WWF Superstars Vince McMahon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from Poughkeepsie, NY – Mid-Hudson Civic Center Gino Hernandez & Chris Adams defeated Phil Lafon & Tom Zenk Chris Adams: Well I guess we saw it go down last night. The Machines retained… but that means nothing because in just one week… it won’t be that way… in just one week… it will all be lost! Gino Hernandez: You know Chris and I have been talking about it… and we are SO CONFIDENT that we will beat the Machines next week… we are willing to put our hair on the line if they put their masks on the line! Chris Adams: So you boys think long and hard… because we are willing to put it all on the line at Saturday Night’s Main Event! *COMMERCIAL* Jake Roberts defeated Frankie DeFalco Jake Roberts: I guess the world has seen the true colors of so many… but you know snake can change its color depending on its mood. You see right now I am in a bad mood. I have got a couple of things on my mind… the one big thing is that monster Sika… at Saturday Night’s Main Event… it is me and you big man. I hear you have got an animal like instinct… well shake this tree and see what happens boy. *COMMERCIAL* EVENT CENTER Mean Gene is going off in the event center this week. He puts over the big night last night and how we have a new King in the WWF, Randy Savage. He puts over how Hulk Hogan overcame the odds to retain the title against King Kong Bundy. He talks about the Machines and how they barely defeated the Harts but were victorious. He then goes on about the request of the Dynamic Duo about the Hair vs Mask amendment. We then get word from none other than President Jack Tunney on a couple of different topics… TAG TITLE SITUATION Jack Tunney: I feel as though this issue between the Machines and the Dynamic Duo has come to a boiling point and I have no choice but to make a ruling on this contest. It is with that judgment that the match will be a Two out of Three Falls Match for the WWF Tag Team Championship. If the Machines win, they will retain the Tag Team Titles but also get to cut the hair of Gino Hernandez and Chris Adams. If Adams and Hernandez win, they will win the tag team titles and the masks of the Machines must be removed. Furthermore, I am stipulating that if there is a count out or disqualification in the deciding fall, the titles will still be able to change hands. TITO SANTANA & GREG VALENTINE Jack Tunney: The aftermath of last night’s brutal contest between Greg Valentine & Tito Santana has left both men both physically and mentally defeated. I have already heard from a number of different sources about that contest and we will not be showing footage of that contest. We wish both men a speedy recovery. HULK HOGAN SITUATION Jack Tunney: Given the happening from yesterday’s Wrestling Challenge and the further injuries to Hillbilly Jim by the Koloffs… I have agreed to let Hulk Hogan find a suitable replacement for the contest. Given that the show in on NBC’s Saturday Night’s Main Event, we will not have word of who that replacement is until the time of the show… SATURDAY NIGHT’S MAIN EVENT Saturday July 6th from Houston, Texas MAIN EVENT Hulk Hogan & Mystery Partner vs Ivan & Nikita Koloff TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2/3 FALLS MASKS vs HAIR The Machines vs The Dynamic Duo Jake Roberts vs Sika w/ Gary Hart Barry Windham vs Bret Hart *COMMERCIAL* Barry Windham defeated Lt. James Wright Jimmy Hart: Barry Windham, since you have come on the scene… everyone has talked about just how good you are in the ring… but you have got nothing on the Hitman baby! Bret Hart: That’s right Windham… they don’t call me the Excellence of Execution for nothing… I am going to stretch you like a pretzel… so don’t get salty! *COMMERCIAL* MAIN EVENT Paul Roma & Jim Powers vs Kamala & Sika w/ Gary Hart -A good showcase for Kamala and Sika who beat the piss out of these guys but don’t quite have the tag team acumen. They have got some animalistic tendencies that really cause chaos in that ring and we see a nasty Samoan drop from Sika on Paul Roma before Kamala runs and BIG SPLASH for the 3-count! The crowd isn’t happy as they are looking to continue this battle before Jake the Snake Roberts runs out and tosses the snake Damien in the ring! Kamala and Sika exit the ring with Gary Hart as Jake holds the snake up. They have a date with destiny at Saturday Night’s Main Event! What a night that has become!

