It is hard to go against Ted Dibiase right now... he is as hot as anyone and has got to have his eyes on the NWA title. Orndorff, Kerry, Kevin, Brody, and more all right there to make claim. Studd has got a huge target on his back! -

JCP moving out to Arizona... the national expansion is on but are they reaching... time will tell. Heck of a card though and a nice cage match to finish things off always puts over a big show. I would have probably found a way for Kerry to be the finish man here but with the cage stip, it is hard to work around. Interested to see about Bad News and Koloff... that is a fun little thing to get into with these two guys... -

Really liked the team of Luger and Bubdy for a visual. Hansen showing up for Dr Death is definitely an unexpected surprise. I like the direction UWF is going. -
You may want to check out Prime Time and MSG from 10/6 before reading this news... WWF NEWS -After a break in communication word is now coming out of the WWF at a rapid pace. The first piece of news is the acquisition of new talent from around the world. Perhaps the biggest being that of Jacques and Raymond… the Rougeau Brothers. With Lutte folding earlier last month, these two were tendering offers from major promotions but the WWF was able to come in and make a big play to sign them. There is also talk of the Road Warriors and Terry Funk being close to signing contracts with the WWF but with their Japanese commitments being paramount, there is no word on if those deals will be finalized. -Paul Heyman, aka Paul E Dangerously is another name that came over from Lutte. He is a former photographer for wrestling magazines which led to his angle at SNME. He is being paired with the Nasty Boys after having a “New York” connection. He is very loud and arrogant to the crowd but is said to be very much a sponge in the back working with Jimmy Hart and Bobby Heenan to get all the information he can. -Dr. D Dave Schultz is said to have gotten some heat for his issue with Hulk Hogan from SNME for “hitting him too hard” but Hogan was able to get things under control. This program isn’t said to be long term but if Dr. D can’t get under control it may be done before it even really gets started. -Andre the Giant returned to the WWF to have a big feud with Ric Flair. He is said to have some miles on the road that have been really hankering him with regards to injuries and his back. No word on how long he will be able to keep up this pace. -Right now Houston, Detroit, and Los Angeles are all in the running for WrestleMania III. The Astrodome, The Silverdome, and The LA Coliseum ae all up for grabs with LA being the favorite. The Marquee match everyone wants to see is Hogan and Flair which is likely where they will go… but how do they get there? The issue with Jack Tunney, Flair’s bounty on Hogan, and getting Hogan the title shot will all be prime pieces as they head into 1987. -The WWF is currently working with Bill Watts and UWF on a couple of loan deals to help Watts get the UWF going but don’t expect it to be too long. Watts took Vince in a couple of years ago but Vince then jumped ship and revived the WWF. There is aid to be a talking relationship but as both companies continue to grow… that relationship could sour if they find themselves in each other’s backyard. -The title win by Muta the other night in MSG really shook the crowd up. There is said to be a screwy finish to help create some buzz. The WWF is looking to go to Japan for a number of shows this month but nothing has been finalized with the JWA. With the JWA management up in the air those plans could fold. If so, expect Muta to be a big deal for those cards along with Flair, Hogan, and Andre. -Prime Time has become the full fledged A show with the WWF with Wrestling Challenge and Superstars not getting the same type of work over the last couple of weeks. That should change in the coming months with all three shows getting attention and All-American getting whatever is left.

The first referee got up and he was saying there should have been a DQ. Muta and Fuji walked out with the gold as Hennig argued with the referee! WWF Presents: Prime Time Wrestling 10/6 Hosted by Gorilla Monsoon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from: Poughkeepsie, NY – Mid- Hudson Civic Center PT opens this week with some stills from SNME but we see video footage of that dastardly attack from Dr. D on Hulk Hogan. We see him lay out Hogan and get escorted back. We cut to Gorilla and Jesse who pumped up the full night of action headlned by Hacksaw Jim Duggan taking on Boris Zhukov and then a big main event with Tito Santana taking on Arn Anderson. They put over how there is a MSG card tonight in which some of the wrestlers are already there but tonight we will hear from the Nasty Boys plus Blackjack Mulligan. Right now we get to see the debut of a brand new tag team… Jacques and Raymond… the Rougeau Brothers! Jacques & Raymond the Rougeau Brothers vs Los Conquistadors -Jacques and Raymond look awesome in the ring here. With their arrival, the Canadian feel is big right now in the WWF and they look great. They hit a double dropkick for the finish but we just see a taste of what they can do. We then cut over to Gorilla and Jesse and they are joined by Paul E Dangerously & The Nasty Boys! Paul E comes out to cut a scathing promo on Sting and Davey Boy saying they are the first of many that will fall to the Nasty Boys. They didn’t grow up with the advantages of all these jock heads. They fought for everything they’ve got and they will continue to fight all the way to the top. Paul E gets some heat for the Nasties and gives them a voice to go with their fight! *COMMERCIAL* PT is back with Gorilla and Jesse pumping up our next contest with Hacksaw Duggan but they also put over the MSG card tonight. They highlight a big showdown with Hulk Hogan and Dr. D. Right now we have Blackjack Mulligan & Tito Santana join Gorilla and Jesse and they put over their feud with the Horsemen. Blackjack goes on record and says… that Barry Windham is his son… and he is so upset with how he acts and what he becomes. He goes on to say that he may have not taken him out o the woodshed enough as a kid but he knows that he can still do it now and he wants to let Windham know that he needs to get his act together or else the worse will happen. He says that Windham values money and titles more the pride and honor and that is going to come back to bite him more than it already has! He wants to get him back to the man he knows and he loves but the man he sees right now he doesn’t even recognize! Jim Duggan vs Boris Zhukov w/ Nikolai & Slick -A pretty good contest here for Duggan and Zhukov. Duggan just doesn’t have the backup right now as Zhukov and Nikolai are using the numbers game and Slick is out there causing more problems. We see a series of events lead to Nikolai pulling the rope down and Duggan going over the top to the floor. Dugan says something and then he grabs the 2x4 and he NAILS Nikolai! He jumps into the ring and he goes after Boris and nails him! We see the Russians go back up the aisle and Duggan is trying to make chase as they get a hold of him but out of the shadow…. THE ONE MAN GANG comes out and just destroys Duggan with the chain! They wrap the chain around Duggan’s throat and the Russians are pounding away! We see officials and agents try to help out and back this off. *COMMERCIAL* We’re back with PT and we see Gorilla and Jesse pumping up the angle with Duggan. He then comes over to the podium and he’s a bloody mess. He grabs the microphone and he just cuts a scathing promo on the Russians and Gang. He says