Doing a promo outdoors without a shirt on. Is he tanning or something? Tully is in the prime of his life. Tully references the four horsemen. He is quite fired up here and seems happy to return. Were they teasing a reunion with him a part of it?

Good promo by Tully even though it looks like something on USWA or SMW. Love the 4 horseman teases and wish they would have went somewhere.

Man, this is the week of low-budget promo videos from the Big Two. Tully Blanchard is back, a mere 12 months too late. Was he born-again by this point? His promo sort of sounds like it. More Horsemen talk, and it sounds like there were plans to bring Blanchard back for more than a one-off. Great piece of work here.
