WWE vs World Champ Matches

Does anyone have a full list of the times the WWE Champion and World champion have been in the same singles match?

I know there were WWF vs WCW matches in house shows during the Invasion, and of course the merger tourney. But since the Brock/HHH split of the WWF/WWE Title and the World Title/Big Goldie into two different WWF/WWE titles in the Brand Split... how many times have the holders of those titles had a singles match against each other?

Not a singles match, but HHH/Jericho/Matt Hardy had a triple threat in 2008 when they were the WWE/World/ECW champs, respectively.

And yeah, it says a lot that they faced each other without any build in a throwaway match and it took the creation of this thread for me to even notice.

There was another 3-way at the original Cyber Sunday (in 2006 when Taboo Tuesday was killed) where the 3 Champions went against each other. It was Cena v Book v Show. There have been tag stuff like 2007 No Way Out's main event.

 

I struggle to think of any single matches that haven't been mentioned.

A Saturday Night's Main Event in early 2006 had the two Mania main events against each other in a handicap match, including champs Cena and Angle.
