF Live 12/29 New York City, NY – Madison Square Garden Hosted by Gene Okerlund & Lord Alfred Hayes The Rockers vs The One Man Gang & The Big Bossman w/ Slick -A hot opener with the Rockers coming out firing on all cylinders. Perhaps not the same match that would happen in two years but we still have a lot of energy for the opener and the crowd is into it. He finish sees Shawn Michaels get his head taken off by Gang with a clothesline. Marty leaps off the top for a crossbody but Bossman catches him for a powerslam and then a 747 from Gang for the finish and the 3-count. These two have got a bright future in 87! Brutus Beefcake vs Dino Bravo w/ Jimmy Hart -A lot of strutting but not a lot of cutting for these two. Jimmy Hart plays foil outside the ring and it ends up costing Beefcake in the long run when he tries to attack Jimmy but Bravo with a big knee and then he sends Beefer into the ring post and he cracks his shoulder. Bravo with the back suplex and the finish for the 3-count. Beefcake looks hurt and Bravo look strong. Butch Reed vs Nikolai Volkoff w/ Boris & Slick -The loudest pop so far goes to Butch Reed who comes in and he has got the fans solidly behind him. He fights all the odds and the two and even three on one attempts before capitalizing on a double head bump with the Russians leading to Reed coming off the top rope with a flying shoulder block for the finish! FAMILY FEUD Blackjack Mulligan vs Barry Windham w/ Bobby Heenan -This is an odd match with a lot of ends needing to be tied up. These guys go about 14-minutes and it ends up with some juice on both men. It is a blood feud as Jesse says and that pun is intended. The finish sees Mulligan lock in the claw on his bloodied son to the point that he is going down in the middle of the ring and then he looks down at him and let’s go. He has got blood, sweat, and tears in his eyes. Heenan is barking at the referee and gets his attention before Windham with a LOW BLOW on Mulligan and he goes down. Windham covers him for the 3-count and the crowd is going absolutely insane. They are throwing debris into the ring so much that Fink gets on the microphone to tell them to stop! Windham and Heenan are escorted back… this is NUTS! TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP Curt Hennig vs The Great Muta © w/ Mr. Fuji -15-minute time limit for these two one more time but this time we see Hennig counteract Fuji when he delivers a exy dropkick that sends Fuji flying. Muta goes for the Myst but Hennig ducks and then dropkicks him right in the jaw before setting up the Northern Lights for the 3-count right at the end of the match. We have a NEW TV Champion and the crowd is starting to come back around and cheer. WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Andre the Giant vs Ric Flair © w/ Bobby Heenan -60-minute time limit but this one doesn’t go that long. These guys come out for an enjoyable 15-minutes with Andre pretty gassed at the end. It is a cat and mouse game with both men trying to work their style. Once Andre does get his hands on him it is a great spectacle and Flair bumps like no one else for the big man. Flair is able to get the upper-hand and try to work the knees to break Andre down. In a funny spot he attempts to go for the figure-four but Andre kicks him through and sends Flair flying out of the ring. We see Windham come back out and Andre headbutts him to a pop from the crowd! Heenan comes to get involved and he gets nailed with a headbutt! Andre grabs Windham and Hennan and here comes Flair off the apron with a wooden chair and it shatters into a million pieces The referee calls for a DQ and Andre is the winner but Flair still keeps the title. The Horsemen retreat and here comes Andre for more! Tito Santana vs Don Muraco w/ Mr. Fuji Tito comes out to cool down the crowd for a big and wins a fun little 11-minute match. Muraco looks okay but his time on top is over and this may be his role for the foreseeable future. TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Rougeau Brothers vs Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard © w/ Bobby Heenan -These four come out and churn out another great 18-minute contest. We get a lot of double team moves from each team. The Horsemen look to be on their last leg and the Rougeaus come close but it is a nasty knee to the skull from Tully that sends up Raymond for a spike piledriver and 3-count as Heenan grabbed the leg of Jacques! INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Randy