he doesn’t fight with anyone else but he knows that this is a war! Duggan says he will never give up a fight and he will keep coming and Slick is going to have to kill him to get rid of him! Gorilla and Jesse put it over in a huge way and then pump up the main event… let’s head to the ring! Tito Santana vs Arn Anderson w/ Angel -A classic WCW Saturday Night style main event. These guys have 20-minutes and they do it all. Arn is a tag champion but shows that he could jump into the singles game at any point in time. Tito is now slouch either and he shows off some serious skills. Gorilla and Jesse put it over in a big way. The finish sees Anderson trying to put away Tito after working over the neck and the back but Tito starts to fire back. He is coming back with some big time shots and breaking loose. Wait a moment… we were told Tully was at MSG but he’s out here and he’s coming to attack Tito but here comes Mulligan and he pulls him back off! Mulligan nails Tully with a huge shot! Anderson is caught up with outside and here comes Tito with a backslide for the 1-2-3! Tito wins it and rolls out of the ring. Anderson can’t believe it as he and Tully are outraged. Angel doesn’t look so sweet as she screams. Tito and Mulligan with the win and they are on to MSG! We will see you over on the MSG network The MAIN EVENT III October 19th, 1986 INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Randy Savage © vs Barry Windham SIX-MAN TAG Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, & Tito Santana vs Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, & Tully Blanchard

A full docket of JCP and I love it. I am interested in your take on how to run this big of a company in comparison to Lutte. Here you have a full schedule and a roster that all has needs and wants to get on television but also needs to be showcased on the house shows which ca prove to be a task. I think the first big blow is acknowledging what has gone on in the world of wrestling. It can be a tricky thing to put all of that information out but on the other end it explains so much about what is going on and why JCP is in the position it is in... especially with titles. I may have missed it but does Johnny V have the Fabulous Ones or the Fabulous Blondes as they were both referenced? I like the Greg Gagne debut... obviously that's a big story when it comes to everything that has been going on and what a way for him to debut. Now the house show... Snuka beats Kerry with Gary Hart involved... something could be stirring here... The big triangle match... Studd walks away... and he has JJ Dillon to thank? What kind of NWA Champion will he be? Where will Kerry fit into the mix? Then we see Studd in an NWA Championship match... he is successful but I think the story with JJ is still something we need clarification on. All the while we've got Orndorff with the MACW title and he is on top of a mountain but is it the same mountain as the NWA title... time will tell. -
WWF SNME XI 10/4 Tampa, FL - The Sundome Your hosts: Vince McMahon & Jesse Ventura Arn Anderson: Everyone talks about the World Tag Team titles and when they do they talk about the Horsemen because we’ve beat them all… everyone in our path. Tonight, Hogan and Savage… you both find out exactly what it means to dance with the devil in the pale moonlight! Tully Blanchard: That’s right because tonight, the lights of NBC are going to shine bright and that means the Horsemen will be at their finest. When we are at our worst, no one can touch us...but when we’re at our best… we’re untouchable! Bret Hart: Tonight I get a measure of revenge for my brother Owen Hart. Fuji… I know you’ve got tricks up your sleeve but I am going to make sure that I take Muta and send him back to where he came from by any means necessary! Mr. Fuji w/ Muta: Ahhh… tonight my Great Muta shows the world why he is number one and tonight we take the Hart right out him Bret Hart. HAHA! Curt Hennig w/ The Rockers: Tonight fellas… you step up into a big role and help me do something I should have done a long time ago… get rid of Jimmy Hart and his goons! Jimmy Hart w/ Valentine, Hercules, & Honky: Curt Hennig… you think those teenie boppers are going to stop us… we’ve got the power of Hercules, the strength of the Hammer… and then Honky is going to shake, rattle, and roll baby! Randy Savage: Freak out, freak out… this is it… OHHH YEAAAH!!! I have got one arm free with the IC title on my right and the tag title will be on my left. Horsemen… we have done it once and now we come to do it again! OHHH YEAAAHHHH! Hulk Hogan: That’s right Macho Man… I have never considered myself much of a tag team wrestler but tonight dude… I am in there with my main man and tonight we are going to show those Horsemen just how we do things and Ric Flair… don’t think we won’t be keeping any eye out for you… because if you come down to the ring… the Macho Man and Hulkamania will run WILD ON YOU!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzTlsMMHZnk Vince McMahon: Welcome everyone to the Sundome in Tampa, Florida! I am Vince McMahon alongside Jesse the Body Ventura and tonight, we’ve got one of the biggest cards in the history of Saturday Night’s Main Event! Jesse: Don’t even think about it McMahon… I get top billing… I am going on record tonight… the Horsemen are going to reign supreme… Vince: They are going to have to do something special, that is for sure. Tonight we will also see six-man tag team action plus… the team of the man called Sting and Davey Boy taking on your friends… the Nasty Boys! Jesse: Haha… and trust me… there will be a BIG surprise for the team of Sting and Davey Boy tonight… they may have bitten off a little more than they can chew… HAHA Vince: Right now we get to see a special attraction with The Hitman Bret Hart taking on the Great Muta… let’s head to the ring! Bret Hart vs The Great Muta w/ Mr. Fuji -Jesse and Vince put over how Jack Tunney said only someone with a manager’s license could be outside the ring. Vince and Jesse put over how the winner of this match is going to get a television title shot on Monday Night in Madison Square Garden and Jesse says he would love to see either of these guys and Curt Hennig one on one. This one goes almost the full 15-minute time limit and they put on a show. We see some great chain wrestling from Bret and then some real speed from Muta. The big highlight was seeing Muta go for a moonsault off the top rope but Bret caught him for a tombstone but Muta flipped back over and hit his own Tombstone for the 3-count! Muta rolls out of the ring and the Hitman doesn’t seem to be in a good way here… *COMMERCIAL* SNME is back with Mean Gene standing by with the Hart Family… they are putting over their big six-man and Jimmy is saying that tonight Honky is going to play all the hits and Curt Hennig is going to have the Hart attack of a lifetime! SIX-MAN TAG Curt Hennig and the Rockers vs Greg Valentine, Hercules, & Honkytonk Man w/ Jimmy Hart -A definite upgrade with the Rockers getting involved here. This one is another longer match with about 12-minutes of air time. Jesse and Vince really pump it up with Hennig controlling a lot of the match while we see Valentine really control the heel side. Jimmy Hart is hooting and hollering outside the ring something awful before we see Hercules trying to put the full nelson on Marty but he kicks up and Shawn comes with a dropkick to the chest… Hercules rolls backwards into Hennig who grabs him for a school boy and the 3-count! Hennig and company get a big one! They work the crowd but Jimmy has to regroup his men! Valentine doesn’t look happy! Vince and Jesse put over the big six-man