    WWE Fastlane

No. People reject him because he's not very believable outside the ring and he says very lame lines and doesn't react to situations like a human would.

Is this a reddit thing, a twitter thing, a wrestleforum thing or a you thing? I hope Reigns wins like I always do because he's one of the few actually good wrestlers on the WWE roster. Reigns is really good in ring, but he's not anywhere near company ace level. A lot of that has to do with shitty booking, but he's not got it as a babyface yet. Plus him vs Hunter is a super underwhelming main event.

I completely forgot there was a show tonight. The card could have some good matches, but damn is the booking horrible right now. My hopes for tonight is that they change direction a few ways, because I have no interest in Roman/Hunter and Bray/Brock.
  5. Sad I had to bail on this for a variety of reasons, but I'm sure it turned out ever better. Plus with this crew I wouldn't be able to get a word in anyway.
  6. Impact Wrestling #4 "Outsider's Shot" July 10, 2002 City Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee An opening video package is played that shows some classic old-school NWA wrestling which then shows the phrase "The Past, The Present, and The Future of Wrestling". The Impact Wrestling logo appears as we enter the arena and get a pyro show. Don West is in the ring and welcomes everybody to Impact Wrestling. Tonight Scott Hall tries to fulfill his destiny by winning the NWA World Heavyweight Title from Ken Shamrock. Later tonight the match maker and the face of the Championship Committee will be introduced. As West is talking there is a disturbance in the crowd as Steve Corino, CW Anderson, and Simon Diamond make there way through it to the front row. West asks security to stop them, but Corino pulls three tickets as they sit down. West doesn't know what to say and he throws it to Maura Ranallo, Mike Tenay, and Don Callis. Ranallo and Tenay are worried about these thugs at ringside, while Callis is pissed that Corino is not challenging for the World Title instead of sitting in the audience. The Full Blooded Italians (James Maritato & Tony Mamaluke) vs Southern Comfort (Tracy Smothers & Chris Hamrick) A normal southern tag with Hamrick playing the face in peril. Smothers gets the tag and the win over Mamaluke. Winners: Southern Comfort @ 7:26 A video is played of Elix Skipper and Kid Romeo shopping for mantle's to put the NWA World Tag Team Titles they will eventually win on. However they are annoyed by all the southern accents in Tennessee. Doug Williams vs Jimmy Yang Williams gets the win with the Chaos Theory. Winner: Doug Williams @ 5:33 Jeremy Borash is backstage and brings in James Mitchell. Mitchell proclaims The New Church is growing and this will mark the end of Impact Wrestling. Low Ki, Dixie, & Kid Kash vs AJ Styles & The SAT An epic match that isn't just a spot fest as AJ plays a long face in peril segment. Towards the finish Low Ki hit the Ki Krusher on Joel Maximo that looked to be for the win, but AJ nailed Ki with the Spinal Tap off the top knocking him out and Joel was put on top for the win. Winners: AJ Styles & The SAT @ 20:01 The losing team is left in the ring as The New Church's music hits. Slash and Cobain come in the ring lead by James Mitchell to take out Dixie and Kid Kash. Low Ki composes himself after the lose and starts to turn the advantage back to his side, before Mitchell waves to the back and out comes Super Dragon. Dragon goes right after Low Ki and hits the Psycho Driver knocking him out. Mitchell celebrates as Slash, Cobain, and Super Dragon stand victorious. Homicide w/ Da Hit Squad vs Psicosis Homicide has quite the battle with Psicosis, but he has the help of the Da Hit Squad to gain the advantage. Winner: Homicide @ 10:09 Don West is on the platform to introduce the new match maker for Impact Wrestling. He brings out the legendary wrestler "Bullet" Bob Armstrong. Armstrong says he is here to keep order in Impact Wrestling and give everybody a fair shot. That being said he warns Steve Corino and company to stay in their seats. He announces a deal he has made with Pro-Wrestling Zero1 that will bring in former NWA World Champion Shinya Hashimoto and former ECW World Champion Masato Tanaka to square off next week where the winner will get a title shot against whoever the champion is in two weeks. NWA World Tag Team Champions Christian York & Joey Matthews vs Bo & Stan Dupp The Dupps use every trick in the book, but York and Matthews pull out the win. Winners: Christian York & Joey Matthews @ 10:02 to retain the NWA World Tag Team Titles As York and Matthews celebrate Kid Romeo and Elix Skipper appear at the entrance and take their time getting to the ring. During this time Shane Sewell and Brian Kendrick jump York and Matthews from ringside. They motion they want the titles as Skipper and Romeo get in the ring and in their face. They motion that they want the titles. Don West is in the Event Centre and hypes up next week's show where Shinya Hashimoto and Masato Tanaka will determine who the number one contender is. Plus AJ Styles will defend the X Division Title against Dick Togo. Backstage Jeremy Borash is with Scott Hall who has one shot tonight to become the World Champion. Borash asks if Hall was worried about Ron Killings and BG James interfering after what they did last week. Hall said that those two are Kliq rejects. Hall talked to Hunter last week and they said they were only kept around because they carried Hunter's bags. He doesn't sweat them. NWA World Heavyweight Champion Ken Shamrock vs Scott Hall Hall looked to have the win wrapped up as he had Shamrock up for the Outsider's Edge, but BG James and Ron Killings came to ringside and took out Hall's knee. Shamrock put on the Ankle Lock for the tap out win. Winner: Ken Shamrock @ 10:54 to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Title As Shamrock celebrates the announcers notice that Corino, CW Anderson, and Simon Diamond are standing up and applauding. They raise four fingers and the announcers speculate if Shamrock is the fourth man they are alluding too.
  7. so are we all good with laparde with no minus and it shifted up so 100 spot gets 1 point?

