Loss
Rock is out to tell Austin his time is up. Then we get the Austin video from a bridge and we all know what he's about to do with the IC title. The WWF came out of their post-Montreal doldrums quickly. Kevin Ridge
It was great how Austin built that up by throwing all the scuba gear in first for the Rock to use and then tosses the belt. I bet there were people out the next morning trying to fish that thing out.
soup23
One of the more memorable Austin moments of all time as he chucks the IC belt into the river. I know Parv was talking about memorable moments with Dibiase a few days ago but just in the past three months we have Austin stunning Vince, The stunner to D-Lo on the truck, and now this. PeteF3
Notice how throughout the night they took time to explain how and why a camera crew got to Austin on the bridge. An iconic moment for sure and a pretty funny segment all around, from Austin's promo to Rock's realization that that's *his* pager that Austin chucked into the water. Exposer
Classic segment. Austin is hilarious here throwing all of the scuba gear & other items into the river. Rock realizing Austin has his pager is great. Both guys are great in this, especially Austin. Everything he says is funny. The IC Title does get thrown into a river here, but this is a great payback by Austin on Rock for stealing the belt in the first place. One of my favorite Austin segments from the period.