and talk about Hennig and his role as TV Champion… they put over his defense against the Great Muta coming up this week at MSG and what a spectacle that will be! The Tag Titles are on the line when we come back! *COMMERCIAL* We’re back with Jesse Ventura standing by with the Horsemen… Flair says that he and Barry will be watching closely and that if things get out of hand… the Horsemen will be right there to put things back in line! Heenan puts over how these titles have been defended all over the world and now tonight… the World gets to see the Horsemen put an end to Savage and Hogan! We then cut to Mean Gene who is with Savage and Hogan and they are juiced up to the gills. Elizabeth is there but Savage and Hogan tell her to stay in the back because things could get out of hand tonight and they will pull out all the stops to get the titles from the Horsemen and make four become two! WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage vs Arn & Tully © w/ Bobby Heenan -Perhaps the biggest match in the history of SNME… the titles are on the line and we see the crowd just going absolutely bonkers for this one. These four come out and put on a show. The Hrosemen sell and put Hogan and Savage over in a big way before slowing down the pace. This one goes about 15-minutes and gets a commercial break but when we come back the action is fast and furious. We see Randy Savage get worked over in a big way but then the big moment happens when he tags in Hulk Hogan for the save and the fans go absolutely apeshit! Hogan comes in with some big shots and clotheslines and boots! Hogan with a some slams and now Savage comes back in and it is all hell breaking loose. This brings out Flair and Windham as they come to the ring but out of the back we see Andre the Giant come out to a monster pop! He pulls Flair down and the Nature Boy is working this crowd like crazy! The referee is distracted as out of the crowd… OMG… it is Dr. D Dave Schultz! Schultz comes into the ring with a chair and just DESTROYS Hogan with it! The referee sees it and calls for the bell! Savage and Hogan win via DQ! Schultz nails Hogan a couple of times in the back before Savage nails him! Andre is in the ring as this one has broken loose. Schultz is escorted out by police. The Horsemen are up the aisle working the fans. Hogan is busted wide open. Jesse and Vince put this over in the biggest way… oh my! *COMMERCIAL* Jesse and Vince are back with SNME and they are putting over the night so far. They talk about our big contest coming up. They put over how we will hear from Hulk Hogan after our next match as we head to the ring… Sting & Davey Boy Smith vs The Nasty Boys -We see a pretty fun contest with Davey Boy carrying the match in terms of ability and star power. The Nasties are fast hitting and sloppy but fun to watch. Sting is so raw it is amazing to see him fly around with reckless regard. The finish is kind of messy as we see members of the press around ringside have to jump out of the way when Sting does his signature leap over the top rope and nails Saggs! Knobbs however comes out of nowhere and runs him into the steel rail. Just then on the other side of the ring a photographer is up on the apron and he breaks a camera over Davey Boy’s head! Knobbs comes into the ring and goes to the middle rope with a big elbow drop right on the throat and the cover for the 3-count! That photographer cost them the match… and now he is being taken to the back with the Nasty Boys… what the… who is that guy?!? *COMMERCIAL* SNME is back with Jesse and Vince putting over the big Main Event III coming up in a couple of weeks. Jesse puts over how he is going to interview that photographer on Monday Night for Prime Time! They send it back to Mean Gene who is with Hulk Hogan… Mean Gene: Hulk Hogan… we can see the bumps and bruises from that attack… when will this stop for you? Hulk Hogan: Well lemme tell you something Mean Gene… I don’t know if it will ever stop. The WWF isn’t big enough for myself and Ric Flair but he is the one holding all the cards right now. Well Ric Flair… I am going to try and pull a trump out of nowhere brother. You wanna put the bounty out on me… well brother you can raise it up to a million dollars because I am not going anywhere! Mean Gene: The Main Event III… you team with Andre the Giant and Tito Santana to take on Flair and the tag team champions… Hulk Hogan: Mean Gene I am not even worried about the Main Event brother… because when we get there, I am going to get my hands on slick Ric once again but it is not what I want… I want the world title brother… I want the shot… the rematch I was never granted. Jack Tunney… I am putting it all on the line and you are gonna have to answer dude… I wanna know when I get my chance at the atitle and just what I have to do to get it! Mean Gene: Fans there you have it… the Hulkster is looking for his chance at the world title but before that he gets his chance at the Main Event III… join us right here on NBC for that event on October the 19th!

NWA LIVE from The Pico Rivera Sports Arena in Los Angeles September 29, 1995 NWA TAG CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT Round 1 Harlem Heat gets a bye Headbangers vs Bagwell/Riggs -A pretty fun opening contest of sorts here with two sides of the coin with the clubbers and the bangers. This is a pretty fast paced contest but in the end we see the clubbers of Bagwell and Riggs get the victory with the help of Alex Wright who comes out to dance and cause a distraction. Eddie/Benoit vs Hakushi/Landel -The comedy routine of Hakushi and Landel continues here with neither man being able to communicate with the other. We see some very good action with Hakushi in there but he isn’t enough for Eddie and Benoit who look great tonight and get the victory. Lazer Tron/Chris Jericho vs Candido/Storm -Another oddball pairing of Lazer Tron and Jericho who are about to go at one another at the drop of a dime but it is Candido and Storm who really look good here. They are a solid group who isolates Lazer Tron and when he goes for the big tag to Jericho the referee misses it and that gives Candido and Storm a chance to double up on Lazer Tron and a nasty crescent kick from Storm finishes Lazer Tron while Jericho is late for the save! Miracle Violence Connection w/ Ted Dibiase get a bye Smoking Guns vs Paul Orndorff/Mike Rotundo -The Guns come out blazing against two real veterans of the NWA here. The finish sees Orndorff cold cock Rotundo who can’t seem to get in the right spot and Billy Gunn comes out of nowhere with a standing legdrop (fame-asser) on Rotundo for the 3-count! Brad Armstrong/Bobby Eaton vs Pillman/Austin -Heat of the night goes to Austin and Pillman who have just taken the NWA by storm over recent weeks. They have led a crusade if you will against Dusty Rhodes and tonight is no different. We get some great action from Brad Armstrong and Bobby Eaton plays a great utility role and we see the match of the round but in the end it is a double team and a low blow on Eaton that ends things when Pillman rolls him up with a handful of tights. Ahmed/Simmons vs Psicosis/La Parka -Another mismatch in terms of the teams here. The strength of Ron Simmons and Ahmed Johnson just destroys these two lucha stars who try to keep things going but just can’t seem to get right. A spinebuster by Simmons on Psicosis spells the end and it looks like it shook the ring! Round 2 Bagwell/Riggs vs Harlem Heat -The luck of the clubbers runs out tonight when Harlem Heat gets on the scene. They look great and primed for the titles as they handle these two with ease and get the victory. Eddie/Benoit vs