Loss
PG-13 play the Nation of Domination theme music during their entire interview, and even have Miss Texas with them. JC Ice says he got approval from Faarooq to add Bill Dundee to the NOD. Dundee refuses to join, and kinda points at holes in the whole group, saying that JC grew up in a nice house and was not from the streets at all. Wolfie gets in his face over it and Dundee slaps him. Wolfie and Dundee end up having an impromptu brawl outside into the parking lot. The NOD attacks Dundee and JC says that's what he gets and helps beat up Dundee and handcuffs him to some pole in the parking lot. Finally, Lawler, Steven Dunn and Flash Flanagan make the save. Interesting how they did so many turns throughout the year and ended up the exact opposite of where the year started.
PeteF3
The Memphis wing of the Nation of Domination is beyond words: PG-13, Miss Texas, two big black guys, and Randy Hales as "Randy X" complete with a Malcolm X-style peci hat. Faarooq has personally authorized JC Ice to bring Bill Dundee into the group, but Bill wants no part of it. Bill, Wolfie, and JC are all great here, with JC encouraging Dundee to try the Black Power salute and Wolfie calling out Dundee for never actually doing anything for JC in his life. Dundee ends up getting laid out in the parking lot, and he and Wolfie are enemies once again, the way it should be.
soup23
Randy Hales in the Nation is such a WTF. Wolfie's continued heat with Dundee is a fun thread for 1996 and the beatdown was well done. JC admitting he is the son of Bill but still backing up his boys is a neat wrinkle too. Lawler after fighting Dundee earlier now comes out to the parking to help run off the NOD.
tim
Ha, the Memphis NoD is a hoot. This is another really good angle from USWA that feels believable and personal.