    WrestleMania 32

Just imagine Xavier and Kofi outside the ring taunting Taker as Big E dances over his prone body. It's money! Plus Big E should get a massive push.
  9. Grimmas

    WrestleMania 32

Big E is still the perfect choice if the WWE knew what they were doing.
  10. I'd agree with this as well. The other way it almost seems like the guy is being punished for being #100. The other way with 0 for #100 is not a punishment when everybody that isn't on the list gets -1. Obviously if you drop the -1 for people not making a list, then 0 for 100 makes no sense. However the original way is not a punishment.
  11. Hero vs Riddle is also signed!!!
  12. Then everything would have to be shifted up so #100 would get one point.
  13. He does, the people who don't make the list all get -1, so getting 0 for 100 is something.
  14. 3 matches a show is about right for an hour. Adding tags would dilute things too much. Maybe if they do a two hour finale special with the semis and finals then throw on some tags?
  15. 32 wrestlers. 16+8+4+2+1 = 31 matches 10 shows 3.1 matches per show That is a lot of time for the matches to be fleshed out and not throw away.

    Daniel Bryan

It's been a week or so since his retirement and I never really thought about where to rank him before (probably 25ish), but now that I know his career is over and I can look at it as a whole he will probably be 5-15.
  17. I think it would help great luchadores, because nobody would rank them lower to hurt them. Somebody like Shawn Michaels will be hurt because he may get some top votes, but he will get votes all over. While Negro Casas will either get high votes or no votes, so the hurt won't be as much.
  18. Sorry man. Will get on this this afternoon and fix.

    WrestleMania 32

Did WWE sign Dalton Castle? He's not on the roster yet and him versus Taker would be about the greatest match of all-time. At least a match I would love to see more than any other.
  20. It doesn't have to be different for the sake of different. However, I'm really on board that the top few votes are more important than the rest and should be treated differently. There is a lot of arguments about who is number one. I don't see anybody arguing about who should be number 76. The majority of people will be way more effort at the top of their list than the bottom and the voting should reflect that. At least that is my thoughts and Dylan's.
  21. I don't see that relevant, since Smarkschoice had no nomination process and you could vote for anyone. Smarkschoice had no 18 month build up with threads for each person. The process has changed in every aspect from 2006, why stop at the way tabulate votes?
  22. I like everything about that.
  23. I can't find a description of that system online, could you lay it out?
  24. People are going to be a LOT more careful in the top 3 or so. The different between 1 and 5 is bigger than the difference between 96 and 100.