Candido/Storm -Perhaps the match of the second round here. We see them go 18 of the 20 minute time limit and it is full of suplexes and awesome tag team work. The finish sees Storm go for the crescent kick but Benoit ducks and nails him with a German Suplex and out of nowhere comes Eddie Guerrero with a frog splash for the 3-count! Miracle Violence Connection w/ Ted Dibiase vs The Smoking Guns -A pretty anticipated matchup. These two teams match up well on paper but the Guns need a some more work to get at their level. Mira Vio doesn’t come out here to play and Dibiase has got them primed. We see Billy Gunn run at Gordy who backdrops him over his back and the ropes but the referee misses it. Billy tries to argue but then Steve Williams comes out of nowhere with a nasty boot to the skull and then Gordy comes with a knee drop for the 3-count! Ahmed/Simmons vs Pillman/Austin -This one has a lot of heat. Pillman and Austin are pushing the limits here with the LA crowd and Ahmed and Simmons have got them by their side. We see a great 12-minute match and it looks like Pillman and Austin are going to get the win but out of nowhere comes Dustin Rhodes and he distracts Pillman enough for Ahmed to turn him around for a PEARL RIVER PLUNGE! 1...2….3!!! Bobby Eaton vs Hunter Helmsley w/ Kama -A simple showcase contest to keep things moving here. Hunter has got some nice heat and looks good in the ring. Kama is definitely a force outside the ring and we see him get involved a time or two. He is definitely someone who is in line for title contention when his time comes.. He finishes Eaton with the Pedigree and the 3-count. Semifinals Harlem Heat vs Eddie/Benoit -This one shows off the endurance of Eddie and Benoit who have already fought twice tonight and now go up against the number one seed of the tournament. This one has a 30-minute time limit and these guys go 15-minutes and we see two of the best teams in the tournament get pushed to the limit. The finish sees Stevie Ray use his power but it is the speed of Guerrero that leads to him being out of place and Benoit nails him with a nasty dropkick right to the jaw that puts him down and out. Booker T comes out of nowhere with an axe kick on Benoit but Eddie comes out over and grabs him for a hurricanrana with a roll up for the 1...2...3!! Miracle Violence Connection w/ Ted Dibiase vs Ahmed/Simmons -Talk about the beef… these teams have got it. They have Benoit and Eddie in front of them but right now we see a hard hitting match that goes about 12-minutes. We see some serious bombs thrown. The finish seems Hunter Helmsley comes out and that drags Ahmed out of the contest but then Simmons is doubled up by Gordy and Williams. They run at him but now we see Simmons backdrop Williams over the top rope and Charles Robinson has to call the DQ! Mira Vio moves on with Ted Dibiase celebrating... NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP Dan Severn © vs Bam Bam Bigelow -A pretty big defense for Severn here as Bigelow is one of the top contenders for the NWA World Title in the tournament. Here we see both men go around 21-minutes. At moments it does drag but the action heats up when we see Sid come out with Dibiase. They are gloating and trying to get attention. Sid ends up grabbing Bigelow’s leg but Bam Bam is able to shake it off. Severn gets control but then Sid starts yelling at him. That all turns when Bam Bam gets control again and he goes up top… but this time instead of jumping on Severn he leaps and clotheslines Sid! We have got a brawl outside the ring! The bell is ringing and the crowd is going wild here as Severn comes out to join the fight. We’ve got a three-way brawl as officials and agents come out... Finals Eddie/Benoit vs Miracle Violence Connection w/ Ted Dibiase -The NWA World Tag Team Titles are on the line… these two teams don’t have a time limit… there are no dqs or countouts… there must be a winner! We see the best of both teams. We see Eddie and Benoit prove why they belong. We see them go blow for blow with Mira Viio but Williams and Gordy have some more experience together and their strength counteracts everything Benoit and Eddie bring… not to mention this is their 4th match of the night. At the 28-minute mark we see Benoit and Eddie in control but it all changes with a nasty foot to the head of Benoit. Meanwhile Gordy is put up on the top rope and seated for Eddie but Williams with a lariat out of nowhere! Williams picks up Eddie and gives him to Gordy who hits a powerbomb off the middle rope for the 3-count! We have NEW NWA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!!! -

He then says that is should be Sid getting the shot at Dan Severn tomorrow night and he thinks Bam Bam Bigelow is nothing but second rate. He tried to change him and make him something special but Bigelow didn’t have what it took. He is a wasted opportunity and it is Sid who should get the shot. We have a lot of heat for these guys as we will be back with our main event… *COMMERCIAL* -We’re back with Sunny and Hudson really pumping up the tag title tournament and then the big main event tonight. They say we will still hear from Dustin Rhodes… but right now we have got action with Psicosis and Eddie Guerrero… MAIN EVENT Eddie Guerrero vs Psicosis -An instant classic with these two leaving everything out there for the fans tonight. We get some real lucha style love with a lot of spots and then they slow it down. Guerrero may be one of the best in the world right now. This one starts to break down when Psicosis takes Eddie outside the ring and throws him into the guardrail but a fans looks like they grab Guerrero… thats La Parka! La Parka is here and he is choking out Guerrero! The crowd can’t believe it as officials come down but the fight continues until we see Chris Benoit run out and he starts hammering away at Psicosis and La Parka. They back off and go up the aisle a bit as Benoit gets Guerrero backup… this one is far, far from over… -Sunny is putting over the issue with these four before Hudson stops her and we see Dustin Rhodes walking out… we have to take a quick break but we’ll be right back! *COMMERCIAL* -Rhodes is back in the ring and he is in there with Jimmy Hart… Hart is telling him that Austin and Pillman have left the arena… there won’t be a fight… they are ready for the tournament tomorrow night! Rhodes says he doesn’t believe Jimmy Hart and just like his daddy says… Hart is a snake in the grass and he won’t trust him… he says he is calling out Pillman and Austin or he is going to go in the back and find them! Hart is trying to stop him but Rhodes pushes him down and then he starts to walk towards the back... {Rhodes gets into the back while the camera follows him… he is yelling for Pillman and Austin and then he goes out into the garage area as they are getting in the car! Rhodes comes over and he starts to throw hands. We have got a short brawl but Pillman and Austin team up on him and stomp him down… they jump in the car and then try to leave the arena but Rhodes makes another leap towards them and THEY HIT DUSTIN RHODES IN THE CAR! He goes flying over the hood as they speed off… Rhodes is being helped by the officials… what in the hell is going on here?} -

I really like the finish of the 5-count match. Such great gimmick. Non-title main event only sets up the big one down the line. Pretty great card here with so many pieces in play. Lawler selling big will get the house hot for the return down the line... -
I have some ideas just need to finish moving pieces around for it to come through.
-
Cactus Jack will replace Pedro Morales in a jobber packs until something opens up for him.
