So PG-13 lost a Loser Leaves Town match to Doug Gilbert and Tommy Rich, so they have to leave the USWA. They air a taped message of them saying goodbye to the fans. Something tells me we haven't seen the last of PG-13.

 

It's funny seeing Sid at the announce booth in a suit playing it straight.

 

How did he end up leaving the WWF anyway? This is the first real promotional departure in a year full of them.

Yeah the Doctors told Sid to "retire". He only lasted a couple weeks.

Sid sitting at the WMC announcer's booth wearing a suit and holding a mic is an image that could probably be my new wallpaper. It's a funereal scene as PG-13 have been forced out of the USWA, thanks to Tommy Rich and a timely use of a fire extinguisher, a move treated as the most horrifying possible act. Even Sid is shocked and appalled. PG-13 send in a taped goodbye.

Seems early for PG-13 to be leaving us and the go away angle wasn't hyped as well as it should have been. We get a straight promo from them on their depature. USWA is still feeling like the USWA of the early decade so far, Sid in suit on commentary aside.
