I just finished the women's match (motn, but that's not saying a ton. great women's lib finish. It'd be one thing if they were going to play it up as helping to ruin the new belt's moment, but they'll try to have it both ways). I jumped ahead to live and I have no fucking idea why this is on my screen. What a baffling major match. Even for the senior PGA tour match of the night. And I turned it on right for the god damn snake eyes no sell back elbow goofball thing. What a world.

Shock because it didn't feel like the finish, rather than at the result. No, that was at the result I feel. That crowd LOVES Bayley. Her losing the title was a pretty big deal. They were just starting to clap for her to get up. That was just picking up. I think they thought there was going to be one more wave of fighting at least.

One of the little things I loved was the way he actually scrambled away to bait Nakamura toward the ropes so he could dump him for the big follow up dive. Also I just want to jump on the Joe bandwagon. Even if it was only for one night it really was the best Joe since the Angle cage match and hopefully they've got a follow up ready for him because it'd be a shame for a fired up Joe to go waste. He's done to Joe recently too.

They're working this like a sprint and that makes a ton of sense after the last match. They can't follow that with steak, so give the people candy.

They had lost me at one point of the forearms because I don't have a super high tolerance for that sort of thing, but they got me back by the end of that, between the blood and the selling, which I wasn't expecting at all.