-
Yeah, I think we're going to go with the four of us for at least a month or two for now then we will reassess and see if others are interested in contributing.
-
As October approaches, we are at a new era for this game. The territories have fallen to the wayside with major groups raising and acquiring talent from around the world. Tomorrow morning at 8am CT, free agents from around the world will be looking to get contracts with the major promotions. Those unsigned will be working with independent promotions around the country. We will look to add some of those promotions in the coming months. As we work as a group we are looking to build on the momentum we have and put together the spectacular writing we're known for and look for more writers in the future.

WWF Presents: Prime Time Wrestling 9/29 Hosted by Gorilla Monsoon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from: Denver, CO - McNichols Arena PT opens this week with footage of Sting in the parking lot and he is waiting on the Nasty Boys. When they pull up we see someone else enter the scene… oh my … that is Davey Boy Smith. We have officials and agents run into the scene before this one breaks loose. We cut into the arena where Jesse and Gorilla are putting this over in a big way before we see Sting and Davey Boy come out to a big pop! Sting: You know something Nasty Boys… you wanna get nasty… well look no further boys… we’re right here and we’re ready for a fight. WOOOOO! Lemme tell you something… that other guy with the painted face… yeah… he hit the bricks as fast as he could and lemme tell you something, I didn’t have to look too far for a partner who would step up for a fight and boys… you are looking at the Nasty Men! WOOO! Davey Boy: Let me first start by saying that I am here for Sting but also myself. A couple of weeks ago… my partner… my brother… the Dynamite Kid was injured by the Horsemen. They broke his jaw and now he doesn’t know if he’ll ever wrestle again. So when push came to shove, I wanted to find someone who would help me and have my back and I have done that here with the Stinger. First we are going to get rid of these Nasty Boys and teach them why you can’t mess with the two of us… then… Horsemen… we’re coming for revenge and you four are next! Jesse and Gorilla pump this up big time before we head to the ring for our opener! Tito Santana vs Steve Lombardi -A great little showcase with Tito and Lombardi. Lombardi knows what he’s doing in there and Tito gets over in a big way with the huge flying forearm for the 3-count. The fans erupt as Tito walks over to the booth… Tito is in the booth with Gorilla and Jesse and he pumps up the issue with the Horsemen and says he will be watching close this weekend to make sure Dr. D doesn’t interfere and that the Horsemen get what is coming to them! *COMMERCIAL* PT is back and he is with Owen Hart who has an eyepatch over his eye… they cut a scathing promo on Great Muta and Bret announces that he’s challenging Muta for SNME! The crowd pops for this one.... Bret says he and the Anvil are going to avenge Owen and the entire Hart family! Jim Powers & Paul Roma vs Greg Valentine & The Honky Tonk Man w/ Jimmy Hart -Well it is scheduled to be a six-man… but only Curt Hennig walks out… he says that Jim Powers and Paul Roma were in some kind of a car accident. He says there was something tricky with the brakes and he wonders if Jimmy Hart had his hands involved… but he knows the fans want to see a fight so he’s here for one. The Hart Family comes out and we see them attack Hennig who is able to fight them off for a moment but the 3 on 1 is just too much. The crowd then explodes when we see the Rockers run down! They bring the fight and we see the Harts all back off! Gorilla and Jesse put this over as sides have been evened up... *COMMERCIAL* PT is back with Mean Gene at the podium and he runs down the big SNME card... SNME Report TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage vs Arn & Tully © w/ Bobby Heenan SIX-MAN TAG Curt Hennig & The Rockers vs Greg Valentine, Hercules, & Honkytonk Man Bret Hart vs The Great Muta w/ Mr. Fuji Sting & Davey Boy Smith vs The Nasty Boys Mean Gene then calls out… Hulk Hogan and the Macho Man Randy Savage! Mean Gene has these guys run through their big matches and it is here that we have a big announcement… at the Main Event… instead of a tag match we are going to see the final showdown between Randy Savage and Barry Windham. Then… we will see Hulk Hogan team with Andre the Giant and Tito Santana to take on Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, and Ric Flair in a special six-man tag! This is a change but Hogan says he has spoken to the Big Man Andre the Giant and he can’t wait to get his hands on Ric Flair just like the Hulkster… then we hear a stir in the crowd… wait just a moment… That’s Dr. D! Schultz is out here and he is going crazy with officials and agents all around. Hogan rips off his shirt and my we’ve got something brewing. Savage is kind of lost in the shuffle out here… but he looks ready for a fight. *COMMERCIAL* PT is back with Gorilla and Jesse putting over the Savage/Hogan/Schultz segment. They announce the big change to the Main Event III with Savage and Windham in the final showdown plus the big six-man tag! They pump up our next big contest… it is USA vs Russia… MAIN EVENT Hacksaw Duggan vs Nikolai Volkoff w/ Boris and Slick -This is what you’d expect from these two… nothing crazy but there’s some heat. Duggan is getting over with the crowd in a big way and Nikolai has got Boris and Slick out there helping him.The number game is getting the best of Duggan but instead of going down he gets out and grabs the equalizer with the 2x4! The Russians back off but Slick says that this party isn’t over! Gorilla and Jesse pump this up and say we haven’t seen the end of this one… when we come back the Horsemen are here! We see them in the back arriving in a limo earlier in the night… they look focused... *COMMERCIAL* We’re back and my oh my the Horsemen have arrived. We see them walk down to booth with Angel and Sherri in tow… Heenan is leading them… all in custom suits and the gold… all except the IC title of course… here they go… Bobby Heenan starts by running down all the men and women out there who wish they could in the Horsemen. He puts over how the tag team champions have got challengers lining up and down the roads and the Horsemen are going to line them all up and run them all down. Heenan says that he is the one who orchestrated the big match with Savage and Windham… it was supposed to be the tag but he was given the IC title rematch but had to commit to the six-man in order to dos… but it is what’s best for the Horsemen! He then says that Dr. D only got a portion of the bounty because he couldn’t get it done against Hogan… Arn and Tully begin by running down the British Bulldogs who are no more. They tell Davey Boy Smith that if he and Sting was a shot at the titles they don’t have to look too far. They turn their attention to the Rockers and tell them they should have stayed out of the business because the Hart Family is going to finish what the Horsemen started. They run down the Hart Foundation and let them know that Muta and Fuji are going to take them out and if there is anything left they can try to get a shot at the gold but it won’t go far. They turn to Tito Santana and put over how he may be good in the ring but he doesn’t have a partner who can hang with the Horsemen and that will be the end of it. Then we hear them put over the match with Savage and Hogan and how this will be a defining moment in the life of the Horsemen and in Saturday Night’s Main Event. In front of millions of people… the Horsemen will reign supreme! Barry Windham puts over the rematch with Randy Savage. He says that everything had to be put into place for this to happen and he knows that this is the chance of a lifetime. He says that nothing and no one will get in his way. He feels like he is missing a limb without the IC title… he can’t sleep… he can’t eat… he has only one thought… that is the title and he will do whatever it takes to get it! Ric Flair then jumps in and we hear him cut down everyone! He starts with Randy Savage and says that the two of them may not see one another at the Main Event III but he knows right where Savage is and he will be damned if that title doesn’t get back to the Horsemen in one way or another! He then runs down Tito Santana saying that he is overstepping his bounds and needs to