goodhelmet
Enjoyed Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler except for the 5 minutes my stream went out. Anyway, it is time to make Dolph a face. The crowd is into him, his style of bumping and selling screams face and it would be a change of match-ups. Much better having a face Dolph than watching Kofi or Truth in the same spot on the card. Dylan Waco
Dolph is over and should be farther up the depleted card. I realize he got a title shot tonight but it was thrown together and he wasn't seen as a threat. The match being as good as it was is a testament to both guys, though I don't think they have particularly strong chemistry together. goodhelmet
Santino vs. Ricardo Comedy match  Christian vs. Cody Rhodes - Man, Cody Rhodes star has fallen. No one cares and no one seems to care about Christian either.  Eight Man Tag - Man, another match where the crowd did not care.  HHH Promo - This sucked bad and I can't wait to see Brock-Trips now. Dylan Waco
I liked Christian v. Cody a lot as the dosey-do spots were all based around countering Christians typical staples. Â Eight man tag started off pretty eh, but I liked the finishing run and the right team won
goodhelmet
MEchanically it was fine, I was just commenting on the crowd and lack of noise for this show after the opener. Â For example... Â Beth Phoenix vs. Layla - Somewhere, inside their hearts, these women are screaming to be taken seriously but years of shitty wrestling has taken its toll and women will never be relevant on a wrestlng card in its current state. goodhelmet
Sin Cara vs. Hunico - I was falling asleep. Did Sin Cara botch some shit?
Dylan Waco
The match was pretty clean. Hunico is a good base for Sin Cara and is a good wrestler but they really don't have any clue what to do with him.
Coffey
I would argue, maybe even controversially, that outside of being a mid-card comedy act, no one has ever given a shit about Christian. He's boring as fuck and the harsh reality is, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter that much how good of a worker you are. Unless you're so painfully bad that you can't really do ANYTHING right, the crowds are pretty forgiving. Especially to people that can make them laugh. But Christian as a serious competitor and a former World Champion? NOPE.
Kostka
I think this has been a really good show so far. I'm watching it in my new home theater, so everything seems louder than it probably does on regular TVs. Two really good matches, a fun comedy match, an entertaining spot fest that set up a tag team feud, a decent divas match and a pretty clean Sin Cara/Hunico match. Solid and eclectic show. goc
Christian was at his best as ECW Champion. Nobody else on the show was obviously above his level and he could just focus on having good matches without overbooked angles.
Dylan Waco
Yep, Christian as ECW Champion was really over and was having great matches.
Eduardo
I went to some house shows with Christian as ECW Champion. He was one of the best guys on the roster at getting the crowd into his matches and the finishing stretches for his matches then were usually hot. Kostka
Christians heel run was awful and his return was basically a cold turkey face turn. It will take some time for the crowd to warm back up to Christian like they were in 2009, but at least he's a face again and has a spot on the card that plays to his strengths. NintendoLogic
Dolph was kind of exposed tonight, I think. He just doesn't have the offense to work a heel heat segment in a PPV-quality match. I thought it was pretty telling that Christian worked basically the same match but was vastly more effective simply by virtue of being a babyface. Kostka
That triple threat was pretty sloppy.
goodhelmet
CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Kane - OK, about as good of a three way you are going to get out of this stipulation and maybe the best match Kane has ever been in the WWE since he sucks so bad. Since I wasn't going to get a rematch out of DB-Punk, I was really hoping for more AJ in the match. Oh well, that crazy fucking look on AJ's face when Kane was carrying her back was badass. I am glad Kane got pinned since it allows DB and Punk to get back to the MOTYCs.
goodhelmet
Ryback vs. Jobbers - I am with Johnny Sorrow on this one. Give me more Ryback... and Goldberg chants.
Strummer
Punk headed into his eighth month as champion. Since he pinned Kane maybe they'll go another around with Bryan next month. Â Meltz seems in a pissed off mood. Wonder is something went down backstage at the PPV?

Matt D
Christian was also super over when the won the title last year. Which is why people were pissed off he didn't even get a chance for a face run. Â Also, I liked the three way a lot. I thought the "get the guy out of the ring" stuff was all done really well and Kane worked hard and bumped big.
Strummer
well he's taking shots at Vince and Hunter and said the you tube show was the worst way possible to start the show. He's in a "add snippy comments" mood. Like something is bugging him

I thought it was passable and had some good moments but the whole match I spent thinking "ten thousand times better if it is a singles match between Bryan and Punk." Hell it would have been better if it was a one on one match with any possible combination of those three guys
Matt D
It would have been as a singles match. Â Still liked it. A lot.
