This is a really classy, emotional segment that feels far more real and less overdone than most sendoffs, and I'm including Flair on Raw in that category even.

Adulation all around for the Destroyer, with hugs from Baba and his family (including Mrs. Dan Spivey, I would assume).

Beautiful sendoff with the Destroyer and quite the moment watching him retire with the emotions being spread throughout his family and colleagues.

I couldn't understand a word of this, but you didn't need to know Japanese to know how genuinely special and emotional this moment was. This ​is how to retire with class; no overwrought video packages, no "celebrations" with people whom the retiree barely knew, no weepy declarations of the guy being the best who ever lived until it's time for the next guy with a big name to call it quits. It was beautiful stuff.

 

The two women in the ring had to be Beyer's wife and daughter, but who was the son-in-law who looked like a wrestler? Someone mentioned Danny Spivey up above, and the size fits, but if it's really him I never knew his hair was bleached.

That was actually his kid who was a wrestlers for a couple of years in the early 90's