understand that when he messes with bulls of professional wrestling he will get the Horns. He says that Blackjack Mulligan showed up for some reason that no one can explain but the Horsemen will put an end to him if he decided to interject himself in their business. He calls out Andre the Giant and says he will get his hands on him at the Main Event and when he does… he will embarrass the Giant so bad he won’t come around ever again. He then cuts into Hogan and talks about how he is going to dog him and run him out of the sport. He says that he is upping the bounty to $150,000. He says that Dr. D couldn’t get the job done but he will find someone who will! Jesse and Gorilla pump up the finish of the show… not a lot of flash but the Horsemen have made claim… SNME is this weekend and my oh my do we got a lot going on… get pumped! SNME XI 10/4 TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage vs Arn & Tully © w/ Bobby Heenan SIX-MAN TAG Curt Hennig & The Rockers vs Greg Valentine, Hercules, & Honkytonk Man Bret Hart vs The Great Muta w/ Mr. Fuji Sting & Davey Boy Smith vs The Nasty Boys MAIN EVENT III 10/19 INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Randy Savage © vs Barry Windham SIX-MAN TAG Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, & Tito Santana vs Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, & Tully Blanchard

Here we go... the UWF starts things off with a bang and you get the sense that times are a changing. I see some carryover from before but things are starting fresh for a lot of these folks and I think something to watch is who is on top of the mountain with Nikita and Bundy at odds and then you add in Lawler to the mix. Obviously Magnum's fate is no secret and part of me wishes we could go away from that... but that is the same part of me that wishes Gino Hernandez was still alive and part of the Horsemen lol. The Memphis show is a pretty good outline of just how much talent is on this roster and how stacked a card featuring the lot of them will be. For myself, I want to see this feud unfold with the Fabs, Rock N Roll, and MXE on a big scale. If only it was 1998, we'd see a latter involved. The finale of Nikita on top of the UWF world is a sight to be seen. Dr. Death is there to get some heat. That is the feud that will shape this new era of the UWF. I am pumped for it. -
I was going to use the word massive to put over that Guerrero win... just a huge win that is very meaningful for them in the long run. Great stuff there. I am also digging the Steamboat vs Orton match. Vader and Piper involved. Steamboat has some big things in front of him...

Big news coming out of the UWF with so much on the horizon. The roster has a lot of big names ready for a prime spot in the world of wrestling. I am sure you will find the right way to push those who can elevate this promotion to an entirely new level... especially now going National. I think it is great that we are really mirroring the world of wrestling in 1987 going into 1987... but we know what happened in early 87 with Watts... I don't see that happening with you under his guise... -

JCP sets the stage for the "death of the NWA" for all intensive purposes. The world title and world tag titles are now up for grabs and who knows who will come out as the true contenders and champions with all the pieces you have at play. Obviously there are parts of this roster that will set the stage for JCP to grow to new heights and I am personally stoked to see the direction you take with it. -
The AWA is the oldest governing body in the history of this project You continue to put out some fun stuff and the roster continues to shine. The four corners match in this latest outing shows that the AWA has got the youth, they've got the power, and they have the direction to take over the world of wrestling as 1986 ends and 1987 begins!

WWF Presents: Prime Time Wrestling 9/22 Hosted by Gorilla Monsoon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from: Phoenix, AZ – Veterans Memorial Auditorium PT opens this week with footage of Sting being attacked by the Nasty Boys in the parking lot. Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags leave the Stinger lay while fans and officials crowd around him. We cut to Gorilla and Jesse who put it over and Jesse is all smiles as he pumps up how the Nasties are going to change tag team wrestling. Gorilla says he will hopefully hear back from Sting next week and he may step in there to help him with the Nasties if he can’t find a partner. On another note, tonight we will see Blackjack Mulligan one on one with Tully Blanchard… we will see the Hart Foundation against Muta and Muraco… and we will see Paul Roma taking on Hercules. Plus Andre the Giant is in the building… what a night we have in store for the fans as we head to the ring for our opening contest... Brutus Beefcake vs Barry Horowitz -Brutus is back in the WWF and he looks to be in great shape. We see him work over Barry with ease and finish him with the sleeper hold. Nothing too spectacular but Brutus is back and he has got a little love from the crowd. -We then cut to Gene Okerlund who is with Dr. D Dave Schultz. He puts over how he was trying to cash in on Hulk Hogan but it seems as though Hogan survived. Dr. D says that if Hogan is a man he will show up next week and then he will put him away for good! *COMMERCIAL* -PT is back with Gorilla and Jesse putting over the big issue with Hogan and Flair and the money plus Andre the Giant… so much going on there. They turn the tide to the TV title and the recent return of the Honky Tonk Man and how he smashed the guitar last week. Tonight we see the team of Power and Glory go up against one another as we head to the ring. Paul Roma vs Hercules w/ Jimmy Hart -Again these two have a lot of history but again we see the Hercules is just too much for Roma. He handles him with ease even though Roma is able to get in some offense. A couple of huge dropkicks is really all he’s got in the tank before Hercules grabs the full nelson and violently puts an end to this one but he won’t let go. This brings out Honky and Valentine who are joining in the fight but here comes Hennig and Powers! The crowd is white hot for this one as they run in and look for a brawl as this one goes all over. The officials come out and we see Jimmy back his men off. -Hennig, Powers, and Roma walk over to the booth and we hear the big challenge… at Saturday Night’s Main Event… they want to make it a six-man and then the side will be even up… Hart says he doesn’t want to wait and he challenges Roma and Powers next week to a tag match with Valentine and Honky Tonk! We will see that one next week and the six-man the following weekend! *COMMERCIAL* -PT is back with Gorilla and Jesse pumping up SNME and then the MAIN EVENT III! They put over how it will be Hogan and Macho vs the Horsemen at each event and how this could be the time in which Hogan gets his hands on Flair but Jesse doesn’t think it will happen. They turn their attention to the Harts and Mr. Fuji who have had issues as of late. We hear about how Fuji has Demolition ready to come back to the WWF but due to legal troubles (they lost) they can’t come back right now! Tonight his team of Muraco and Muta hit the ring for a big showdown as we head to the ring. The Hart Foundation vs Don Muraco & The Great Muta w/ Mr. Fuji -In an interesting note, we see Owen Hart, the younger brother of Bret Hart acknowledged at ringside. Gorilla and Jesse put over how Owen has broken into wrestling and is a young talent looking to make a name. In our match tonight, we see big brother Bret and the Anvil in a great contest that just ooos and ahhhs the crowd when Bret and Muta get in the ring together. Muraco and the Anvil end up being good strength for their opposites technique. We see Owen out here cheering throughout the match and the camera lets us know he’s there. The finish is pretty fun with Bret on the apron and Muraco just flying into him which sends him crashing right in front of Owen. Owen is trying to help him get up and encourage him but then Muta comes over and sprays the MIST right in Owen’s FACE! His blonde hair has turned Green and Owen is writhing in pain! Inside the ring the Anvil gets hit with a back suplex and here comes Muta off the top rope with a MOONSAULT for the 3-count! Muta and Muraco back off while we see some help for Owen who is in a bad way and Bret who isn’t much better! *COMMERCIAL* -PT is back and here come the Horsemen. They come out to