Scott Bowden interrupts the announcers to talk about Lawler overdosing on pain pills just to be able to walk out on crutches and impress everyone by how tough he is. Lawler comes out in THE MOST RIDICULOUS SWEATER OF ALL TIME (I can't put it into words). It's an actual quilt sweater, I kid you not, and has about 10 colors in it, all making the letter V in various sizes, except for the neck, which is yellow with red trim. He makes some super lame nerd jokes toward Bowden, and Bowden ends up sneak attacking him with a crutch and taking off.

Man I thought Vince's sweater was nuts but Lawler tops him. Incredible. Bowden keeps saying "Baby" and Lawler calls him out on it. Not one of Scott's best performances.

Working on the Lawler set, I may have found more absurd sweaters. Also disturbing is Lawler's love for Mickey mouse shirts and sweaters.

 

Yeah, Lawler is insulting Bowden with Nerd-O.

Scott Bowden is back, and he's ramping up the Jimmy Hart impersonation levels to 11, and Lawler in his psychedelic Vancouver Canucks tribute sweater even calls him out for saying "baby" in every sentence. Bowden whacks Lawler in the leg with the crutch and then takes off. I liked Scott fine in 1994 but this feud doesn't sound all that promising.
