Shawn is pretty much getting no cheers at this point. He justifies his second chairshot on the Undertaker by accusing the WWF of getting him into this mess, and he had no other choice but to be reactionary. What we saw is what happens when Shawn's buttons are pushed. Shawn's promos drive me crazy because all he does is put himself over repeatedly -- so much about what the Heartbreak Kid does when this happens or that happens, or how he's the only guy who can do certain things. It's usually way more about him than the feud. He says if Undertaker brings him down, he's taking everyone else with him. Great heat for all of this.

Tennis booting Raw out of monday I presume. Michaels is really asking for it by carrying the chair around that he hit Undertaker with. Shawn had no other choice but to hit Undertaker in the head again with the chair. I don’t like this “not laying down” stuff he keeps bringing up. Shawn’s fans are down to mostly the female Kliq base. He gets the crowd worked up. I feel the fans have been waiting a while to really get to jeer him.

This show has a whole new look with it being on Friday. Shawn is out and again cuts a hate-filled promo. I love the cut aways to jock guys in the crowd incensed at what Shawn is saying. He has now hit the Undertaker twice with the chair but was pushed to do so. shawn justifies his actions by saying he was pushed to do it.

I liked this the best of Shawn's promos so far--going all the way back to 1995 or so. He does put himself over a lot, but at least he's putting himself over as the potential "first" guy to put the Undertaker down for good, which sort of puts UT over...in a way. Massive "Shawn Is Gay" chant towards the end of this. Shawn: "Don't make me come out there and [bLEEEEEEEP] just to prove it!" I have no idea what he said but it seemed to work in terms of pissing the crowd off even more. I also really liked Cornette, on commentary, characterizing Shawn as "the man who literally cheated Death at SummerSlam."

Shawn has insane heat. My goodness. I liked this promo actually. Yeah, Shawn puts himself over first & foremost but that's his gimmick now. The promo was good enough to make me want to see Ground Zero. He basically says he's the loose cannon of the WWF & that it's a big problem for the Undertaker. Loud "Shawn is gay!" chants which he responds to in kind. Shawn makes out with a woman after the interview like an asshole. I enjoyed this.