just run down the rest of the competition they have… Arn and Tully go after the Bulldogs and talk about sending Dynamite back to England with a broken jaw. They say he will never wrestle again and if Davey Boy gets in their way he will end up with the same! They talk about the Rockers and how they haven’t been the same since they fell to the Horsemen and they may never been the same again! They put over Tito Santana trying to fool them with Jack Mulligan but it didn’t work! They say that Tito Santana is on the top of their list of men who are going to get what is coming to them before 1986 is all said and done! Barry Windham runs down Randy Savage and says that he doesn't’ deserve the title and that he will never truly be the champion until he gives him the rematch he deserves! He then comes right out and says that Blackjack Mulligan is his father! He says he knows he doesn’t agree with him on what he’s doing and that’s only because he was never good enough to be a Horsemen! Ric Flair is laughing and loving it all. He’s got Angel and Sherri on each arm… he is working the crowd and he is running down Hulk Hogan. He runs him into the ground and says that Hogan won’t even make it to the MAIN EVENT. He’s got Dr. D already to cash in… he’s got Arn and Tully who are going to put him down at SNME and if he does make it to Cleveland… then Ric Flair will put the final nail is his coffin. -Then we see Andre the Giant come out and the Horsemen don’t appear too phased but when Andre gets closer we see them back off a bit. Andre says that he is here to challenge Ric Flair for the World Title and he will defeat all the Horsemen in his path to get it! The crowd is going wild here and they can’t believe it! Andre grabs Flair by the lapel and says he is going to let him slide tonight… but soon he will have nowhere to run and nowhere to hide… HAHAHA! *COMMERCIAL* PT is back with Jesse and Gorilla pumping up the big Andre vs Flair match at some point. They wonder just what will happen next week with Hacksaw Duggan vs Nikolai signed plus we’ll see Roma and Powers vs Valentine & Honky and Tito Santana will be here. Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage will be here to address the Horsemen. So much is going on plus we hope to hear from Sting and Bret Hart given what has taken place by them tonight. Now we have our big main event with Jack Mulligan and Tully Blanchard one on one! MAIN EVENT Blackjack Mulligan vs Tully Blanchard w/ Angel -Big time main event and the Horsemen send Tully out do take care of this one. Mulligan looks pretty good here and Blanchard is just a heat magnet. Angel is out there looking as devilish as ever. We see Mulligan throw Tully around but Blanchard finds a way to get in some offense here and there and a clipped knee breaks things down. We see the pace slow down and this 13-minute contest comes to a close with Blanchard running and jumping on Mulligan who grabs him and tosses him over the top to the floor! He looks to be injured and here comes the rest of the Horsemen. Arn, Barry, and Flair come down and they are challenging Mulligan but here comes Andre and Tito! The crowd is going wild here as the Horsemen have to back down. This ends up being a no contest with Tully holding his knee… will he be able to defend the titles at SNME?!?! They put over how they can’t be blamed for their actions… being held down for so long made them just JUMP at the opportunity to put Rhodes right where he belongs!} -We cut to Hudson and Sunny putting over the big night of action. They talk about the main event of Helmsley taking on Ahmed Johnson! They put over the six-man with Gordy, Williams, and Sid in action. Plus we will see the team of Lance Storm and Chris Candido… right now we’ve got Harlem Heat… let’s go to the ring! Mike Michaels & Stephen Thompson vs Harlem Heat -A good match for Harlem Heat who come out to a mixed reaction. We see them handle these two with ease and hit the big Harlem Hangover for the 3-count. -Before our commercial break we see Dustin Rhodes walking past Harlem Heat… he steps into the ring… *COMMERCIAL* -We return with Dustin Rhodes in the ring and he calls out Steve Austin and Brian Pillman. They walk out to some nice heat and we get a little confrontation between the three with Pillman and Austin telling Dustin that their dad deserved everything he got and if they had a couple more minutes they would have done more. If Dustin wants more of the same then he will get it. Dustin says he isn’t dumb enough to fight two men at once but knows he can take on one or the other. He tells them to choose and meet him out here next week for the fight of their life! Hudson and Sunny put it over as Dustin backs off from the fight in the ring to build to the fight next week! {We then cut to a special video of Hakushi who will be a special attraction in the NWA!} *COMMERCIAL* -Hudson and Sunny are back putting over the issue with the Rhodes’ and Austin and Pillman. We will find out who faces Dustin later on but right now we’ve got tag team action... Max Ryan & Joey Wolfe vs Lance Storm & Chris Candido -Storm and Candido look awesome out here and finish these guys off with a nice crescent kick from Storm and a bridging German Suplex from Candido for the 3-count! *COMMERCIAL* -We are back with Sunny who is looking o so fine with little to nothing left to the imagination and she is joined by Cactus Jack. They put over his return to the NWA and he talks about the history of the NWA World Title… Thesz, O’Conner, Funk, Brisco, Race, Flair, and soon… Cactus Jack Bang Bang! He says he will get involved in the title in anyway he can and he will sacrifice any body part and every muscle to show why he is the champion of champions! Brent Hope, Steve Young, & Chris Nash vs Sid, Terry Gordy, & Steve Williams w/ Ted Dibiase -A great six-man with some solid work here. Dibiase’s men just beat the piss out of these guys and we see Sid powerbomb all three of them for the victory. He makes the sign for the NWA title… he is definitely a favorite heading into the tournament. *COMMERCIAL* -We return to CWH with Hudson and Sunny putting over the night’s action and they pump up next week’s show when we will see Eddie Guerrero and Psicosis one on one in our main event. Plus we’ll hear from Dustin Rhodes who says he will challenge Steve Austin or Brian Pillman! Right now we get to see something that has been brewing over the last couple of weeks… it is Ahmed Johnson taking on Hunter Helmsley! MAIN EVENT Ahmed Johnson vs Hunter Helmsley -A big time main event for CWH this week with Helmsley working the crowd and almost a “Memphis” style of stalling just to goat Johnson into a fight and that’s what it turns into. We see Ahmed try to brawl but Helmsley is able to juke and jive away but when Ahmed gets his hands on him the crowd explodes! Ahmed grabs him and we see Helmsley bump all over the place for the big man. With limited television time remaining we see these guys hurry into the final flurry with Helmsley reaching into his tights and he’s got something on his hand and when Johnson runs Helmsley just CLOCKS him right between the eyes and Johnson falls out of the ring to the floor. Helmsley tries to get the referee to count faster and we get the 10-count. He is celebrating like he won the world title but out of the back comes none other than Ron Simmons! -Simmons comes out and he is talking to Mark Curtis… he is telling him to check Helmsley! Helmsley is trying to hide when Curtis checks him but then Simmons grabs his hands and shows it to Curtis who goes to GMC and he announces that the decision has been reversed and Ahmed Johnson is the winner via DQ! The crowd pops as Ahmed gets back up to his feet and he makes chase for Helmsley who runs up the aisle! The crowd pops and we’ll be back for more next week! *Disclaimer* As a group we decided to get the 1986 game revamped with some changes and get it going again. With that the Dawn of War game would be sacrificed. I did however write shows out until November... so I will keep this as a small side project and post what I've got. I hope everyone enjoys it and looks forward to what we have cooked up to get the 1986 game to new levels. -
AWA continues to be a mainstay in this world of wrestling with an amazing group of talent. Super Vader is rising, Douglas and Pillman are made for one another, and then Bob Orton is getting a title run/push that evaded him in the WWF... awesome stuff all around and this isn't even all the major players which makes it great.

