We get old clips of the Skyscrapers. Sid and Spivey are teaming again, which makes no sense with Sid as a Horseman. Teddy Long is also heavily featured in all of the clips, which makes no sense since he won't be managing them. I'm pretty sure they just recycled the existing Skyscrapers video to "In The Still Of The Night" from '89 with different music, which is probably why. But how lazy. This promotion has had a dramatic fall from grace this year.

A few stray clips of Long in the background would be one thing, but to not even fucking edit out the blinking prominent close-ups of him...good Lord.

Seems weird that these guys are pairing up again. Not a very good video.

Sid just walk away from the Horsemen. He’s teaming with Spivey and they ares showing Teddy Long as their manager. Both guys are the master of the powerbomb. This video didn't make a whole lot of sense.

I agree about the video not making sense, especially if, as I seem to remember it, the Scrapers were actually faces for their reunion. If they'd stayed together, they might have been challenging Doom at some point, and yet most of the clips in the video feature none other than Teddy Long.

 

Just a general question: How do you think Spivey would have fit in with the Horseman, whether as an actual member of the group or (much more likely) as an associate?