Is the best case scenario something along the lines of... Cena vs Roman Brock vs Samoa Joe (Prefer this over Braun) AJ vs Nakamura

WWF Live 6/29/1985 WWF Presents: The Royal Brawl Chicago, IL – UIC Pavilion BATTLE ROYAL Nikita Koloff won a “REVERSE BATTLE ROYAL” featuring 20-WWF Superstars. -The gimmick of the match was that there were two men who started in the match and a new man came out every minute. The final four came down to Bobby Fulton, Chris Adams, Billy Jack Haynes, and Nikita before he went nuts and tossed everyone out. Jake Roberts vs Brutus Beefcake w/ Jimmy Hart -It all happens here with Jake Roberts fully becoming a babyface in the eyes of the fans. Brutus Beefcake does through some changes of his own though and he officially kicks Jimmy to the curb after he hit him one more time with the megaphone. This led to the DDT by Jake for the pinfall. Brutus then grabs Jimmy and he puts him in the sleeper to a great ovation from the crowd! Here come the Hart Foundation as Brutus backs off and works the crowd! Barry Windham vs Gino Hernandez -These guys get 20-minutes to shine and it looks like it is going to go to a draw before Chris Adams is out and he serves as a distraction leading to Hernandez rolling up Windham with a handful of tights. An excellent contest with a hot finish. Windham has shown some serious upside of the last couple of weeks. CAGE MATCH SUBMISSION MATCH Tito Santana vs Greg Valentine w/ Jimmy Hart -Pure violence for 18-minutes. These guys wear the piss out of one another in the mesh fence cage here tonight. Both men bleed early and quite a bit. Valentine looks like he’s got red hair when it is all said and done. Both guys work the knees for the figure four and Valentine even locks it up but Tito is able break out when he pulls himself up in the corner. Tito is able to break the hold and then he sends Valentine from pillar to post and each side of the cage in between. Both men are just gushing at this point and Jimmy Hart is trying to figure out what to do outside the ring before it is Tito Santana who locks in the figure four. It is Tito who has it locked in the middle of the ring and now Valentine has nowhere to go! The crowd is going nuts and we see Valentine in the hold for what seems like an eternity before Jimmy Hart throws in the towel! The referee grabs it and calls for the bell. Tito Santana has won it! We have medics and agents run down to the ring and they try to provide assistance as this one was a bloodbath. WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Machines © vs The Hart Foundation -A really good 15-minute contest with these two teams leaving it all in the ring. We get to see the workrate of the Machines on point tonight and the Harts are really something special out there. The big happening here is how Jimmy Hart is nowhere to be found. One has to wonder if he is back with the Hammer or running from Brutus Beefcake! In regards to the title match, the Harts look to be in control but it is the power of the Machines that puts them over the edge. They double clothesline the Anvil out of the ring to the floor before they hit a double slapjack type maneuver on Bret that looks to break his back and finish him for the 3-count! The Harts have to recoup as they go to the back and the Machines look strong! WWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP vs THE CROWN Randy Savage © w/ Elizabeth vs King Harley Race w/ Bobby Heenan -This one has some interesting pieces to it. We have seen a change in Savage over the last couple of weeks and it is on full effect here. He is just an asshole out there and he lets Elizabeth know who he is and what he’s about. In regards to Race, these two bring out a good contest for 14-minutes. Race is able to get some heat on Savage but Randy isn’t overly liked right now but there is some love for him. The finish of the match sees Race go for the pile driver but Savage tosses him over his back. Savage then hits the ropes and a big double axe-handle smash and Race goes down. Savage finds a way to the top rope and comes crashing down with a big elbow drop right through the heart of Harley Race and then the 3 count and Savage has won it! The crowd pops for this one but Savage is going nuts in the ring. He holds up the title and then the crown! Elizabeth has to open the ropes for him and Savage leaves her in the dust for all intensive purposes as he walks up the aisle! WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs King Kong Bundy w/ Bobby Heenan -The big main event… the ribs of Hogan are busted thanks to the Russian chain from the Koloffs. The size of Bundy is almost too much. We see the big man wear down Hogan something awful and he just destroys him piece by piece. Hogan is selling like he’s never sold before and it all leads to the big comeback in which he seems absolutely impervious to pain! He hammers away at Bundy and then sends him to the ropes for the big boot but nothing doing…. Hogan then comes for the BODY SLAM! He hits the ropes… LEG DROP… 1….2….3!!! HOGAN HAS WON IT! -This one isn’t over though as Hogan continues to pose… we see Ivan and Nikita come out and my oh my… the crowd is going nuts! Hogan puts the title down in the ring and welcomes Nikita to come in and face him! Here comes a slew of officials and agents as they hold Nikita and Ivan back… Hogan wants them to come in the ring now that he can see them. What is going to happen at Saturday Night’s Main Event next week!?!? Who will be Hogan's partner?!?!