Savage © w/ Elizabeth vs Greg Valentine w/ Jimmy Hart -The loudest pop of the night goes to Randy Savage who is without question rising up the ranks in the world and in the WWF. A pretty good formulaic 15-minute match with Valentine getting some great heat on Savage before he comes back with a loud ovation from the crowd. The finish sees Valentine counter the big double axe-handle smash and go for the Figure-Four but Savage rolls him through for the 3-count! TEXAS DEATHMATCH Hulk Hogan vs Terry Funk -Savage did have the biggest pop… then Hulk Hogan came out. This one is a 12-minute bloodbath with Funk and Hogan. We see chairs and even the branding iron come into effect. Manson and Buck come out but Hogan has got Sting to back him up and we see the big Stinger Splash over the top rope onto both of them. We get back to the one on one and Funk nails the piledriver on a chair and at the 9-count Hogan gets up and Hulks up in a big way as the crowd is going nuts. Hogan with his series and Funk isn’t moving but then an AXE-BOMBER and Funk goes flying out of the ring. Funk slowly gets up and grabs the steel ringsteps...and he throws them into the ring. We get a couple more shots and then Hogan nails him with the big boot and Funk goes down to a knee… Hogan picks up the ringsteps and runs as Funk turns and Hogan NAILS HIM WITH THE STAIRS! Funk goes down for the 10-count. Hogan poses. Hulkamania is back on top! As you can see the momentum of this game has all but ceased. I have plans up to Mania but I don’t know who is still reading or if anyone is still reading. Please let me know if you are and I will perhaps put up my quick results to Mania III and how things would play out. Thanks for all the support over the last 3 years. I helped take this game from an idea to something special, I only wish we could have kept that going for longer!
  23. https://next-episode.net/tv-shows-images/big/wwf-prime-time-wrestling.jpg WWF Presents: Prime Time Wrestling 12/29 Hosted by Gorilla Monsoon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from: Hershey, PA – Hersheypark Arena Special New Years Celebration with 90 minutes here and 90 minutes on MSG Network for the rest of the event! Sting & Davey Boy vs The Nasty Boys -This feud was put to the backburner for sometime but they reignite it here with a fun little tag team contest. The highlight is Sting who is greener than grass but really coming into his own. He has got a lot of spark and with Davey Boy… they put it all together. The big finish sees the Nasty Boys try to double team Davey Boy who ducks a double clothesline and Knobbs goes over the top to the floor. Saggs runs for another clothesline but Davey ducks and Sting comes flying off the top rope for a crossbody and a 3-count! The fans pop for a big win here! Terry Taylor vs Kamala w/ Fuji -Poor Terry Taylor gets dealt a tough hand here tonight. He comes in and plays a great babyface to Kamala but just can’t seem to get things going. The finish sees him go for a flying crossbody but Kamala grabs him and slams him and then comes for another knee drop right to the throat for the 3-count! The Hart Foundation vs Honky Tonk & Hercules w/ Jimmy Hart -This is really a glorified showcase for the Harts. Hercules and Honky are all over the place with their timing. They have some heat with Jimmy but together they are nowhere near the caliber of the Harts. The finish is a good one with the power of the Anvil on display when he nails Hercules with a flying shoulder block with help from the Hitman and then gets the 3-count after a big dropkick on Honky from Bret! Mike Rotundo vs Jerry Lawler -The one we’ve all been waiting for. He came out a week ago and proclaimed to the WWF that he was here and he had no time for the peasants. We see Lawler and Rotundo put on a good one and we get to see just how low Jerry Lawler will go in his quest for supremacy in the WWF. The finish see’s Lawler grab something out of his tights and then just WHALE Rotundo in the throat before grabbing him for a piledriver and the 3-count! We cut to Gorilla and Jesse who sign us off of the broadcast for Prime Time and tell you to tune into your local networking for the MSG Network to see the rest of the show here from the Garden!

We’re in Canada and they come out of nowhere and just put an absolute beatdown of the Harts. Officials and agents come down to break things up but Fuji has Demolition on a whole new level.
