El-P Posted March 22, 2014 Report Posted March 22, 2014 Excellent vignette. I wonder how DiBiase would have carried on as the boss of the nWo if Eric hadn't been thrown in the mix, as he was really good here. 4 Life gang style hand-sign, yet another brillant gimmick for the nWo.
PeteF3 Posted March 23, 2015 Report Posted March 23, 2015 I do like the idea of DiBiase as "The Boss," but I question if he really fits in with this group. No Giant, which of course is a faux pas and a sign that the booking was both brilliant (the fake Sting angle) and chaotic at the same time. Also in an old-school touch for a new-school angle, this is naturally cut behind a steel cage, as all pre-cage-match promos should be.
soup23 Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 DiBiase fits here and looks cooler at this moment than any previous time of the 90's. He speaks well and doesn't intrude on this vibe that these guys wouldn't mind being shown the way by big Teddy.