WWF Wrestling Challenge Gorilla Monsoon & Bobby The Brain Heenan in studio Matches from Poughkeepsie, NY – Mid-Hudson Civic Center Billy Jack Haynes defeated Barry Horowitz -Another good showcase for Haynes who continues to rise up and Heenan says he is nothing but muscle and doesn’t have a brain to boot but he would do whatever it took to put him in line. Gorilla says he is nuts and Haynes is way too smart to fall for his tricks. *COMMERCIAL* The Sheepherders w/ Dutch Mantell defeated Skip Jones & Brady Boone -We get our first look at the Sheepherders… Butch and Luke with Cousin Dutch. They are wild and crazy guys and are all over the place. Dutch even gets involved outside the ring and when all is said and done it is the Herders who have destroyed these two and walk out of the ring after winning via count out. Very interesting contest… *COMMERCIAL* EVENT CENTER WWF Presents: THE ROYAL BRAWL Saturday June 29th, from UIC Pavilion Chicago, Illinois MAIN EVENT WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs King Kong Bundy INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP VS THE CROWN Randy Savage © vs Harley Race (King) CAGE SUBMISSION MATCH Tito Santana vs Greg Valentine TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Machines © vs The Hart Foundation Barry Windham vs Gino Hernandez Jake Roberts vs Brutus Beefcake 20-Man Battle Royal!! SATURDAY NIGHT’S MAIN EVENT Saturday July 6th from Houston, Texas MAIN EVENT Hulk Hogan & Hillbilly Jim vs Ivan & Nikita Koloff TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Machines or The Hart Foundation vs The Dynamic Duo *The Duo has promised to put their hair on the line! Jake Roberts vs Sika w/ Gary Hart Barry Windham vs Bret Hart *Match subject to change *COMMERCIAL* Brutus Beefcake w/ Jimmy Hart defeated Ricky Lee Jake Roberts: This is a man who prides himself on cutting the hair of others. A man who takes pride in making others look weak. Just like Samson… you cut the hair and you lose the strength… but perhaps you lose mouth and you gain some honor… regardless… when you see me… you feel the DDT and the lights will go out! *COMMERCIAL* MAIN EVENT Hillbilly Jim vs Nikita Koloff w/ Nikita -This out gets out of hand early and we see Hillbilly put up a fight but it doesn’t matter when Ivan gets involved and once more, we see the beat down of Hillbilly Jim. You’ve got to give it to the big guy… he can take a beating and takes a huge powerslam with the Russian Chain wrapped around his ribs. The Russians have just destroyed Hillbilly… is there any way he will be able to help out the Hulkster next week at SNME?

Very well written as usual with some nice action. It will take me some getting used to when it comes to knowing some of the names but this is a great return for PR. -

I am watching 1985 MACW right now on the network and it makes me envious of what you have the opportunity to do with them. I like the angle with Dillion and 24 Karat. Obviously something big is on the horizon. -
Pretty big card from Winnipeg that finales some issues from the month. Some moving pieces in the promotion will serve well for the young talent you are pushing.
-
Well Lutte has done it again! Giving Andre a title! Are you kidding me? Don't you know about his WWF Contract? Don't you know about his Japanese Commitments? WWF Lawyers are working overtime on this debacle. I will say that Dino doesn't seem to be getting the best of his return thus far to Lutte but that could of course change after dues are paid. Lots of exciting stuff from North of the border!

I flirted with a European tour but it was just too early for Hulkamania over there... I will have to do some research as to when they actually did tour the UK.
-
Damn double posts.
-
That's the life of the game. It would be hard to revert back to an nwa style game in which we all share talent all the time and have one world champion. There are still sharing agreements amongst companies which isn't a problem and alliances can be of benefit when used correctly.
-
Not wanting to step on toes, but with the UWF happenings, is Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana more open for individuals to potentially run there? I already have shows in Houston but would love to throw a loop in there in August if at all possible, especially with markets like Dallas and Fort Worth along with San Antonio, Oklahoma City, and others.