WWF Presents: Prime Time Wrestling 9/15 Hosted by Gorilla Monsoon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from: St. Louis, MO – Kiel Auditorium PT opens this week in historic St. Louis with Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse Ventura revealing shocking footage from this weekend when Hulk Hogan was arriving to a show… {We cut to the footage and see Hogan coming out of a car. He is mobbed by fans as he continues to walk and sign autographs. This is shot on “amateur” footage with someone holding a huge camcorder… but then out of nowhere we hear screeching tires as a car pulls into the scene. Hogan hurries the fans and children away and he looks at the car. Out of nowhere comes Dr. D Dave Schultz! He has a big piece of wood and he cracks it over Hogan’s back! We see him beating down the Hulkster before Brutus Beefcake runs into the scene and backs him off…} Jesse and Gorilla put over the scene and wonder just what Dr. D was doing here and if he did enough to cash in on the $100,000 from Ric Flair. They turn their attention to our two big matches tonight with Hennig and Roma taking on Valentine and Hercules, plus the tag team titles will be on the line when the Bulldogs take on Arn and Tully. Right now it is time to head to the ring for our opening contest… it is the Great Muta! Pedro Morales vs Great Muta w/ Mr. Fuji -A good opener but Morales isn’t quite what Muta needs in an opponent. His grizzled ways work well enough but Muta is getting over with his speed. A couple of nice moves and then a gross throat kick set up the big moonsault for the 3-count. We cut to Gorilla and Jesse who are joined by the Hart Foundation! The Harts are here and take exception to what Fuji said last week. They won the match fair and square and will give Demolition the chance to come back with their tails between their legs whenever they want. The Harts then go out to say they would like to see Muta and Muraco in the ring next week just to prove their point… Fuji and Muta come over to jab and accept as this one looks to be on next week right here on PT! *COMMERCIAL* {We see a vignette of a man walking down a hallway… you hear is footsteps and then see a club going across some bars… the camera pans up… the Big Bossman is coming back to the WWF and he has got justice and hard times to dish out!} PT is back with Gorilla and Jesse putting over the big TV title issue with Hennig and Valentine and our matchup this evening. They talk about how Roma was stabbed in the back by Hart and Hercules and tonight he will get some revenge! Curt Hennig and Paul Roma vs Greg Valentine & Hercules -A couple of big matches tonight on PT and this one is pretty good. Roma just doesn’t have what it takes to be a big name and you can tell he can work but the crowd just doesn’t love him and there’s not much to love really. Valentine and Hercules are a mix-matched crew that don’t quite fit. Hennig is the gem but he can only do so much. The finish sees Roma out of place and Hennig being double teamed. He gets thrown into the ropes and out of nowhere comes the Honkytonk Man… returning to the WWF… he has got a guitar and just DESTROYS it over Hennig’s head! The referee calls for the bell and Hennig is once again laid out and in a bad way… Hart grabs his crew and gloats to Gorilla and Jesse while Roma and Powers check on Hennig. He is struggling to his feet with blood pouring down, much like we saw just a couple of weeks ago. Gorilla and Jesse put this over and the HTM is back in the WWF and he is going to shake, rattle, and roll all over the competition! *COMMERCIAL* PT is back with Gorilla and Jesse sending it to Randy Savage who is on the little podium and he is with Mean Gene. They put over his recent title victory and how he has become one of the top wrestlers in the world. He says he has his sights set on Ric Flair, Barry Windham, Arn Anderson, and Tully Blanchard. He wants to show the world on Saturday Night’s Main Event that he and Hulk Hogan are truly the team that can take the titles and he will be a double champion. The crowd here is going wild and they love it. Nothing major other than Savage putting himself over and then he parades Elizabeth around to a great pop. Gene puts over the tag title match when we come back! *COMMERCIAL* PT is back with Gorilla and Jesse putting over the Horsemen and the title situation. They put over the tag titles. Tonight the British Bulldogs have the chance of a lifetime against the Horsemen but what will the cost be against a team who has literally beaten all in front of them. We head to the ring for this big contest! WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The British Bulldogs vs Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard © w/ Bobby Heenan -Big time main event with so much on the line. We see a great 18-minute match with all four men getting involved. No one really shines more than the other but Dynamite does look good and Davey’s power is definitely on display. We see Heenan really working the crowd and the finish is hot. We see Dynamite and Davey looking to put away the Horsemen with a big powerslam by Davey and Dynamite goes up top. This is when Heenan gets involved and Davey has to push him to the ground before Barry Windham comes out of nowhere and thrusts Dynamite off the top rope, into the guardrail face first! The referee doesn’t see anything and he counts to 10. Dynamite comes up an absolute bloody mess. Gorilla and Jesse put over how the Horsemen have retained… Barry is walking them back up the aisle but here comes Blackjack! OH MY! Mulligan is here and he comes at Windham before officials and agents come to break it up! More on this next week!
