Loss
Jim Cornette speaks the truth in his first great segment. He shoots on Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Syxx and Eric Bischoff while singing the praises of Ric Flair and Arn Anderson. As great as this is, Bischoff was right that it just played into WCW storylines at the time.
Kevin Ridge
This promo is kind of humorous coming right off of Michaels/Triple H with Cornette ranting about the immaturity of Nash, Hall and Syxx. I always liked the line about Bischoff being on the credits of WCW PPVs. Jimmy ranting is good.
soup23
Interesting stuff just wont let up in 1997 as we get this firing promo from Jimmy Cornette going on a rampage against all the buddies Bischoff wanted to have. I do agree that if you are the #1 promotion at the time, you would find this as flattering but it does have a edge to it that WCW should have paid attention to. PeteF3
I wish Cornette had focused more on Not-Yet-DX than the NWO. Outing Kevin Nash as being 40 years old was pretty funny, though. This whole episode is like Vince Russo's wet dream so far.
Exposer
This is awesome. It's actually kind of theraputic after the way Shawn & Hunter were to open the show. There are a lot of great lines in this, but the Waltman one about him throwing up on himself is my favorite. I agree that in the end, these are dumb because they do promote WCW, but I love most Cornette rants & this one is great.
