This time, IRS goes on a tangent about unreimbursed medical expenses, so I have a feeling he's talking through Vince.

This one got a chuckle out of me.

"Haven't you ever heard of generic drugs???" Decent advice, actually. Per Irwin's opening quotation here, the WWF missed out on the marketing possibilities of IRS teaming with the Undertaker as Death & Taxes.

IRS wants people to forget about getting a refund and think about generic drugs instead. He ditched the jacket and has his more familiar wrestling look now.

Another good promo and damn Pete, Death and Taxes is brilliant and sounds like a Survivor Series name.

So far, this character's actually more decent than I remembered. Rotundo looks and sounds like a stereotypical accountant, rather than a wrestler who's playing an accountant. That's the problem with Vince's "workplace" characters, they never let you forget that they were wrestlers doing a gimmick instead of members of their chosen professions who wrestled on the side.

 

Death and Taxes might have been a cooler concept than Money Inc., but Taker was too valuable as a singles performer to temper with by that point. IRS being managed by Paul Bearer might have had some legs, though.