-
I don't think my point is going towards a Flair title defense... but I just don't know why, outside of name value, the NWA World Champion would be put in that position for the UWF. He has a lot on his plate here for a promotion and alliance that for all intensive purposes, he doesn't belong to. If anything, this was a chance to build someone up and put them in that spot. That could have been a big stepping stone for someone to take that and become a mega star for the company/alliance. I'll concede that point. I could see Ricky Morton or Tommy Rich playing a similar role and getting some shine off of that... though I can't quite see either of them brawling outside with Stan Hansen and then clocking Dusty with a chair. As for *why* Flair got the slot... I think the simple happy coincidence that he was born in Memphis That could be the rhyme and reason behind it all. Just want to throw the feedback out to help in the future. Kevin did a good job writing the show. It is very creative. I just think the roster management and match placement could have been worked out and that opportunity to have someone make themselves in the main event was perhaps missed. I think the move to Memphis will be a good one for sure and look forward to what happens.

All matches on card are subject to change... anything could happen!
-
Well... this was an interesting show. Let me first start by saying you've got a card FULL of huge stars... so much so that in my mind it almost hurts the card. There is no undercard when the NWA world champion is swallowed away into a six-man tag. Even the USWA championship match, which opens the card, is lost is all that is and was this card. You have put together an incredible roster for this show, but I kind of feel that the amount of star power hurts it in the long run. I just can't get over Ric Flair being hidden away in the six-man... outside of the NWA of all things... without a title match. It is almost like he was picked for the match just on his name but his ability doesn't play into the match. I would even go as far as to say the same for Barry Windham who isn't quite used to his potential in an all intensive purposes squash match with Kendall getting his ass beat. I just don't know how I feel about this promotion coming out of this show with the amount of talent you have and the kind of direction you plan on going. I have to move froward with the idea that perhaps less is more with some of the things you have going forward when it comes to the use of some of these absolute huge main event names that did not have any rhyme or reason behind their use on this show outside of just their name. In terms of writing, the show is written well. The finishes make sense. The way that the battle plays out makes sense. *EDIT* I also want to commend you for your use of Haku and Barb and instantly making them on the same level with the Road Warriors... well maybe not the same but definitely contenders.

WWF Superstars Vince McMahon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from Allentown, PA – Agricultural Hall Hillbilly Jim defeated Steve Lombardi Ivan Koloff: You see something you good for nothing Hillbilly… you have chosen the wrong man to team with. You have chosen Hulk Hogan and in that choice you have gone against Nikita and gone against the Kremlin. They say that millions of people watch Saturday Night’s Main Event…well on that night I am going to unleash the Russian Nightmare. I am going to let him loose on you and he will destroy you Hillbilly Jim. He will make you pay for all that you have said and all that you have done. He will make you pay for being a Hulkamaniac! *COMMERCIAL* Billy Jack Haynes defeated Conquistador 3 -A good showcase for Billy Jack who is really coming into his own here in the WWF. He is able to hand Conquistador 3 and finish him with the full nelson for the submission. *COMMERCIAL* WWF CHAMPIONSHIP CAGE MATCH Hulk Hogan © vs “King” Harley Race w/ Bobby Heenan -This is about as big as a main event gets in the WWF or anywhere for that matter in 1985. The cage is erected ad the men make their entrances to the ring with the crowd going absolutely nuts for Hogan. This one goes 16-minutes with both men bleeding before it is complete. We see Race, a master of the cage match for all intensive purposes outdoes Hogan when it comes move for move but the momentum that Hogan brings is just unparalleled by any who step into the ring. In WWF fashion, the catch match is used to keep Heenan outside of the ring but to make one of the wrestlers escape the cage. It is a big moment with Race looking to get out but Hogan gets up to him and then we see a very basic and nice looking back drop from Hogan on Race off the cage to the mat. Both men then begin the climb… they get up the ropes and to the top of the cage as they continue to punch and claw at one another. Then we see Hogan with a big shot and then he bangs Race’s head off the cage and he goes flying back into the ring and Hogan goes over the top… poses for the crowd… then down to the floor for the victory. -In the post match shenanigans… this is of course being taped… Hogan goes for Heenan who goes back into the ring and we see Hogan with the famous atomic drop that sends Heenan out of the ring. He and Race walk off as Hogan starts to pose and work the crowd… all is good in the world…until… Ivan and Nikita Koloff show up! They walk down the aisle and get into the cage with Hogan who doesn’t see them until they are both in. Then we see the pack of hyenas attack with Ivan grabbing Hogan’s