Loss Posted August 26, 2014 Author Report Posted August 26, 2014 The FBI are supposed to face the Blue Meanie and Supernova but attack them and lay them out before the bell. Axl & Balls come out and this starts as a crazy brawl before settling into a pretty solid traditional Southern tag. Tommy Rich should forever work in wrestling as a second. Quote
soup23 Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 This is nothing that will be on my top 100 but was a lot of fun. Meanie was a bloody mess with the chairshots and escorted to the back. I also loved the FBI tribute to the recently passed Frank Sinatra by dancing to New York New York. The tag match breaks into a little strutcture and is a lot of fun while it lasts with Smothers in particular working hard and the Big Don being great as usual. Good undercard stuff. (**1/2) Quote
PeteF3 Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 The FBI pay a touching tribute to Ol' Blue Eyes by beating Nova & Meanie into a bloody pulp, with a sick blade job from Meanie. Rich appoints them the *new* Chairmen of the Board. It's getting a little dusty in here. Balls & Axl come out to take the place of the babyfaces and we get a decent southern tag opening-style match. Rich is the highlight, doing two hot moves from the apron into the guardrail, one as interference and one as a payback spot. Quote
TravJ1979 Posted September 1, 2016 Report Posted September 1, 2016 Loved the blooding of Meanie and Nova. I can't buy Axl and Balls as working from underneath as I have no sympathy for them. Axl is the complete shits and Smothers is fantastic. Rich was the highlight. Quote
