John Cena vs. Rusev - Unlike last month, the gimmick worked a lot better here. I also like that Rusev was on offense most of the match. I think it works that Rusev wasn't asked to quit until after he went through the steps, the ring post and the wall. After a hot start around the arena, it slowed down a bit but the crowd sowed their appreciation with the Awesome chant. I absolutely love the Accolade tease and keeping it locked on. Man, that Lana ending sucked but another great match.

Ok... could they really give Barrett vs. Neville a 20+ minute match?

Ryback vs. Bray Wyatt - Man, for 2 big dudes beating the shit out of each other, this was right up my alley. The senton to the floor set up some good spots later on and made it easy to see why Bray beat him. I liked Air Ryback sacrificing his ribs for the big move but ultimately costing him in the end. The ending with ribs hitting the exposed turnbuckle was a little clunky but I enjoyed this. 3 for 3 so far.

I agree but it will be interesting to see him with a fresh face.

Cesaro & Kidd vs. New Day - First fall: Really nice punch from Woods on the outside on Cesaro... just saying. The extended suplex was nice and the Big Swing kick is acceptable as a finisher even though it didn't connect like normal. - Second fall: I love Xavier screaming FREEBIRD RULES!!! Man, Big E catching Tyson and suplexing him on the lfoor looked sick. I love the overkill stomping and corner abuse Tyson was taking. The setup and logic leading to the Big E spear was near perfect. It prevents Tyson from making the hot tag and he had some sweet near falls and hope spots without Cesaro before the Big Ending. So far so good with 2 solid falls. - Third fall: Cesaro comes in firing after the hot tag. Should have just taken Big E over but the delay caused the botched spot. The running uppercut to Kofi made up for it. The springboard uppercut was really sick. Ok, the ending sucked but I don't mind it since Woods called Freebird Rules earlier So far, 2 for 2 on matches.

I think they are testing the waters. Happened way too many times.

Ziggler vs. Sheamus - Fuxk yeah... Ziggler channeling Twisted Sister's "To u Can't stop Rock N Roll" video. - I am perfectly good with Sheamus kicking the shit out of the leg. A stretch muffler would have been appropriate. - I like Dolph getting his retribution with the corner stink face. - I like the cloverleaf after the power bomb and body slam nearfalls. Adding White Noise as the setup was pretty sweet. - Fuck yeah... bloody headbutt. - The Brogue kick to the bloody head was a fitting end and the headbutt cost Ziggler the match. Great great match. Better than anything on the last PPV.

God I hope so. Remember at WM 28 when Taker and HHH and HBK looked out at the crowd like they were done and we didn't need to see them anymore? Remember how Mania 30 felt like a new blood Mania. Won't you tell me... where have all the good times gone?

I have only seen one RAW episode since Mania in full so forgive me if my predictions are all over the place. I am trying to get in the head of Vince McMahon, who still has Kane in a main event level scenario. Randy Orton vs. Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose - Kane stays with the Authority. Rollins wins. The dastardly Authority celebrates tomorrow on RAW. Ryback vs. Bray Wyatt - I would have Ryback destroy Wyatt but if Harper & Rowan interfere, reuniting the entire family, I am ok with it. John Cena vs. Rusev - Rusev should win but he won't. USA! USA! USA! New Day vs. Cesaro & Kidd (2/3 Falls) - This could be that MOTY level tag Cesaro needs in the GWE forum but I know Dylan and others have been highly critical of how WWE structures their 2/3 falls. I am looking forward to this. New Day retains. Dolph Ziggler vs. Sheamus - This could be a great match since I love watching Sheamus punish fools. Sheamus wins to get his pin back from last month. King Barrett vs. Neville - Barrett won the KOTR tournament so maybe tha tis the new title that loses every match. Neville wins. Naomi & Tamina vs. Bella Twins Macho Mandow & Curtis Axel vs. The Ascension - Garbage. Kris Z might like it.

The reason it was left open-ended is because not everyone is going to have the same criteria when it comes to voting in the GWE poll. I didn't want to limit this discussion to my own personal criteria when I know other people are factoring in promo ability and other stuff into their voting.

With my interes tin modern day WWE at an all time low (Bryan gone, Kane and Orton in the main event, sacrificing guys like Rusev), Cesaro is one of the few guys I still look forward to watching. We still have some time before I throw in the towel and I still want to go revisit some early Indy stuff.

Did anyone watch RAW tonight? I was distracted with NBA playoffs and catching up on my DVR. Seems like the low ratings have filtered into PWO as well.