leg and Nikita coming down with some nasty blows. This is a vicious beat down as Ivan goes and locks the cage… inside the ring they have got a bigger Russian chain and they destroy Hogan’s ribs. They wrap the chain around his neck as Fulton, Windham, Tony Atlas, and Dino Bravo all run out to try and get in the cage. they begin to all climb as Hogan is in the ring, bleeding, busted ribs, with the Russian chain around his neck. The fans seem to be getting closer and closer to the ring as there is a lot of security out there. We finally see the babyfaces get in the ring as Ivan and Nikita walk off… heavily escorted by security. What has the Russian Nightmare done to the Hulkster? *COMMERCIAL* EVENT CENTER Mean Gene: Gene Okerlund here in the event center folks and lemme tell you that the Royal Brawl is HEATING UP in a big way. The date has been moved though folks… we will be in Chicago on Saturday the 29th on June for the Royal Brawl! Already signed, the big WWF Championship match, Hulk Hogan with those busted up ribs from Nikita Koloff will take on King Kong Bundy. Also on the card, it will be a Crown vs Title contest with Randy Savage defending the Intercontinental Championship against Harley Race, the winner walks away with the crown and the Intercontinental Championship. The tag team titles will be on the line when the Machines defend against the Hart Foundation. Already signed for Saturday Night’s Main Event, the team of Gino Hernandez and Chris Adams are set to get their rematch against the champions. They have even gone as far as saying that they will put their hair on the line if need be! In a special attraction, steel cage match, it will be Greg Valentine and Tito Santana in a submission match. Folks that means that in order to win, you must make your opponent submit. Both men use the figure four and you know anything could happen in this one. Two more matches signed for that card as we will see Barry Windham taking on Gino Hernandez and Jake Roberts taking on Brutus Beefcake. Roberts has had a little change of heart recently while Beefcake continues to have issues with Jimmy Hart. That match will tell the tale of these two men’s futures. The other special contest will be a 20-man battle royal and folks… Nikita Koloff the Russian Nightmare has signed up for that contest. Look out to all those involved as he and Ivan get ready for the big showdown in just 3 weeks at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Houston. Right now we have words from some of the participants of these big shows… Greg Valentine: This is it Santana… I have had enough of you and everything you stand for! Since you came to the WWF, you have been nothing but a rock in my boot. You have been a thorn in my side. Nothing more than a pest… well guess what pal… come Saturday in Chicago… when that cage goes up… I am going to be rid of you forever! I am going to make you quit in the middle of that ring and you will not be able to show your face in this company, let alone this country ever again! I don’t care what it takes… how long it takes… or what it does to you… I am going to make you quit and you are going to feel the full power of the HAMMER! Tito Santana: Greg Valentine, you and I have fought all over the world. You and I have seen the best of each other… but come Saturday in Chicago… it is going to take more than just the best… it is going to take more than anything you have ever brought into that ring. The people all over the country have been rooting for me. They have been cheering for me. They have been telling me how proud of me they are. I am going to take all of that in the ring with me and I am going to show you why I am not only the toughest wrestler you have ever faced but the best. I am going to put you away for good and then… if that pencil neck Jimmy Hart gets in there, I may shut him up for good too! Hulk Hogan: Well lemme tell all the people out there that these bandages tell the story of what happened to me a couple of weeks ago at the Summer Showdown but they don’t really show what is going on inside my heart. I have been training harder than ever due to these injuries and King Kong Bundy, don’t you think for a moment that I am going to take you lightly brother. I know this is a big target on me and you are going to strike it like you’ve never done… but know this dude… when that bell rings I am coming witht eh force of Hulkamania and it has never been rivaled or equaled in the past and will never be touched in the future. But there is someone else out there that I want to pay close attention and that is you Nikita Koloff. Uncle Ivan has been going around talking about how you are the chosen one of the Kremlin. How you are the one who has been picked to end Hulkamania and not only destroy me but tke the WWF Championship back to Russia. Well you can take that and shove it brother. You are looking of 300 pounds of Red, White, and Blue my man. You are looking at the chosen one of the millions and millions of Hulkamaniacs all over the world and WHATCHA gonna do on Saturday Night’s Main Event when me and Hillbilly Jim DESTROY YOU!!!! It goes about 9-minutes and we end up seeing a big miscommunication when Greg Valentine comes out… Jimmy Hart is trying to distract the referee while Brutus holds Tito for Valentine to nail him with the megaphone but Tito ducks… knocks out Brutus… Santana dropkicks Tito off of the apron to the floor. Tito covers for the 3 count and he escapes while Valentine and Hart are scowling at Tito, inside the ring Brutus is knocked out with no help!!

