I'm coming at this from an angle of someone who has dealt with severe clinical depression for 20 years, and as a person who has 2 family members that are bipolar. These kiddie gloves comments are annoying at best, insulting at worst. That's more stigmatizing than anything.

That's been the style for a long time and not just in NJ. Being dehydrated seems dubious, obviously he's in pretty great shape and shouldn't be dehydrated after 40 mins of wrestling. I'm calling bullshit on that part. That ultra stiff, realistic as possible style is something Shibata has been doing from day one, then also got his head pounded in in pretty much all of his MMA fights. That shit was going to catch up with him eventually. Okada is the next guy to worry about. He's spent the past 2 years taking head drops the Four Corners would cringe at.

Those reports of WWE trying to work it out with Mauro that he'll never talk about any of this would be hilarious. After being martyred, if he takes hush money...lolz.

I meant did Shibata land on Fukuda's head

Did Shibata land on his head or something?

Someone needs to get the scoops. Is it a worked injury? A worked injury to cover a more serious injury? A real injury? A real injury that isn't bad as reported? A real injury that is worse than reported? How did this go from real to work back to real in the course of 2-3 days? Double Talking Dave strikes again.

Those were mat burns from when he face planted after the elbow. He also drilled Roman with a shot like that a few weeks back. Being a walking wellness violation and stiffing the shit out of top talent is probably not the best way to improve your position in the company.

Balor getting concussed in his second match back after being out for 8 months due to an injury in his second match on Raw is something. Jinder won't stop until he gets his top spot via putting everyone else out of action.

Idk, people liked it in NXT. The main issue with AA is that they settled into their formula and lost any and all authenticity in their matches after Takeover Dallas. Compare the match with Revival at that show and then the 2/3 falls match and it's like AA is an entirely different duo by the second match. They brought that with them to SD and the excitement around them quickly faded when crowds realized they were just going to do their match regardless of opponents and didn't have an angle for months.
-
The injury angle was because one of the Usos got hurt. Otherwise AA/Usos would have happened back in September.

Are you surprised? Not only did they run a longer than normal tribute video for him, but also put up a Network collection. Not convicted means acquitted - Jess McMahon

American Alpha's fall from grace is something. From big time NXT call up to the months build to their title win over two guys now feuding for the WWE Championship to the silence at their entrance to Gable Sucks chants to dropping a second decisive loss to the Usos to getting laid out by the Shining Stars. All in under 10 months.

I really doubt HHH took Drew because he was going to be in the main event of a tiny show at the same time as NXT. If they had him on the show and then in the ring a few days later, that means they were in contact with him weeks/month+ ago to have time to do all the physicals and get the results back. There were rumors Drew was coming back with guys like Shelton, Jinder, Hawkins at the start of the draft last Summer.

Felt like a last resort option instead of star making moment to me. TJP only won because they couldn't get Ibushi or ZSJ to sign and Metalik still had dates for CMLL and can't speak English.

Wait, it turns out that story was a work to get over the brutality of the match Gedo you sonumagum

Oh yeah, for sure they're trying to make Roman the new John Cena after last week and this week talking shit about Taker in his promo and then getting demolished. After a few weeks before WM when they clearly had Braun cut a promo to get face heat in Chicago against Roman. If you watched that segment and thought it was supposed to be a ROMAN IS THE BEST DON'T YOU LOVE HIM?!?!?!?!?! segment, then lol. The whole purpose of Braun was to build a monster so that Roman Reigns can destroy it. Not to make him a champion or the most over guy. It doesn't matter if the crowd is chanting "You Deserve It" at a guy destroyed 2 or 3 times in a span of 5 minutes. The ultimate plan is Brock vs Reigns whether it is Wrestlemania next year or at Summerslam this year. Not going to change. Not Brock vs Braun no matter how awesome that match could be. The smart thing is to keep Roman off TV but would it really shock you if comes back at Payback and gets the win? The next guy facing Brock is Braun, not Roman. OBVIOUSLY Braun destroying Roman was going to get face heat, as was his promo in Chicago saying fans hated him. If you saw WM and Raw last week and thought this was some kind of pls cheer Roman pls pls pls segment, you don't get it. Braun has been booked to get face pops against Roman for the past 2-3 months. And in Brock vs Braun, Braun is going to be the face for that night.

Man, SD tomorrow is going to need to be 80% Raw guys to compete with this shit. For the sake of the talent, the entire cruiserweight division should have been transferred to SD. Graves, too. Really ridiculous that they make those dudes travel for Raw and SD and random house shows AND NXT house shows.

SD is going to need as massive picks tomorrow, because god damn are they getting decimated right now.

I don't think this is accurate. True, there were a bunch of people they liked a whole lot more - Kota Ibushi, Brian Kendrick, etc. - but Perkins was far from hated. It truly was a special time, wasn't it? Now Mauro is gone, the entire division is meaningless, and its first several champions have no momentum whatsoever. That audience was definitely not happy with him going over 4 heavy fan favorites in a row. They kind of turned around after he won the finals, but it was clear people didn't think he was the guy who should have been beating Gargano/Swann/Ibushi/Metalik. Then he showed up on Raw/205 Live and people just stopped giving a a shit at all about him, before heading back into "fuck this guy".
-
No. Full Sail crowd didn't like him, either.

LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO at TJP turning on Aries and the crowd chanting "YOU STILL SUCK".

Man, Miz going from a set up to a Nakamura feud on SD to a set up for a DEAN AMBROSE feud on Raw is the rudest shit I've seen in quite a while.
-
Man, either say your shit or don't. Passive aggressive nonsense from all 3 sides (Maruo, Dave, JBL) is just annoying.
