Sable is over huge and someone throws a rose in the ring for her. Mero is great as the ovrebearing boyfriend saying he is the one winning matches and Sable is trying to be the star. Clever moment where Mero chants Sable, Sable to get the crowd to do it. Mero says that Sable knows her place and does exactly what he says. She belongs to me. A bouquet of flowers arrives. Marc wants to know who is sending this to her. Sable refuses to answer and says it is nice to see someone thinking of her.

There are rumors that Marc Mero and Sable are about to break up. Mero assures everyone there are no problems and condescends to Sable while she is visibly annoyed. A bouquet of flowers arrives for Sable and all we know is that she has a secret admirer.

This is about as good of a performance from Sable as you can hope for. Mero is pretty admirably shameless here, explaining that when Sable put his hands on him at No Way Out, he simply tripped over something.

I like face Sable pre-wrestler days because she barely spoke. Once she won the title and/or turned heel I wanted to pierce my eardrums with a rusty needle when she spoke.