WWF Wrestling Challenge Gorilla Monsoon & Bobby The Brain Heenan in studio Matches from Allentown, PA – Agricultural Hall Once again we open this week’s show with Gorilla and Bobby bantering about the Heenan Family. Gorilla says they are dropping like flies and wonders if there will be anything left after next week in Chicago at the Royal Brawl. They put over the big card and Heenan says that if his men lose, he may just retire from wrestling forever. Gorilla says he hopes the Hulkster and the Macho Man do their best to make it happen! Paul Roma & Jim Powers defeated The Rivera Bothers -Good showcase for Roma and Powers who are just a step above jobber level. They have got a good look and do some decent work in the ring. A nice suplex to a splash combo is all she wrote here. *COMMERCIAL* SUMMER SHOWDOWN Tito Santana vs Greg Valentine w/ Jimmy Hart -This one gets a good 18-minutes and they tell this story of pure hatred. Santana will do anything tog get his hands on Valentine and to what cost? Tonight he goes after him with a vengeance and it ends up costing him the contest after Jimmy Hart gets involved and Tito nails him with the megaphone and then Valentine with it. We see officials and agents come down to the ring and hold him back. We even get a Jack Tunney appearance as he berates Santana here before they take him to the back. Inside the ring, Valentine is busted open in a bad way and is gushing. *COMMERCIAL* Sika and Kamala w/ Gary Hart defeated Tom Zenk & Phil Lafon Gary Hart: I have told the world that I am going to bring down the thunder and I am going to strike with the lightening. Right here are two of the most dangerous men not only in wrestling but in the world and they have their eyes set on the prize. The prize I have promised to fulfill. The man who pays the money has put out the deed and now it is time to collect! *COMMERCIAL* EVENT CENTER Mean Gene: Gene Okerlund here in the event center folks and lemme tell you that the Royal Brawl is HEATING UP in a big way. You see this gold around my waist is just not enough… yeah… you see to match this gold belt, I need a gold crown and the scepter that will tell the story of the future of the Macho Man Randy Savage. Now everybody wants to know about my relationship with Elizabeth… well it goes like this… I AM THE MACHO MAN! I am the Intercontinental Champion… yeah… and Elizabeth is my manager… she is there to hold the rope and take my coat. She is there to take the title from me and give it back to me. She knows her place… she knows her role… and if anyone has a problem with it… come at me. DIG IT! Jake Roberts: A change of heart as they say… something where maybe you change your mind on one thing or another. Someone came up to me and wanted me to sign something and they told me they thought I was great. I have known all along that I was great… I didn’t need that kind of affirmation… but it felt good. It felt good to know that what I do goes on notice and perhaps I need to do a little bit more of it. Perhaps I need to put a couple more people on the list and introduce them to the DDT and Damien. Hulk Hogan: Well lemme tell all the people out there that these bandages tell the story of what happened to me a couple of weeks ago at the Summer Showdown but they don’t really show what is going on inside my heart. Jake Roberts vs Sika w/ Gary Hart Barry Windham vs Bret Hart *COMMERCIAL* SUMMER SHOWDOWN WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Machines vs Gino Hernandez & Chris Adams © -Here we go… this one has been built for quite some time and it truly delivers. These four guys go about 22-minutes with everything on the line. Adams and Hernandez have got everything flowing while the Machines have got some big time power and strength going for them. Hernandez and Adams bump all over the place and show why they hold titles in three different countries. Tonight though, it is all about the Machines as Super and Strong do everything they need. The finish sees Adams go for the big crescent kick but Super grabs his foot and then locks him up under his leg and over his other shoulder for a suplex and Adams lands on his head. Hernandez watches on before Strong comes over and clotheslines him out of the ring while Super makes the cover for the 1…2….3!! WE HAVE NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! Super and Strong have won the titles and really capitalized on all of their momentum here over the past couple of weeks.
