Gilbert recaps all of his history with Tommy Rich in a really strong interview -- Rich winning the world title, the new Fabs, becoming godfather to Rich's child, etc. I love the "Can We Trust This Man?" flyer!

 

They close this out with a clip of the recent Rich/Dream Machine turn on Gilbert. Wow, if I was bleeding, Tommy Rich is the last person I would want biting the cut.

Pretty big logo on Eddie's baseball hat there. Gilbert is fired up here and this is much better than the previous studio segment with him and Doug.

This was great. Eddie cuts a really good promo on the history between him and Tommy Rich. Then clips are shown of the betrayal. Great stuff.

I liked the studio interview a good bit but this was better. Eddie running down the history really adds to the magnitude of the angle.

Odd setting for a USWA promo. Eddie will be officiating a match between Brian Christopher and Doug Gilbert, as well as wrestling Tommy Rich. He draws parallels between his feud with Doug and his New Fabulous Ones split with Rich. Interesting spin on that, making it seem like Rich was the one who betrayed him. BRILLIANT Godfather reference, especially coming off the talk about Rich's daughter. He's fired up (no pun intended), but doesn't have much to say when Corey asks if the fans can trust him.
