soup23 Posted July 27, 2014 Report Posted July 27, 2014 Jericho walks down in a Rey shirt. He apologizes for the injury and dedicates the cruiserweight belt to him. Jericho hopes that it never, ever happens again. He then brings up the powerbomb in a nice touch saying he would never use such tactics. Jericho cries over the victory and the people pushing him through to regaining the title. Jericho stands before us all as our hero, role model, and champion.
Zenjo Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 Jericho used to be my favourite wrestler at the time. This disingenuous, condescending, faux-babyface version of his character was gold. I'm really looking forward to seeing Ralphus later in the year as well. That man could control any crowd.
Loss Posted August 12, 2014 Author Report Posted August 12, 2014 Jericho fell right into this role. The heel turn really turned around his career. I laughed when he asked Rey to keep us abreast of his progress.
PeteF3 Posted April 24, 2016 Report Posted April 24, 2016 Jericho's playing his old Smoky Mountain insincere-babyface character ramped up about 1000%, and doing it on purpose this time.
TravJ1979 Posted June 5, 2016 Report Posted June 5, 2016 This is the correct way to do the heel promo Nash should have done. Great stuff. RATING: Prime WCW Jericho.
